Items always one price on shelf a different price at the cash register I was hot and tired didnt feel like going anywhere else next time Im going to Walmart at least then you can scan your items before you buy them

This is a great location. If you just need a few household items, laundry products, snacks, even greeting cards. They truly have a surprising amount of household goods and foods. I like buying my lounging clothes like pajamas here, too. They are obviously not designer wear, but they last really well, and they have a big range of sizes. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient.

Would not let me switch out item that DID NOT WORK, for something that did (which was cheaper)

Cashier was very nice and knowledgeable able the stock and where it is. Store was very clean and bright. I noticed a lot of empty shelves, but also a lot of boxes /stock to be put away. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was that I had brought in a color sample which I explained to the cashier when I came in. I told her I was looking for wicker baskests or something to match my color sample to. She told me that they didnt have any wicker baskets but they did have some plastic baskets. She the gave me very good directions to find them. I didnt find a plastic basket that would work, however, as I continued to look around the store, I found 4 wicker baskets. They didnt work for my situation but as I was leaving the store I told the cashier about the wicker baskets and where they were, just so she would know in the future. She said she thought I just wanted something to match the color of my color sampl. I guess it was just a communication problem.

Clean get in and out. But the heavy set woman who wears glasses. Shes a cashier, can be very rude and unpleasant. Shes re-presenting Family Dollar and as a customer her attitude is horrible. Never inviting as welcome to family Dollar. She makes facial expressions like she doesnt like her job. Customer service is not a talent of hers.

Great place to shop with the family and great place with great friendly outgoing employees and staff. Found and got quite a bit of stuff for a good deal thanks yall

I just can not beleive this. Ive been into the one in reidsville nc on freeway drive 3 times. I was short on change a couple times and had to dig in my purse to find it and the manager who is a rude person very unproffessional got all mad and every sence then i cant go in there without her A.) Watching and following me around like i am a convict and B.) Questioning what i bought. I had and was going to buy a eyeliner penvile but i put iy back and when i was checking out she actually queationed me about iy saying ( you had a black eyeliner what did you do with it ) just thinking she was going to catch me stealing which id never even do to begin with. She is so nasty rude and very unprofessional. When i had to dig for change and get it for her ahe huffed and puffed about it and ive tries being nice to hwr. Shes very prigitist with certaine ppl. And i happen to be one of them . i have a horrible time even going there and others have told me thr same. What a hortible shopping exsperience she caus3s me and caused me today actually. Ive called corporate office and have reported her. Im going to try my best for her tolose her job for discriminating me for like the 4th or 5th time now. Good luck to you lady. You mistreated the wrong lady. I WILL TRY ALL I CAN FOR YPU TO LOSE YPUR JOB AND MATBE TAKE LEFAL ACTION AGAINST YOU. WE CAN HAVE THR TAPES PULLED TO PROVE YOU WRONG . ILL SUE YOUR BUTT REALLY FAST
