This place charged me for ceramic tint and tinted my windows with regular film, windows are purple on the inside and it’s only been a few weeks. Cat trust a shop like this. CASH seemed pretty cool and friendly, great customer service.

If you need to get a ignition interlock installed in your car this is the place to go the staff was great the whole process was stress free they were extremely helpful highly recommend.

Nice mom and pop shop, when you go there it has less of a business feel and more of being around friends and family.

I had an unfortunate situation I had to have an interlock installed in my car the prior mechanics completely screwed it up so I went to Reno audio sounds Brian and the staff were amazing they had my car all squared away no problems I highly recommend them to anybody having a interlock put in or stereo I wont go anywhere else thanks guys you were amazing.

My husband and I took his Buick here yesterday to have a stereo and RCA wire in our car. Very unprofessionally done they broke our dash cover. I bought a dash kit for them to put the deck in and they used some old beat up used dash kit. That didn’t even fit in our car so now we have a stereo that is in a dash kit that looks horrible. And I have to get a whole new dash board, and dash kit I paid 290.00 for them to do the job and they didn’t offer my money back basically didn’t care and won’t even refund my money I don’t recommend this place to anyone and if you see it on tv or on the road look the other way

Do good business has never let me down

Will be returning for our other two vehicles audio sound needs! Prices are typical compared to other audio shops HOWEVER the technician did not charge me for work that didnt need to be done or sell me additional equipment not needed. Reno Auto Sounds could have charged me parts and labor to install all new speakers, but was able to bypass my factory amp, and use my factory speakers instead. Still sounded great!

The sales staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The quality of work the installers do is outstanding. Waiting in the comfortable and cool waiting room is relaxing and its even better when Louie is there (cutest, sweetest boxer you ever did see). I will definitely be going back in the future and I always recommend RENO AUTO SOUND to friends and family.

Ive had many of my cars tinted throughout the years and I even thought the shop I have used consistently in Vegas was the best but I think these guys have done the best work Ive seen so far. Two of the most important things I look for are bubbles and the margin/border where the cut is made and how even the spacing is.I had my car tinted yesterday and there were no bubbles that I can see (with new tints there are usually some that eventually flatten out). The tint looks beautiful and so well see how it stands up to the test of time.I will recommend them to a dealership in town for procurement.

Everytime i go to the shop not only do i get the Best of work done, but also good advice on ways to phase my projects and do things right on installs from Eric and James. They always work around my schedule and have a fast turn around on my vehicle installs. I have had many vehicles worked on and Eric always works with me on ideas to get my vehicles done right, and professional customer service.

Called for a quote. They had the most reasonable price on tint with a lifetime warranty in town. Went in on Saturday for my appointment. Arrived early and got my car in. They said it might take a couple hours.I got to chill out in their waiting area where the couches were comfortable. 45 minutes later and behold! My tint was done. It looked good (as you can see from the photo I posted on their page) and was done in a fast and professional manner.Excellent customer service, fast and professional courtesy, and the end result looks good. Ive referred several friends there already and will be taking my other vehicles to get tinted and have stereo systems put in.

And that white truck in the photos, the owner treated me to soot inside and hear the sound system in it.I have never ever heard a better system. It was a virtual reality system, you could feel the bass in your bones, the mids were clear and the tweets were snappy, ZERO DISTORTION. I wanted to get a sub put into my car because my car is very old and has a poor sound system. One of my speakers was blown out and they fixed it for me with no charge! Of course I had to pay for the sub but it was a very reasonable price. I tried to goto a different place for the same thing and they were trying to charge me an outrageous amount. Overall Im very satisfied with Reno auto sound. Josh and lucky are awesome.

Reno auto sound is a sorry ass place. Dont ever take your cars there. I made an appointment with them 3 days in advance and payed for my service in advance only to receive a call 30 minutes before the appointment to get cancelled on. I asked for my money back and they tried telling nevermind, theyll do my installation. So i leave my car there for 6 hours to receive another call and get cancelled again! Not professional whatsoever. This place sucks and i feel sorry for whoever they trick into even bringing in their cars.

I had a remote start installed in my GMC 1500 an love it. Gave these guys a shoot an they did a great job just expect to leave your car there most of the day.

Best tint shop I have ever been to. I have had 3 of my cars done by Wayne and perfect job every time.

So i went into reno auto sound to install my kenwood stereo. Everything went well, fast but when I got home I noticed they ripped a small piece of fabric from the pillar by the driver seat. No biggie I removed it and was able to glue it back. Went in two weeks later to install my 6.5 door speakers and 6×9 rear deck speakers. So first off they said they were running late n it would be about 4 hrs till it was done. All good just took and uber home and waited. Picked up my car around 515pm. Drove it home all sounded good, but when I looked at the work they did in back I was very disappointed. All they did was drill the speakers in with some sheet metal screws. One speaker is only held down by three screws. For 400dollars total to install Im pretty upset about the half asked job. Instead of properly making a bracket out of wood or the old speaker.UPDATE.went back in. Owner very nice. Took me another couple hours but they properly made brackets and speakers are now very secure. Cost me another 30 dollars but happy with install now

Just tried to go in and make a large purchase, right before 6pm, 40 mins before they closed. We called ahead and they said they would stay open for us. When we got there, the doors were locked and no one was around. We found someone out back in the garage who said they had things to do so they closed early. After mentioning we called and spoke with them about staying open, we were sarcastically hit with a response of we open tomorrow at 9!Needless to say, I will be purchasing my products next door, and no one I know will ever do business here.

I got my first system when i was 25 and have been hooked ever since...now im almost 40 and am still at it but with different goals: i am no longer just trying to make noise, i am trying to listen to music...Shawn and Lance did a great job with a tricky transplant/ install for a picky customer when they fixed up my new truck...custom door panels...custom sub box...dampening...and everything plumb and flush. they got the job done to specification, under budget, and on time; with continuous feedback and updates on the progress. very professional. i used to live in LA and this is my 6th system...best installers i have worked with to date...bar none.thanks again amigos!!!

I had a python 5305p Remote start alarm installed hood pin was not installed and Shock sensor was not mounted was just left in there hanging and the kill switch to the alarm was not installed the car alarm can be going off the car still starts the alarm cost and installed was 650$

****UPDATED****I apologize this took me so long to update. The store owner contacted me and asked me what he could do to make it right. I do applaud their customer service and want to thank them for reaching out to me. If you take your vehicle here and you have any problems just let them know and they will try to work it out.*******************Went in after work to get some speakers put in my car, the staff got to me quickly and sold me some speakers and the install. I waited in their lobby they had couches and TVs so it wasnt a bad wait. About an hour later they were done. I got in my car and started driving home, turned my new speakers on and immediately noticed an insane rattle coming from the rear left speaker. When I got home I turned it up and tried to find the rattle. It wasnt a panel or my car so I got my tools and started taking the panels off. I now noticed my panels were not reattached properly and they tore a peice of trim and broke a clip. After I got the panel off I noticed that the speaker that was rattling was held in with only 2 screws and it was screwed directly into the metal, no rings, nothing to dampen the vibration from the speakers against the metal. On the other side, it was the same story only the speaker wasnt even hooked up... The wire was ran but one of the contacts had either come off or was never attached. I dont have the tool to remove my window cranks go see whats going on with the front speakers but I suspect its the same deal... Speakers half way attached directly to the metal as I can hear the rattle.So I would say Im unhappy, for the price I paid for the install and the effort Ive put into fixing shotty work I could have just done it myself. I paid for a professional install so it would be professionally done and I wouldnt have the hassle. I used to be in the audio video industry and I know what is what.

Had life time warranty on the window tint for my Subaru, however a couple of years later when I took it back after the rear window tint was too blurry to see out of they gave me the run around for almost a month. They kept blaming the manufactor for the hold up. Finally went and got it fixed somewhere else. Would not recommend them to anyone......

I took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma here to get a Remote Start installed. At first they said that it wouldnt be a problem, but they might run into some issues because of my push button ignition, for which they would charge me $50 extra in labor. SCUMBAGS. They took my truck for a whole day, I had to call to see what was up, finally went down, waited another 30 minutes, and they told me that everything was working great, BUT THE REMOTE START!! They said my truck wasnt communicating with the system, and now I had to take my truck back to Toyota, take it to the service department, and have them easily turn on some button in the diagnostics that says the Remote Start is installed. At this point I was charged $400 out of $750.00 for labor and hardware (Clifford 5906x)....For NOTHING..I take my truck to Toyota, and 2 hours later the foreman in the service department came and told me that their isnt even a remote start built for this truck yet because of all the new security features, and that there was no magic button that he could turn on to make it work, like James & Eric told me at Reno Auto Sound. He said to just take it back and try to get my money back, and wait until Toyota came out with the Remote Start system. I called Reno Auto Sound and told them what happened, and they said to bring it down again and that they could probably get it to work. I took it down AGAIN and still nothing...nothing fn worked..So I told them I wanted it uninstalled and that I wanted a refund. Another week went by of back and forth complaining with these guys about getting my truck in, and my refund..They kept telling me that the Bossman was not in, and that they hadnt seen him in days, over and over. I finally took it down, and they said everything went great! They uninstalled the Remote Start and I was ready to go, except they were keeping my $300.00 for labor fees, and that I could get $100.00 back!!! $300.00 for NOTHING!!!!! 15 hours of my time wasted!!!! These guys are SCUMBAG PUNKS..super UNPROFESSIONAL...and DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS, go onto YELP and read the REAL REVIEWS!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Ie been coming here for years! What is the best experience is what I had recently... I went to Reno Auto Sound to have a remote start installed, and I also added another feature of a security alarm, was told it would be done by a certain time and instead they took their time and did the job efficiently RIGHT! I was in no hurry and I feel if you rush people the job doesnt get done right. Its always done same day. I decided to keep my car there over nigjt for i didnt need it right away and im so happy with the work and they even went over it with me. Reno Auto Sound is the place to go, price is right! They will make sure youve all away happy!! :)

Reno Audio Sound is the best! I am a customer for life! I first went to Audio Express and was charged $50 for a diagnostic. It was super trashy in there and when they gave me the final price on my stereo it was twice the cost of the actual stereo becasue of all the add-ons.....and no $1 install as if that would have even mattered. They told me they would have to re-wire my car (which was a scam!). I said forget this and decided to check out Reno Audio Sound. ......It was a totally differnt atmosphere in the office. The guys are super cool and extremely knowledable. They did not need to re-wire my car for the stereo and they gave me an extremely reasoable price for a top of the line stereo including instattation and including the steering wheel controls (that would have been another $150 at audio express). I had to get droppped off a couple hours early to pick my car up before it was complete. I was able to watch the guys talk to other customers about stereos and tint. They treat everyone jsut as good as me. Becasue I was there for so long I also got into some random conversations with the guys. I can tell you that they are just cool dudes running a local business. They are smart and honest. you just cant ask for more than that. I will never go anywhere else!!!
