I am already a very happy T-mobile customer but decided I wanted to upgrade my phone. I went in a couple days ago to see all of my options and what would be the best choice for me financially. The sales rep, Heidy, was extremely helpful. I had so many questions and she did not hesistate to answer every single one of them. She was so patient me. I didnt understand a lot of the information she was giving me and she made sure she explained everything to me until I understood every single option for me. Her patience and kindness is the reason I love T-mobile!! Definitely referring this location to everyone I know, especially referring Heidy as their sales rep. Thank you!

I started following this store on instagram and saw all the great deals T-Mobile was offering so decided to go to the store. Heidy helped me out and she was great! We went in to ask about the new Samsung 7, but the guy had no clue. Rather than refer us to someone who might know something, he just kept telling us that there was no difference between the 6 and 7. Well if theres no difference why come out with a newer model?! My husband asked him some specific questions about functions and the clerks response was well you just have to play with it to figure it out Really? Wont be going back. I could have gotten that from talking to some random person on the street.

I went inside the T-Mobile store to upgrade my plan, I was a current T-Mobile Prepaid customer for the last 3 years, I spoke to a retail store associate her name was Ila C to try to get some information about my options and what did i qualify for. Before she was able to help me I specifically told her that my father was also a Prepaid T-Mobile customer and he had just upgraded his plan to get a new Galaxy S6 without using his S.S.N and without having to put any money down. Ila told me that i need to give her my social number in order to confirm the upgrade, I questioned her about it, mainly because am repairing my credit and didnt want any negative things to pop up on my credit score, and also knowing the fact that my father didnt have to give his. She eventually said that by me giving my social it wouldnt affect my credit. So after i gave her my social number, she said I qualify for certain phones and I also had to put a huge down payment. I left the store without purchasing anything, and thanked her for her time. I spoke to my father and he advised to go to the T-Mobile store he went to on Broadway and 3rd on downtown L.A., they were able to help me right away,I automatically qualify without having to give my social number, they were able to go base on my history of my Prepaid account with them, they got me the phone I wanted without any money down, I ended up getting two phones and opening a second line. In the end Imy credit was AFFECTED, Ila C from Store 7380 either lied to me to try to get the sale, or she just wasnt updated on the company policy. Thank you T-Mobile.

I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in. I had followed this store on their Instagram account and saw all the ways they reached out to their customers. I knew that I needed a plan that would work well for me in regards to my budget. Never, at any point, did I feel that I wasnt being taken cared of. Specially the sales rep Heidy. She was sooooooo helpful, nice and beautiful, if I say so myself. She gave me all my options and we ended up narrowing down the best one for me. I walked out there a happy customer and I knew that if I ever had any questions, comments or concerns, Heidy would be there to address them all.

I came here with my uncle who just moved in town. He does not have a California id but he came with his own phone just to set up a line. They were so rude, not approving him without a social, i have been here before with my previous family members who dont have California ids and they have let them before. Not recommended.

Horrible Customer service came to get my note 7 Exchange and they told me they had it in stock just got in shipment adk them if they can hold it for me he told me i was fine becuase i was going to get thier in 15 min and i did and no shipment and all of the sudden my phone call never existed
