A solid Baskin Robins. Service was fine and friendly. Decor was typical, located in a busy area makes it accessible. prices are reasonable. I reccomend it!Traveler and Adventurer - IG @brian.dent

Baskin robins / togos. Worst one of these chains that Ive been to in some time. My friend got a milkshake, the milkshake machine was broken so they made a ice cream mixed up a little bit. Got 2 sandwiches, the pretzelrami, got home it was a bacon chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun... Didnt even know they made that. The girl even repeated the order back to me several times, still got it wrong. We also got the 32 I think it was, pastrami pepperchinis and 1000 island dressing, the pastrami was gross.. Rubber at best, I noticed they take the pastrami out of the cooler heat the entire container in the microwave(? Didnt catch how they heat it) use some meat then stick the container back in the cooler.... I can only imagine how chef ramsay would have a field day with this place... The sourdough bread I had the sandwich on, after taking the rubber nasty tasting meat out of the sandwich was good.. I was hungry!

Horrible experience!Ordered an ice cream cake, picked out a birthday design and I show up for pick and two young ladies are helping me out (very rude, eyes rolling, sighs) because I’m upset that my cake had a completely different design and didn’t even say “Happy Birthday” and added a weird toy on top just for the heck of it. I would normally say that I would never be back, but then I had another staff member help me her name was Celina. Wonderful young lady. Very respectful and provided great service and she tried to make things right. Because of her, I will be back with the kids for some ice cream. Thanks Celina!!! You’re the Best :)

I placed an online order for an ice cream cake. I am very disappointed with the communication that took place over my online order. I had placed a pick up time for 6:00p, I received a call around 2:00p notifying me that my cake take longer than needed since they were backed up on order. I told whoever was in charge of making my cake that the latest would be 7:00p. About an hour or so, I received another call telling me that the cake flavored I orginally chose is all sold out. I was infuriated and was recommended another flavor. With little to no time to even bother selecting another bakery, I have no other choice but to change flavors. I arrive around 7:20p, with the cake STILL NOT READY. I wait another ten minutes with the cake finally done. As soon as I get to the car, I open the cake to find it almost melted, falling apart, and none of the Happy Birthday messages in sight.

This place is horrible at being able to read. They messed up our order that we got delivered. We tried to call to be able to see if we could come in and get the correct order. The phone just rand and rang. We ended up going to this location and the food was locked 10 minutes earlier than when they closed. Horrible. Not we have melted ice cream because of an incorrect order

It was great place have an ice cream. Ice Cream is simply delicious and the sweetness is not sugary. Staff was very nice, offered you great options of ice cream to try.

Management changed and it got better, doing what they can especially with the COVID-19 outbreaks

Terrible, their close time is 10pm. We got there at 9 and they were closed.
