This place does not know how to do their job my daughter took a old phone of mine and they canceled my services and I had to pay to turn my phone back on and lost all my credit I had with boost which I had been with since 2010 but I am leaving them at the end of the month cause if they cannot do a job right they should not be open please do away with your boost service before it happens to you

Worst provider ever.... and I say this because I went and got me a new phone there ever 6 months ago, but since day one, every time I leave home and my phone disconnects from the wifi I have to take my phone all the way back to Boost and get them to reset it. And this happens to me every single day. Its really insane.

Because I was promised one phone but then told I was told I had to take a lesser phone,the sales clerk should have taken the time to explain everything upfront,not afterwards,the customer service wasnt good,i worked for Nextel in sales,moved up too assistant director,an later a manager,We were number 1 in sales and costumer satisfaction for entire east coast 6consecetive years.I was main supervisor for many years at previous employment,Customer Service Can make or break a company as well as lose costumers quickest and permanently,Sratistics show when just one person has a bad experience,they tell at the very least one other person,it then reaches at least 11other ppl on average.Now we are in a social media age, where the number of ppl hearing about negative experiences have reached at least 30% more and branches off even more from there!!I was previously with Verizon iPhones,and prior to that Straight talk.I was with Boost Mobile @7years prior,the customer service and product was excellent then.My BUISNESS brought 7 customers too Boost,an these new customers brought new customers too Boost.Im in EXTREMELY poor health for the time being,but as soon as Im capable,i will go back to Straight Talk or Verizon,Its UNACCEPTABLE the product Boost is making now only last approximately 6 months and customers only options are UPGRADE,OR GO TO ANOTHER PROVIDER!!!ITS AN ONGOING FACT WITH EVERY BOOST CUSTOMER I SPEAK TOO,NOT A FEW,BUT EVERYONE!!!THE MAJORITY OF CLIENTELE BOOST ATRACTS ARE YOUNGER AND MID 30s-40s.The expense and inconvenience of the constant necessary too upgrade,is the deciding factor in leaving for more expensive Mobile carries and justifies paying higher price for the product, ultimately the cost is far less in the long run!!!

Bought phone for wife, forced to activate in store, charged 20 dollar activation fee and made to get 50 dollar plan. Come to find out there is NO activation fee for brand new in box phones per boost mobiles own website and you dont have to have the 50 plan your first month. Dont shop here they thrive off trickery and the ignorance of their customers. Phones are cheaper elsewhere and you can just activate yourself for free.
