The whole process was smooth and super easy. Very cost effective, too. Joan and Stephanie are a pleasure to work with, and they made the move-in of my items seamless, from the speedy front desk sign-up to providing a dolly, I had my things stored within half an hour’s time.

John has been really great to work with. I was looking to downsize my storage and nothing was available.. John went the extra mile to inform me when the first one was available and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. US Storage Center in Redondo Beach is a really good storage facility. The Manager Stephanie is very helpful and friendly and professional. She and her staff go out of their way to assist clients. The facility is kept clean and neat at all times, and my property was kept safe and secure. I recommend US Storage Centers and was very happy with my storage unit and staff.

I’ve used this company a few times . Never had any issues. Yesterday got a storage again and just loved the lady working the desk.

Behind other buildings off Hawthorne Blvd, US Storage has convenient hours, with a wide code-driven gate. But the best feature is Stephanie and Rain, who were friendly and completed paper work efficiently. They had held the unit as promised and identified a discount. And then, when we discovered the first unit was too small, Stephanie found a larger unit, quickly arranged new paperwork, and switched locks. She is a master manager, who simultaneously handled two clients and a third with a bathroom request. Units are approx 12 ft high. The unit was clean and ready to move in.

Came here to store some things temporarily. You know how we all have something going in our lives, the plan was to just temporarily store my belongings until I get them sorted out and get my life back together.The service I received from Stephanie since genesis has been ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. Very welcoming service that helps me as a customer feel at ease and serves at a reminder that I chose the right place for my storage needs .I don’t even need storage now!!!! ….but I continue to belong to US Storage simply because of the customer service provided by Stephanie .Unlike many…. Not only are the employees knowledgeable and helpful, they are also really awesome people to chat with while you are getting your things together. Stephanie made the space purchase and parking really easy and straight forward for us. Gave us the mom and pop feel with the professionalism of a big brand facility. Definitely recommending this space to others rather than the big brand storage places.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. I do not ever write reviews. I am stranded in Las Vegas after purchasing a new RV and it has been one issue after another. She managed to get me signed up on a Saturday. Her service is beyond any words. She goes above and beyond and takes a lot of pride in the facility. Pros: Easy access! Parking right there. Clean. Knowledge staff. High tech: cameras, text reminders, emails, billing, phone service, online payment. Alarm system tied to your exact unit. Big gate. Cameras everywhere. Oh and D who works the weekends is amazing!Cons: More expensive than other places in the area (I feel it is worth it). The alarm code thing is unforgiving (forget to enter your code first and the staff is right there on you). I forgot to lock up once and they caught it and I got called. Good discipline on their part, but I was taken off guard by the security feedback. Needless to say I always check my lock before hitting the road.Conclusion: I need this place, and am happy to have them available. Also, you can mix and match your needs at any time without contacts or additional fees. Very easy to use them.

Everything went well at this place but the not giving 5 stars is because they increased my rent shortly after I moved in. If supply & demand is the key, they should manipulate the price as the unit gets rented, not for already existing renters! At least, to be fair, not for an year or so. Hope management understands this & make it better for new customers. However, I was happy with the safety & service and I would recommend to my friend.

Had a great experience today joining US Storage. From the easy to use online registration to picking up my keys with Step. She was very fun to banter with while we finalized the needed docs. I have had my days with storage facilities in the past. This facility, I must say, is by far one of a kind! In my case, I had my trailer towed by a tow truck. The truck ran late thus running my delivery into the “golden hour”. However, Stephanie was as gracious as a hostess in her own home. I like this place. This is my second time around with them and I always find the place to be very quiet, clean, and overall not shady like you might think with a storage facility. even at night! the people who were here are also great! theyre really nice and certainly did a lot to get me into a unity I wanted and at a very fair price. it was touch and go for me getting what I wanted by the time I needed it, but they worked hard to keep lines of communication open with me so I can pounce.
