Absolutely the WORST Boost Mobile store EVER. Walked in to buy 2 new phones. Guy behind the counter was on a personal call yelling at someone. Didnt even acknowledge us even though he kept glaring at us. After about 5 awkward minutes we just turned around and walked out. He didnt even care. Went to San Mateo store and even though I dont speak Spanish, the ladies there were wonderful!!! Been going there ever since. I feel sorry for the people in Redwood City that have NO CHOICE but to come here. Very bad representation for BOOST. The guys that owned the original store on Woodside & Middle field were AWESOME. Miss them very much.

Boost Customer Service said I needed a new SIM to activate my phone, and that the local store would have one for $10. I went to this store and they charged $20. Plus they add $2 if you pay by debit card. 220% markup! No bueno!

What a joke No one apparently speaks English and dont care if u dont speak Spanish so unprofessional. Last time I checked this was still the U.S. not Tijuana. Reverse discrimination going on there big time
