Left without buying anything because its very sleazy and nothing is priced. Couldnt get the attention of the guy behind the counter.

Disorganized shelves with not much on them. They sell cans of food and other random old food you wouldnt eat. Small selection of candy and snacks. They have a large selection of cheap glass. Most of the glass bowl replacements for a bong I looked at had cracks. Worker was able to find ONE without a crack for me. Mtn Dew I bought is flat. Every time Im in here the guy at register never says a word to you. Not a welcoming store. Fee to use card under $10 and if you give cash they always give you dirty thin money that looks like it was pulled from the river. I live 3 minutes walk from here but I walk further to go somewhere better.

This is a place I aways get my glass from.. but not anymore the owner does not know anything about most of his stuff in his store. He was very rude to me because he didnt know anything. HE shouldnt interacting with customers. Ill never go here again. Im a small business owner myself. I would never act that way or tolerate this at all from any of my employees. Good thing his employees are knowledgeable. Maybe they can teach him on customer service.

On Saturday, November 18, 2017 I came to purchase some vape juice, waterpipe, and replacement atomizers. I tried find the flavor I wanted but couldnt, and I was looking at the vast selection for about 40 min. Not one person asked if I needed help and I was thrown out of the store like some criminal. I work 60 hours a week, dont get the opportunity to look around like that. They just missed about $150 in business by doing that to me so whatever.I forgot to mention the pile of credit cards that I found right outside the front door that belong to a girl named Misty. I was attempting to be a good citizen and picked up about all 10 cards and brought them to the guy at the register, and he looked at me with disgust and threw them all in the trash. Hey regretfully said thank you and looked at me with disgust. I was thinking I can look her name up on Facebook and maybe messenger and tell her that I had her cards or something but I dont know.All other experiences here have been excellent. Very good selection very good prices. This is why I was looking around for so long.

Best head shop in town. It is the biggest. There has been management change, it is much better. The staffs are way better, a lot of college guys works there now, they know what they are talking about. Best selection of alcohol, beer, and all the other good stuff in the headshop.

Went to the store to get some tortilla chips. They have them! The cashier was very polite and respectable he said it was going to charge me extra money because I use my card but he told me just to add something for $0.50 and it would have been free thank you again sir

They are a busy store, but after a bad experience at Reno smoke shop, I went to Nahar. The guy that helped was awesome. He asked the right questions regarding my taste in vapes, and guided me to what i was looking for. Extremely happy with this store.

Good customer service

They have a much larger selection of products than they did last year. Definitely WAY better prices than ive seen around. Great service and were very knowledgeable with the products they sell. I highly recommend this shop and Im for sure going here for pretty much everything smoke shop related lol.

TEST COMPONENTS YOU BUY IN THE SHOP BEFORE YOU LEAVE.I went there for the first time today with my boyfriend who needed a new coil. He walked out of the store to discover it didnt work. He returned no more than 5 minutes later and the guy behind the counter refused to make it right. He told my boyfriend to come back at 6pm. It was 10:30am. No customer service skills and if you buy something there, the sale is final, even if they sell defective merchandise. Shay people at that store. I wish I could give negative stars.

This place is TRASH. They sell broken vapes then 20 hours later when you go to return it they tell you only the person that sold it can exchange it. Garbage thieves! Dont go here! Out 30 bucks in less than 20 hours.

Not very much of a discount... Bought a fifth of southern comfort and four gatorades cost 32.00....which explains the dusty bottle... If it wasnt for christmas I would never have paid that much....

Nobody even bothers to help you the cashier was taking to his friends the whole time.. we walked in to look at the pipes and we had to go look for him because he didnt even ask us if we needed help. No good customer service at all...lame place honestly ..i wouldnt come back here.

Asked to buy a vape pen. For my budget was recommended a snoop dogg g pen. When I opened the tank it was clearly different from other vapes. When I went back minutes later was told it was only for smoking herbs and not for vape juice. When I looked up the model online I found that these are sold for a much higher price and in an entirely different packaging. An obvious counterfeit and when charging it the USB gave off a burning smell like an overheating car engine. Also the first reviewer below who gave a 5 star rating looks strikingly like the man from the store

Was going here for years, the individuals working there were never warm or nice. They are expensive, the service is lacking, and the space as a whole needs to be remodeled or redone.
