HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND PLACE TO RENT FURNITURE!!!! DO NOT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are RUDE “TRAVIS “ AND “FRANK” ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL and they don’t make late payments like their website says they can work with you but THEY DONT THEY THREATEN YOU WITH COURT AND WILL KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR THE DAY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE !!!!!!! Just after ONE MISSED PAYMENT !!!! They cuss and are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DO NO DO IT !!!!! THEY BANG ON YOUR DOOR AND TALK TO YOUR NEIGHBORS AND WILL HARRASS YOU IF YOU ARE JUST ONE DAY LATE !!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE TO BE DESPERATE TO BUY THEIR FURNITURE!!!! VERY GHETTO

We spend $90 per month to rent a washer and dryer from this place. We call to arrange for them to move it to our new house and the young lady tells us that since we are moving to a different city that it would take two weeks for them to deliver it. To avoid that laundry pile up, we decided to move the appliances on our own. When we get to the new place, the dryer connection will not fit our laundry room. So we reach out to the local office about switching the chord. Now, a week after the move, we are learning that we followed the wrong instructions from the new store and that transferring our account will require a new application for the merchandise that is literally already in our home. I asked how long that process would take and Dwight said that they would have to contact our employer, landlord, etc. all over again. Aside from the huge inconvenience, this is the most inconsiderate process that I have ever encountered. They made it clear that they had no interested in helping with the move and then gave us the appropriate steps to complete the process a week later. I urge the owner to please incorporate transparency and honesty into your business ethics. The lacking customer service and communication have been a huge inconvenience.

Very rude, they took money from my account without me even signing a contract. Then they never refunded it. Dont rent here!!!!

I have very poor credit history as was able to easily rent a $2,000 laptop I needed for work. The days I get paid very and they have always worked with me on payment. Even when I got 3 weeks behind once and had to turn the laptop in until I could catch up the payments they froze my account and held it for me, and even fixed it for me while my account was on hold as it had stopped working.

By far the worst experience ever I had a unexpected problem come up and couldnt make the payment. I said I would be in 5 days to pay it and was told they have to pick it up and they dont do late payments. One month ago I was a week late and it was ok then but now this rude employee says its not allowed.

Even though the prices are high, this is what you can expect from such a place. Staff are friendly and helpful, and its nice actually finding a way to obtain items with out dropping a ton of money all at once.
