I wouldnt advise anybody to go here. Theyre sloppy and messy and their customer service is terrible. I brought in my car and they left streaks all over my seats. They even got streaks and splashes on the in dash screen. How do you get liquid splashes and streaks on the screen? On top of that they left a scratch on my car. Deep enough where my fingernail gets stuck. Beyond disappointed. Not only should they have more respect for their job just being a man, they also should have more respect for other peoples possessions. Not everybody grew up nice, some of us had to go hard for everything we have. Not all of us take things like this lightly. Just some dirty dusty kids doing a sloppy job.

They did my 07 Kia and now my 03 f150. Amazing job and very pleased with the out come and look. Will for sure be coming back for some speakers in my f150 and maybe a deck in my Kia. If yall looking for a great tint shop with great work. This is the place. Five star all the way.

I went to have the front windows tinted on my truck and when I got it back there was fibers and pieces of dirt in between the window tinting when I took it back to them they said its never gonna be perfect this is the best we can do. would not recommend going there.

Quality of the material is great. Looks good and no issues with it. Disappointed with the service at the end. They left streaks along all the doors. Tried speaking to someone about it and they didnt seem to care. I dont mind cleaning the car but youd think if you are paying someone to do service on your car they would return it to you the way you dropped it off.

The guys at Custom Concepts Tinting did an amazing job on my window tint for my 2014 Ram 2500. The tint I chose was the heat reducing one, and it definitely works. Ive noticed a significant drop in the in-cabin temperatures after the truck has been sitting. They were super professional and quick as well. Will be bringing all of my future vehicles to them for sure.

Because they are to cheap to subscribe to Forscan. They could have got a free version, or thought of another way. What I needed was very simple. The build of my Apim module. Hook up a obd ll to a laptop. Not that difficult for a place like this.

Good place and nice people. They got me an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and went right to work when I handed my car over. ~1.5 hours for a coupe with windshield flare. Better price that I had quoted around the corner and without add on fees or any of that malarkey. They treated my car nicely, but left a few smudges on the final product that were easily cleaned off at home. The tint film seems to be on there pretty good, with a couple tiny bubbles that I will keep an eye on. I am very satisfied with my results, and I wish I had shelled out a couple bills earlier to get this done on my car. The vehicle was noticeably cooler on my way home and the A/C even made my interior a little chilly on a hot summer day. Thanks fellas.

I had my windows tinted there. They were a little more pricey than Reno auto sound but they were super sweet and had my car done in just a couple hours. They were great!! Definitely worth it!!

I got my windows tinted roughly 5 years ago when I initially bought my first car! My tint has lasted over the years and Nevadas seasons with no bubbles, stripping, pealing, or any damage. We have 3 vehicles and we have home to Custom Concepts for all 3. We have even referred family and friends over to get their windows tinted and they have the same results. No complaints here! Had my new Subru accent driver door and passenger door tinted and they explained the difference tints too me went with the Ceramic.They did a great job the staff is great.

Paid for the expensive tint to keep my dogs cool when they travel with me. Didn’t receive what I paid for. Instead got the cheapest tint they had that let’s all the heat inside the car, they burned my armrest and had to replace it, I told the guys at the place what tint I purchased and they told me that my dogs would stay cool. As soon as I told them it get extremely hot inside they just changed the subject then walked away!

Great work and if you have never been in a car during summer that has nice tint its night and day. Higher quality tint helps keep the car cool and is definitely needed in Nevada.

Terrible service, they dont respect your appointments or time (2 different times) and terrible communication. I took my truck to get the windows tinted which came out decent but the trimming/cuts came out super wavy instead of straight/consistant. Took it to get it fixed but they made it worse and said thats all they can do instead of retinting the window like good shop would do. Appointments are a joke because theyll want you to reschedule when dropping off your vehicle instead of them calling you to reschedule. Big waste of time.

These guys did an amazing and quick job on my 2018 Dodge Charger. Competitively priced and they are informative on what not to do after tinting, as well as gave helpful advice on what type of films to use.

Great quality product and work, I opted for ultraperformace window tint . People are professional and did the job even a head of actual time .I am able to see considerable difference the moment i open the door during noon.

I would rate them 0 stars but then I wouldn’t be able to leave a review which is essential! I got my windows tinted a few months back and I when I left there were bubbles on the windows but the guy assured me that they would go away. Most of the bubbles ended up going away except some on the back window. I was too busy to go back at the time but I didn’t have a choice when I rolled down my window and the tint pealed up. I had to get a ride there that way I could drop it off once AGAIN and they told me one hour. I came back an hour and a half later yet my car STILL wasn’t done so I had to sit there for another 25 mins. When I first got them done I purchased a groupon and all windows were included in it but I wasn’t sure if I wanted the weather strip. I figured since I’m forced to go back anyways I might as well have them add that. Instead of hooking it up for free because of the extreme inconvenience and long wait time he charged me 25$ when my boyfriend went back in to talk to the manager about it he talked some nonsense just so he could be cheap. He said “maybe if she had asked me at the beginning then maybe we would have.” But yet he didn’t say it was going to cost anything at the beginning either. Then he was trying to say that he didn’t have to even fix the window because in the warranty it states that you cant peal it off. Being a smoker I need to be able to roll down my window and they couldn’t get me in for 4 days anyways so I wasn’t going to not be able to roll down my window. Don’t go here!!!! There cheap, rude, and unprofessional. The unprofessional comes from the boss interviewing someone and saying that people always want things for nothing when in reality buisness’s Like this one don’t do quality work never again am I going back! People please Heed my warnings lol

I recently brought my Cadillac in to get my windows retinted. The guy behind the counter was helpful, and ensured i got the right tint for what I was looking for. I wanted to go with something that lasted longer then the previous tint job, so he recommended a higher grade tint, which wasnt too much more. They got it done quick and I was compeletely impressed at how well they did. I woudlnt go anywehre else in town to tinting done.
