Walked in and was told to leave because of no mask. However the employee who told me to leave had a mask around his neck not covering his face. I asked if I could get a mask and was told no I had to leave. Called the manager and he didnt care if his employees mask was covering his face or not.

My wife and i stopped by our local Hibbett sports store. As soon as i walked in, the young lady up front was asking if she could help me. Very nice, the young man working was also very helpful and their prices on shoes and clothing very Reasonable. Very nice experience, will be back for athletic equipment for sure.

No one else was shopping so I had personal attention... Such a nice staff...

Greeted as I walked in the store,was asked if I needed assistance with anything an told me about sales an specials they had going on.

My son got a shirt as a gift and it was the wrong size and I tried to exchange it and or return it and they would not even let me get a different size or anything else because we had no receipt. This should be listed in the store before people spend their money there. So we are stuck with an item that my child cannot fit. And the “Head Coach” looked me up and down.. I feel she was a little judgmental and rude in the other hand Jordan a team member was very helpful in assisting my other needs there!

When they have sales they are good. Layaway is available. Customer service is very good...would give 5 stars if they would have a wider selection of the hottest shoes/clothes and if they would stay open just a little later.

It wasnt a good experience. Playing music way to loud. playing song about selling drug and shooting people having pride about that life.

Overpriced and under stocked. I always feel like the staff is lurking around me and not in a friendly can I help you type of way but In a are you trying to steal something kind of way.

Went here to check prices before using a gift certificate received as a Christmas present. Nearly collapsed - the shoes must be made of gold. $50 for Chuck Taylors???????? Kids shoes were $100 and more. There are less expensive options in Greensboro.
