This place has such amazing service! I was planning an event from out of state and couldnt come in to view what they had in stock for kegs so I spoke with a woman named Katie over the phone and she was super patient with me as she went through some of the selections and really dialed in what I wanted even recommending keg sizes and based on the amount of people I had coming to the event. I really appreciate her service and patience!

Just moved to Reno, wasted a good hour buying supplies for my at home bar and not be able to checkout. To be explicit I got to the cash registry at 9:50pm, and unfortunately their cash registry system froze as I was checking out and there was nothing they could do about it. Offered to withdraw cash from atm but store had to close.Associates were nice, this wasn’t their fault but I did waste an hour driving up there, and looking for the supplies.

Total Wine is the Taj Mahal of liquor stores. Truly extensive selections of tequilas, rum, bourbon, Scotch, and other types of whiskey, gin, vodka, liquers, and of course wine. The Reno location is not quite as large as the one in Vegas but still has a seemingly endless selection.Lots of beer and cider as well. When I visit from out of town I usually come back home with my trunk full of excellent spirits.Very helpful staff as well. Also have a tasting room for classes on a wide variety of drinking experiences. A must stop for the drinking enthusiast!

Walked in with a mission, Im not an idle drink buyer. I needed Tia Maria and a six pack of beer. Sorry, I said six pack of beer, but what I mean is the BEST six pack of beer with out question.Tia Maria was hiding behind a bottle of gross ass whatever, but the staff helped me see past it.Walk to the beer section to demand the best six pack in my hands RIGHT NOW! A guy was setting samples who beckons me toward him. He represented Hop Valley and he over informed me about why some beers win awards and how they are made, all Im doing is sucking down tasty samples, the second one was amazing. I grab the six pack and head for the door while he keeps blahing away.BUT WAIT! He was running a promotion! First X many people who buy a six pack get a hat. He tossed over my sweet new rim and I walked out of there like a capital B, Boss!

What an amazing selection! My husband and I wanted to buy a special bottle of wine for a present. While we were looking, we got to sample some delicious wines. Everyone there is very helpful. The prices and service make the trip well worth it!

Its my happy place! Unless I am looking for something special, I refuse to spend more than $10 for a bottle of wine. There are hundreds to choose from and their rewards program is awesome.

What happened to Total Wine Custer service? I have spent almost $15,000 at TW in the last year and have had fabulous service. My last trip into Reno was gut wrenching. I only spent $3,000 but I was treated like I just bought a stick of gum. The trainee cashier had a nice smile but her coach could care less about me as a customer. I pushed up a cart with 50 plus bottles so they could scan and box. Apparently he got tired of unloading the cart after 24 bottles and said “Sir can you load the rest of the bottles on the conveyor.” I suggested that it would be much more time efficient if he grabbed another cart and continued to load as before. After a roll of the eyes and an apathetic non-response he heeded my suggestion. A price check call for the manager revealed another apathetic attitude. I asked for current web discounts and was met with “nothing available.”No smile or apology. A $3,000 purchase meant nothing, let alone the $15,000 yearly purchases.When the transaction was completed the coach checker asked if I needed help out. I said yes, yet he made no move to assist me driving out two full shopping carts...no, Thank You, or any other sign of appreciation... BevMo and Online here I come!

Worst customer service ever. Does your delivery service exist? I HAVE NOW ORDERED TWICE. Both times cancelled in ten minutes after taking my cc information? Email info? Then you ask me to review and rate my order... that you cancelled immediately? I both called and emailed... why did u cancel? When calling... I held for 46 minutes till i hung up. Was told that they never received the order despite the emails stating otherwise and late call hung up on after the agent said she will make sure it was fixed. So after every order made online here... NONE HAVE GONE THROUGH. NONE. Going to the store msy be different but there online service is like dealing with your isp in a call center overseas. Nothing is resolved. No answers given.

Needs more refrigerated beer. Otherwise if you like wine, liquor, or warm beer, it is a great place. The cashier with the intricate ponytail was very friendly.

Love this place the beer selection is the best in town without going to a brew house. They even have growler fills.
