Delicious, fresh donuts. The French crueller was fresh, light and not too sweet. Perfect! The glazed donut was fresh, thick…surprisingly heavy…incredibly delicious! Quite original. The huge apple fritter was also quite tasty. This is now my go to donut shop in the area!

Great selection and loved the crumb donuts as well as the strawberry glazed with sprinkles. Coffee to wash it down. Great after a soccer match though I should have been the one playing to justify the calories. yum

Well lookie here over 300 reviews. Awesome. Had a meeting last week up here in redwood city. Got one dozen fresh predictable awesome fried dough disks, Still very good. They started here in the 90s. Prices have jacked recently but thats ok. Good on ya happy Ds, you go!

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price

Nice clean donut shop with a lot of options!We came here in between kids sports and were very impressed by the cleanliness and vast donut selection!We ordered a vanilla glazed French crueller, regular glazed donut, and a blueberry cream cheese croissant. The glazed donut was buttery soft on the inside and perfectly sweet as a glazed donut should be. The vanilla glazed French crueller was also very good. This dessert always reminds me of Chinese pastries and takes me back to my younger days traveling through Asia. Last, but not least was the blueberry croissant; this is traditionally one of my favorites, the ratio of cheese to blueberry, for me, was a little too heavy on the cheese side, however, other than that the pastry was very tasty.After we finished desserts, the two kids and I ordered a ham croissant sandwich. Unfortunately they ran out of croissants at 10:30am on a Sunday, so we substituted for a cheese bagel, but I thought it a bit strange to run out of items that early on the weekend. Nonetheless, the sandwich was very tasty and came with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, mayo, mustard and jalapeños (we skipped jalapeños since my kids are hit and miss with spicy foods).All in all a lot of options and very satisfied with the midday break. Very well organized donuts and displayed nicely to be able to see all options. It was not extraordinarily clear what kind of donut was what kind, so prices were a bit hard to predict, but if you are a donut afficianado then you should be ok. Also, the discrepancy in price from most expensive donut to cheapest donut is not that much, so either way you are walking away with a good deal.Im planning on coming back here with the kids to try more options.Till next time Happy Donut!

Great variety of freshly baked and tasty pastries and donuts filled and unfilled. A lot better than those sold at supermarkets, which are sold made there or delivered from another location and sold these days prepackaged. Coffee is not bad either.

BEST DONUT place....Im from Texas...and I was visiting Redwood city and the donut shop happen to be across the street from my hotel...my family and I wanted donuts....we went to Happy donuts....and it was game over...we pigged out...Best donuts you ever tasted...we still claim to this day its the BEST donut shop in the USA...

Never again. I was warned & I ignored the it. Ordered chocolate & received maple. I know that its weird that I am from Vermont & dont like any maple products other than maple syrup. If I did like maple covered donuts I wouldve been fine with them after the 30 minute drive north of them & opened the bag to discover my order was wrong. I actually drove back later that morning & had the opportunity to return them, but the parking lot was full & wasnt willing to wait in line. So I drove to the donut shop on Woodside & got the chocolate ones that I had craved so much earlier that morning.

Ive been coming here ever since I was a little kid and Ive always loved their donuts. They have a large variety of donuts, as well as an extended menu of other stuff such as a croissant breakfast sandwiches, bagels, burgers, etc. The cronuts are delicious both regular sized and the small cronut holes. My favorite by far is the glazed donut, which I believe should be the case at any donut shop. This place has free wifi and is open 24hrs, so obviously this is along with the scrumptious donuts is a five star rating!

There are very few place like this place open for business 24hours. The prices are reasonable and the service is always good. So if you have a sweet tooth and you crave a treat worth while, this is the place for you day or night.

The donuts are just okay. Often they taste like they were cooked in old oil. The last time we were there the bathroom was out of order and I needed to use one badly since we had driven from San Francisco there. I thought it was a law that a place that you can sit down and eat has operating bathrooms. When I said this to the man getting us donuts he laughed! This really turned me off to this place! 😧

A little pricey for donuts, but it is a great place to wait for people to meet up with. The selection is decent and the taste is good, thus the 3 stars. It is a little dark and creepy looking on the inside, so not so great for atmosphere, Each donut is over $1, which is a little expensive.

Their donuts are beautiful and tasty. My partner and I also got a ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was so-so, but the croissant was on point. Their prices are decent, and their service is fast and friendly.

My husband paid for four donuts and was given three. This was after going earlier that day and being completely ignored by the girl at the counter. I think for the price I will get donuts at Whole Foods from now on. I at least know I am getting all the donuts I paid for.
