Russ and the crew are very nice and knowledgeable. I have rented 3 times from them and everything turns out just great Ill definitely be renting from them again.

Disappointed! Rented 12 truck to move a fridge couch and bed. The truck had no ramp and the standard height fridge wouldnt fit in the truck. Called Penske to complain they transfered me to different departments and midguided me saying after returning the truck I should call the corporate to complain but of course after long waits on the phone and many transfers they said they couldnt help me because I already paid and completed transaction. I would not recommend Penske to anyone. Uhaul has great trucks and great service unlike Penske.
