I have purchased a computer through Swing Computers, and I can say that I have had the most excellent service I could ever have imagined or asked for. The purchase should have been a standard-transaction, but turned out to be much more complicated - but NOT because of Swing Computers. On the contrary, Swing Computers was the reason that everything went well in the end.Mr. Foster Hoff, who is the president of Swing Computers is a trustworthy person, who personally handled my order. And even when things got more complicated underway (not by any fault of Swing Computers!), he was constantly in email contact with fast replies and answers to all questions. He even called me long after business hours during the process, to update me on the situation.Foster Hoff proved to be trustworthy to handle valuable goods and shipments, even in situations where there was just his word to verify that the shipment would go through.

As far as online stores go, I like their selection of used computers. They have a website, somewhat of a physical location, and an eBay store. I read more into their parts sourcing philosophy and it is cool what they are doing. The laptop I purchased had an issue with the hinge screws, that is an amazingly common problem and it isnt easily detected without tearing down the laptop (no fault on their part). They worked with me and we found a solution that worked for both of us. That in itself is why I bumped them to 5 stars. With used components it is the communication when something isnt 💯 that matters more than when it is.

Do yourself a favor and please, buy your computer equipment elsewhere. I cant stress this enough. For a computer store, they have below average knowledge about computers. They are masters of deception though. They will sell you broken or incomplete products and intimidate you into just going with it. I had an awful experience with these people, and they engaged in some fraudulent, borderline illegal stuff to hide my experience with them. The owner, Foster, seemed like a fair guy at first but he lied and cheated and he made all the extra effort to make sure I didnt get what I pay for without any form of refund nor return. Just buy from the other computer store around here. I am extremely dissappointed in this store.
