Weve been in the T-Mobile store for over an hour. The manager here left a new-ish employee to handle the floor on his own. The manager has not come out of the back room this entire time. After 45 min, he started interviewing 2 people.If your time is precious, dont come here. The customer behind us says he was here a while ago and it took 2 hours to get serviced and his problem was not solved.Edit: 1.5 hours in total of wait time. Paul, the Manager, came out to assist. He resolved the issue. This took an unnecessarily lengthy amount of time. Glad to be done.

I would give 10 stars if possible - Paul went above and beyond to help switch over three lines from other carriers, get the best trade in value for two phones and when my number porting took longer than expected - he took extra time to follow up with support on my behalf to get the number switched over. Without a doubt, the best experience Ive had in a long, long time. Thank you again Paul for taking such good care of us!

I recently bought the Samsung s21 5g from the store St. 1517 El Camino in Redwood City. Twice I went back to the store for help and guidance with using my new phone. Both times I was helped by Stacey, She was very patient with my lack of knowledge. ALL my questions were answered with complete professionalism. If I had my own business Stacey is the person I would hope to hire. Looking to buy a new phone, check out Stacey.

The staff at this T-Mobile store— particularly its assistant manager Stacey— is exceptional in technical knowledge and helpfulness.She patiently and kindly helped me set up and reconfigure multiple phones lines and Apple accounts needing different levels of privacy. She also figured out and explained what mix products and services provided the parental controls and privacy safeguards that I needed. Recently she was able to resolve a reoccurring reception/poor signal issue when staff at other stores were unable to help.The store’s manager Noid also was highly personable and attentive, somehow managing to help me while waiting on two other customers. Stacey and Noid are sanity savers, especially for working parents of teens!

We planned to buy a phone here and Palo Alto’s managers said that this store has it. Also they said that this store open till 8pm and So did google. We are here, 7:05pm, and the guy closed the door in our face. Perfect service :)

I visited this store today. The young lady who was there opened late at 10:05 am (not a big deal, but stores should be opened on time). As she sees us waiting at the door, she rolled her eyes and opened the door with a very unpleasant attitude, asking what youll be doing today?. No good morning, no welcome... (obviously no manners). My husband and I approached the front desk and gave her the account details and she said there was nothing she could do to help us add 2 lines. And then she asked us to leave. Like... who asks a customer from the company to leave the premises of a conssesion store without being helped? We did not come to break stuff, or thief or beg, we came to activate 2 new lines in our account with them but I guess that was a problem for this young lady. Anyways, stay away from this store if you need proper help. There is a store further down on el camino as well, they were really helpful and added our new 2 lines.

My experience at the store yesterday was phenomenal, the best Ive ever had quite frankly. The new manager Joshua was extremely helpful and was very nice throughout the entire transaction. I plan on coming back to this specific sprint location just because of my experience with him. I highly recommend everyone to come to this location, theres even ice cream next door!!

Joshua was was helpful in our transaction. We bought out our phone and upgraded to a new model! He was very transparent about the pricings, plans and fees involved with both transactions. The team there greeted us and offered water and snacks (almonds this time) during the wait. They are very nice people and great to work with. I definitely recommend the store!

I came in and the loving manager keithia helped me open an account and she got me the best deal for an iPhone Apple Watch and a iPad and a sprint drive that will benefit me and my family . She explained everything including pricing. I don’t know how on here there is a lot of bad reviews about her when she is a really nice person and helped me with everything so I wouldn’t have a doubt about why is high . So trust me she really helps me when I have doubts. I wouldn’t go to a different store . I liked the staff there as well I felt welcomed and that they care about me .

This place is clean, but the service there was terrible. I showed up, and there was several other people there, but I was standing there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Then after waiting for about 20-25 minutes for someone to actually come over and talk to me, I explained my problem, and they made me feel like they were bending over backwards just to help me with my phone! Thats the whole point. I went to a different Sprint store and got a drastically better experience.

Really good store for a bad situation I was having trouble with a watch I brought my wife. Trying to hook a data plan online and on the phone was hard so we went into the store. The associate was extremely helpful and patient with us because ( I wont lie. We was being kind of ugly towards him because of our frustration). He was very professional and ultimately fixed our problem. I wish I knew his name but his customer service skills was on point.

Keithia was a consequential piece at play today. I went in with a huge fraud issue(San Bruno store) and she proceeded to help me go through various receipts. She was very helpful and offered great customer service. I dont understand why people dont think she is a great manager when she infact is. I highly recommend everyone to come to this location, they will make sure to take care of everything.

Jackie was extremely courteous and helpful. I had made 3 prior visits to other Sprint stores along with calling 800# and she was the first to solve my issue that had been ongoing for months. Awesome. Finally someone who understands plight of small business owners.

After taking my phone to two other stores a total of SIX times, I finally found this store. I was literally one phone call away from cancelling my 14 year association with Sprint. Not only did these guys diagnose the problem within minutes, they were HONEST about the history of the phone model I had and arranged to have my phone replaced through my insurance. The staff in this store are amazing!! Theyre good guys, quick, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with! Bravo to the owner of this store for staffing it with an intelligent team! It beats every other store within 25 miles, hands down!! Great job guys...Thanks!!

The Sprint Store in Redwood City is a joke. First of all the environment is very unprofessional. The employees who are essentially teenagers were chatty and joking the whole time I was there. But the biggest problem was the manager there named Keithia. She completely lied and made up costs on my plan and charged me for things she said were free. The Sprint store in Palo Alto said she was terrible and she was. She had a terrible reputation from customers who left Redwood City and went to Palo Alto. She spoke down to me and was very condescending. She got very defensive when I told her she was not being transparent. She was very rude to me the entire time. Do not ever get anything from the store or you will be deceived and yelled at.

They have 5 employees and 1 technician. Makes no sense.

I drove 8 miles (passing the San Mateo store on the way) just to come to this location. ALFREDO took care of my issue and restored my trust in Sprint again. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Sales rep Patricia gave me blatant lies about the plan I was signing up for, the process, and opening a new account. This feels like Wells Fargo opening fake accounts just to get a sale. In the past two weeks I have spent >10 hours dealing with Sprint trying to clean up this mess

Worst costumer service ever!!!! I went to the sprint store on 1517 El Camino Real and the manager KEITHIA HEIDELBERG humiliate me so bad, she screamed at me and she kicked me out of the store. I’ve been sprint customer for over 10 years and I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I wish I’ve never gone to that store but I wanted to upgrade my phones. I ordered a phone that was supposed to arrive to the store and I’ve call “customer care” and I called the store and no body can give me accurate information sales rep. This sprint store is one of the best stores I’ve been too . Very helpful . Went in to get the iPhone 8 Plus got it in less than 45 minutes . Conor was extremely helpful and took care of my problem quickly with non hassel. It is always frustrating when your phone doesnt work properly but Conor was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed (not perfect but works) quickly. One thing I would say about the store itself is they have like no selection of product. For fixing things I would come to.this store no problem but for any products I would choose another store.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My 83 years old mother needed a new phone because her Galaxy S4 stopped working. The thought of a new phone was causing her great anxiety because at 83 its hard to learn anything new especially technology. After spending 2 hours at Best Buy trying to get the Geek Squad to repair her old phone and/or somehow back up her contacts we left the store and drove to Sprint Redwood City to buy a new phone. We entered the Sprint store and were immediately greeted by Kiki, we explained the situation and told her we needed a new phone for my mother. Kiki was extremely patient with my mother explaining all the features of the phones and walking her through the changes. When Kiki activated the new phone she somehow magically restored all her contacts and made two new best friends. My mother was so relieved because at 83 you cant remember anyones name let alone their phone number and I was thrilled because I would have been the one spending HOURS loading all her contacts from a rolodex. The next day we went back to Sprint and Kiki spent another hour with my mother teaching her all about her new phone. Its hard to find good customer service these days, Kiki FAR exceeded our expectations, providing excellent customer service, compassion and a level of dignity. I honestly feel like we gained a new friend that day. Thank you Kiki for being a ray of sunshine in a dismal situation, your beautiful smile, patience and human kindness are so appreciated.
