Garden area still not manned. You must enter at the main entrance. Using Covid as an excuse not to hire full time employees. Forcing customers to self check out yet still pay the same prices as they would if employees checked them out. If covid was still a problem then why no limit on the number of customers and no mask required? I call BS on wal mart.

This is for the Eden Walmart Bakery. The two women today was unprofessional and right out rude! I simply asked for a Happy Birthday Kyler and got this and basically pushed away in a hurry. The women didnt even ask how to spell the name. I was so upset and frustrated, I just took the cake and made my way to get icing myself and FIX their mistake! They were on their phones really not paying attention and acted as if they didnt even want to be there! I will never order another cake from this place! Luckily and THANK GOD my son had a nice birthday anyways! Thanks alot Walmart bakery! Work on yalls attitudes please!!

Prices are good. Some associates are great. A lot of times prices do not match the product and sometimes isles are dirty or messes not picked up. I feel that with all the money this company makes they should hire more people.

This Walmart is basically the worst! They never ever have any lines open for check out. You would think with all the money Wal-Mart makes daily the least they could do is make it coveince to check out. Plus the other day me and my family waited in line for 25 mins to self check out once we scanned our items n attempted to pay we received n error. Waited another 10 minutes for assistance, the walmart rep stated oh we have had issues all week these machines do not accept cash. No signs or anything advising cash only.was inform to just use a card, we advised we are a cash only family. Then was i formed that we had to go to customer sevice n wait in line to re-ring items. Terrible terrible. Walmart seems to be headed the same direction K-mart was. I predict in the near future Wal-Marr will be a thing of the past!

People were good not enough self check outs after 8pm

I have used this Walmart pharmacy for years now to receive my meds. Even though I have moved away from the Reidsville area back in 2018, I still make the drive from my new place to this Walmart. I have always received excellent customer service from the folks in the pharmacy here. I will continue to use this as my Walmart because good customer service is hard to find in this time in the world.

Walmart is getting to be one of the worst places to go. They never have half of what I need anymore. The best thing to do is order on line or go to Eden Walmart.

The atmosphere seemed to be tense and it seems they dont have any desire the wait on you. There were some stuff that was friendly but most seemed to be sad or frustrated. I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart but now because it has gone to self service for the most part I dont like going there unless I need something I need. I like the old was better. It seems the big wigs dont care about their staff or their customers

Got a gaming monitor sent from another state as a gift for my sons birthday. It was an LG valued at around $160, we didnt realize it wasnt like a tv and didnt have sound so we wanted to exchange it for a regular flat screen for the same amount. It was still in the box and they said because I didnt have the receipt that I couldnt exchange it because it was valued at over $150, no exceptions. This policy is ridiculous and doesnt make any sense. I understand I cant get a refund, but Im giving you your product back in exchange for another product, so where is their loss? Regardless of the amount. I had never heard of that policy before and when reading further into their policy, its at the managers discretion. I ended up buying computer speakers for twenty bucks just for my kid to watch a movie! I bought them at that location, and that will be the last time they will get my business.

Every time I go into this Walmart, the employees follow me around the store. The managers and employees treat certain customers different (if you know what I mean). Poor customer service. And the workers act shady. I will never go back to this Walmart ever again.

First time at this Walmart here in North Carolina and I found it to be a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere I was in there in the early morning and all the workers were busy putting things on the shelves I needed help for several items and the team member was very quick in helping me I found everyone that I came in contact with to be nice and friendly thank you Walmart

They need to schedule more associates with the busy times of the days and weeks, but other than that its a pretty good experience.

Walmart sells a lot of expired and rotten foods I got meat from there last week and we opened it and it smelt horrible stank the whole house up and when we get grocery orders half the time the stuff we get is no good or a day from expiring a lot of the new people are rude there and don’t want to help customers.I used to enjoy shopping there and that’s why I prefer Sam’s club and food Lion over Walmart now.

Went to get a mop that was advertised as store pick up only. Online it said three was available. When I arrived they only had one and the box was open so I did not purchase it for that reason. I did however make other purchases. The store was neat and orderly.

I was gathering the much dreaded school supplies, starting to feel over whelmed and Ms. Blair an employee helped me! What an asset walmart has, she deserves a raise. Better yet, a day off with pay!! Thank you Ms Blair for rescuing me. A pure gem...

Item I needed was in stock this time.However, never enough cashiers on duty. I resent and therefore try to avoid self checkout. It deprives someone else of a job. If I am expected to do my own checkout, I should be compensated by an additional discount for my services to the company.

Staff and selection is awesome. Grocery pickup is always great!

No help from employees whatsoever! Actually the only employees we saw were 2 cart guys and only one lady watching the self checkouts. Never got any help at customer service to get an item that showed in stock online but it wasnt in reality. Not a single employee came to customer service after I waited for 10 minutes for someone.

Honestly Im not a fan of Walmart. You hear rumors of how awful management is in some stores. Sadly I feel this is one of them. You openly hear employees talk about how theyre mistreated as you shop. Management themselves arent too engaging, they have that why are you talking to me vibe. But I get it, Walmart is Walmart and they have monopolized the market in most small towns.

Sunday Aug 22nd. 7:30 pm. From what I could tell everyone was doing self check-out. Took 25 minutes to get to a register. No one wiping buggies. No cleaner to wipe buggy. Low on sanitizer. Majority of people not wearing masks. A lot of people leaving their items & leaving the store. Very bad situation. Lot of items not stocked.

Went to the Walmart in Reidsville to purchase an extra cell phone. Dyshawn took care of me. He did a great job! Bravo Dyshawn!

Prices are always different when you ring stuff up or just scan from app.

I would leave 5 stars but the only reason why Im leaving 4 is because of Heather (lead). When I saw Travis (coach) standing there with 3 people and told me they locked the doors and I had to walk all the way from the produce side of the parking lot to the home side where I parked I was insulted. That was poor customer service. But Heather was an angel and was able to unlock the doors for me even though Travis and 2 other people were standing right there. Remind you if I were to get robbed walking that whole parking lot you would be liable. Heather was AMAZING. You need more people like her in your store.

Needed a couple things....was nearby....but will stay away from Walmart as much as possible. Hate having workers stand around to help if needed while we scan our own stuff! Yet, were not getting money off for scanning and bagging!!!

Walmart still doesnt have the merchandise that we need the shelves are empty upsetting to go week after week and not find what you are looking for it makes you want to shop somewhere else even though it will cost more at another store hopefully the problem will be solved soon

Usually a nice store but lately seems messy. No prices on the shelves. Not enough cashiers almost all the time we visit. They lost a good size sale of cypress mulch today because only one person working the lawn and garden which was the cashier. Plants were neglected. (Not watered)No Walmart brand cases of water in stock which seems to be a regular thing. Maybe they need to look at the MANAGERS running the store!!!!

Shopped late and found it was the perfect time because the lines were not long. There were a few items I needed but they did not have at the time. Really wish they carried a better variety of fabrics. Love the variety of household items and candles! Nice place to shop.

I just wanted to share an experience I had at this Walmart. I wanted to compliment the closing staff that worked The night of Tuesday December 8th. My little sisters elf on a shelf got ripped to pieces by a dog. We were in a panic to find one for the next morning and the website said this store had it in stock. We got there right before closing. I was expecting staff to feel annoyed that we had got there so late because I know that I would have. Within minutes several employees were helping us search the store for the elf on a shelf doll because they knew how much excitement it brings to children. Long story short the website was incorrect at no fault of the stores. It was heartwarming to see how much your employees stopped doing their closing duties to help bring joy to a little girl. This will definitely be my favorite Walmart to come to going forward. Keep up the great work and let the employees who worked this night know that their compassion does not go unnoticed.

Never can find help. Shelves are never stocked always out. They have gotten away from made in the U.S. A.. and the lighting section in the grocery section is dark.

Great customer service. The young lady Sadie was able to assist me in what I came to purchase. She was very patient and I really appreciate that. We had drove about 2 hrs to this particular store for an item.

Got my new tires put on here. After the day I had they were such a huge help. And when I left I felt so much better. Really appreciate all of their help and work.

Worst Walmart around! Nothing on shelves match the sticker price. Wrong brands listed, same items with with 2 different stock/price labels! Had to use app on phone to figure out cost and location on half my list. Very frustrating. Forced to use self checkout, no registers with adequate space for a buggy full of items. Needs lots of improvement on this store!!

Walmarts grocery website is such an ease to use (search, select, add to cart, and check out could not be any easier) I feel safe at the Reidsville pick up area.

Rarely have scooters available for disabled shoppers. Shelves are often empty. Cant count on what you regularly buy to be on the shelf. Other than a few really nice long term employees, most of the staff are indifferent, are not helpful and sometimes act like you are stupid for wanting help.

They no longer have cashiers. You have to self check out all your items no matter how much you have

When you offer grocery pick up and its 3 hours late and you get a text that your order is ready. When you arrive at the pick up area no one answered the phone. I went into the store and then found out that pick up time had ended although I was told my order was ready! I was told I could get it tomorrow. When? Idk. Part of good customer service is communication with patrons. I want a refund. Smh

Slow service, for a fast food establishment, especially since for the past year they have only done drive thru. One would think they would have that down pat.

I come here to buy my weekly/monthly groceries and this time i had an unpleasant moment where the lady at the exit let about 10 people walkout without checking their stuff but when she saw me she made eye contact and wanted to see my ticket so me wondering why me and not everyone else asked why she was checking mine and the lady never spoke a word, just pointed at the pack of waters i had and i gave her my ticket and everything was fine, but i felt some type of way since out of everyone that walk out i was the one she set her eye on, like im a outcast or someone that looks like they stealing. Will be back but now i might just go to foodlion where i havent had any incidents and feel like no one is judging me

I dont like that they think we should check ourselves out. I had a stroke in 2015 and although it doesnt show outward I have difficulty with doing the check out process that way and the employees are rude when you ask to be checked out, even tho there are employees standing around talking.

I was shopping and they stopped me from shopping and wouldnt even let me get my groceries (I probably had over $300 worth of stuff in my cart) Walmart Reidsville NC..... This place is a hot mess two lanes open one is express less than 20 items the other back up by 11 people. No one knows what they are doing ask a question and i get i dont work in in this department. I rather drive to Greensboro and go to target from now on.

This company is lying in their ads. I bought a monitor for gaming and ordered it at 12:01 in the morning as that’s the time it opened. I order the monitor and it says will be here Thursday... long story short it didn’t get here Thursday and I’m very irritated when I could I have bought it somewhere else and already have it in my home. They said they were out of stock but I checked my local Walmart and they had the product on pallets in the middle of the isles. It’s really ridiculous to me..

No one picks up the phones. I know everyone is not busy. The store is better but you cant get a hold of no one if you need a pick up or to see what is in the store

Needed red mulch how bout Danville Lowes five for ten dollars deal lol joke that lasted like two days and they had a parking lot full of pallets of mulch like thousands of pallets but my people at Wal-Mart had tons of it for 2.22 per bag everyday price. Put 25 ... 2 cubic feet bags of mulch in the Prius in five mins and I was out! Great staff quick help BEST prices!!! And yes the Prius made the 20 mile drive home with 3000 lbs of mulch in the back interesting trying to do 70 on the HWY lol! Thank GOD for POWER mode!

Im nearly equal distance from Reidsville, Burlington, and Greensboro. This is my favorite location.I had been disappointed when the kid carts were removed, but online pickup definitely helps and my kids are getting older now!

I liked that I found some holiday items that I had seen in a Wal-Mart in SC. Still had a good selection of TVs on Christmas Eve. I just wish they would come up with a way to provide more social distancing at the self check out on the grocery side. Other shoppers were less than 3ft away on both sides of the check out station that was available. And there just wasnt enough room to avoid that situation.

Usually quick trips are uneventful but today those people pulling orders were in the way all over the food side of the store. I had to ask 2 of them to move the cart so I could get my groceries. They park the carts in front of the counters and walk down the aisle.
