Very positive service experience. The supervisor even drove to another store and back to get me the exact model of new phone I wanted the same day.
You will never find this store open...Went 3 times, first one they had 3hours lunch break !2nd & 3rd were closed during normal hours without a reason.

My boyfriend spoke with someone working this store over the phone yesterday, Nov. 21, and was told the phone he wanted would be put on hold for him. He spoke to them at 4 pm and told them we would be on our way and be there before they closed at 5 pm. We got to the store at 4:35 and the store was closed with no one there and the doors locked. The man had said if for some reason we couldn’t make it before 5 that they would be open tomorrow. So based on their posted hours, we showed up today, Nov. 22, at 10 am and no one was at the store again. My boyfriend and I waited for 2 hours and no one ever showed up. Multiple other customers tried to come into the store as well and no one ever showed up. I find this highly unprofessional to not inform customers if the store was in fact going to be closed for the day and to tell a customer something in regards to a sale and not follow through.
Bad experience here- they did not apply the upgrade discount I should have had, so I had to return the phone. Then, Verizon still thought I had the new phone and didnt display the discount online. It was such a pain, I switched to T Mobile.
I always receive excellent customer service. Either when Im upgrading my plan or just paying my bill. I dont know why I took so long to leave metro and go to Verizon. Keep up the good work guys.
Went in to get a phone for my little sister the other day and was disappointed with the lack of options; when I went to go back during their advertised operating hours (2:00), the store wasnt open and I wasnt able to be helped. Without any indication of the staff being on break or when it would open again, I felt abandoned... This was just a lack of communication and shortage of staff however and, fortunately, I was able to come back the next day and pick up a phone for her right before her birthday from the most knowledgeable Verizon employee Ive had in my 10+ years on the service. David was his name. Great staff, very helpful. This rating started as a two star out of spite and Ive just had to change my mind and edit. Good customer service is rare and should be appreciated!
David was super helpful. He was waiting for a 11 o’clock appointment as i walked in and made some time to cut me in. Super quick and got me everything I was looking for and set me up and send me on my way.
I didnt get young ladies name🤔, but hopefully mine time & date can get her Recognized Fri 1/22/2021 time around 10:30am. She was Fabulous in her Personality and Attitude! I needed new face covering for my phone, she actually offered to put it on for me, most dont even want touch someone elses phone. She was safe, there was hand Sanitizers and wipes. She a Gem 💎
Got set up with a transfer of my phone and phone number from T-Mobile and was ready to go in minutes. Left with no questions or concerns- great help at the store. They were also very COVID-aware and didnt let anyone else in the store if a customer was already being helped.
Always have a good experience coming here for all our Construction company phone needs. Sean was excellent! Hes knowledgeable not only about phones but all the promos. Which is really important when were purchasing more than one phone. KUDOS Victra!!

I have had my best customer service relations at this store with Shawn and Alvaro. These 2 men have helped me out in ways far beyond what other stores were willing to and their technical knowledge is superior to what I have found elsewhere.

I went in to switch away from ATT, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Pleasantly surprised to do the switch and keep my number in such a short and painless time. So happy to be off ATT.

I have to say the employees there are super nice and joyful, they had great deals, especially for verizon which we know they are up there but they hook me up with a great deal on a ipad. I will recommend this store to anyone. They are sales people but they dont pressure you in buying, they just give you the info you need and let you decide. The young Hispanic guy who help was good. They should have more of his personality at all phone company locations, sometimes people think oh because theyre salespeople but you can tell when someone put extra and not a pushover. If you looking for great deals go and try them out
The 1 manger above average. He does try. But the company and its policies do not match what you are quoted when I made my purchase of Apple X R and iPad with monthly and device monthly fees and taxes. They at the store which is a franchised store not corporate they told me unlimited an both devices and insurance would be $ 130 @ including taxes !33.61.2 months in a row it was 188.61 1 month over 190.and change. I call Verizon in the store in front of staff get a cuss Svc Rep on the line spend over an hour on the phone there and the svc rep says your next bill will be exactly $146.61 total I always pay on the first of the month before or on the 16th - 20th I am getting emails my bill needs to be paid immediately. In less that 20 days . And they charge a late fee I and so tired of calling them and arguing. So March ! 2019 I went into Victra and called Verizon Customer Service the Rep is sometimes pleasant abut they are always telling me more Thant the clerk at Victra is showing me on their computer and I am explaining this to the customer svc Rep @ Verizon on the phone I try getting The Victra rep to talk to them Verizon rep and confirm what they are showing me I 3 months in a row am not getting what the Victra Rep shows on their computer screen. The conveniently get another customer and I am left arguing with no Victra Rep confirming what I am looking at. And I walk out almost and hr - 2hrs later and the bills Verizon is demanding is way higher than wheat Victra is showing me. I am am beyond frustrated the actual Verizon service is horrible Metro ? T-Mobile is less than half as much service is much better. And I am not wasting my time on the phone with cust svc and the Victra store clerks who last month flat out lied to my face about what he told me when I agreed to make my purchase and signed up picked my plan etc. I seriously have today my bill is due tomorrow . To decide If I just say I had it with Verizon and Force break the last 20 months remaining on the contract . And go to another carrier . And don’t pay them another cent.
There are two associates in this store, I dont know their names, but they know me. They are always there, they know the latest, they are courteous and professional, and they always do their best to help me when I need it most.
