Took my Pixel phone in, as it has been having issues for months, but I kept thinking the issue was with my network, and not the phone. It got so frustrating, I decided what would it hurt to take it to UBREAKIFIX, especially since theyre an authorized Pixel repair service site. They were able to get the repair covered under warranty, but really the best part was they called me multiple times to let me know what they thought was wrong with it and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Absolutely unprofessional. I left my xbox there to be repaired and should have heard from it within 48 hours. No news in a week, I call, I speak directly with the technician about the problem and he guarantees me that he will work on it soon, another week passes, no news. I call and the girl tells me that the technician tried to open the xbox to solve the problem but failed. LIE. I understand a bit about it and I can say that the xbox has never been opened. A total waste of time, I will not go back there.

I made an appointment online thru a link from myat&t to get my screen replaced on my Lg v40 thinq. I live about 2 hours away from the store and i made the appointment over 2 weeks in advance. I filled out everything they asked and confirmed the appt when they prompted. i showed up on time and was informed that they did not stock the screen for my phone nor did they order it for the appt I made. I asked why this had happened when I gave over 2 weeks notice. The counter person stated they required payment up front for speical orders! I informed her I would have been more than happy to do that had I known, but nothing in the online sign up stated anything about this nor did anyone reach out to me to let me know! The counter person apologized and made the excuse that they were under new management. She had no issue with having me walk out the door without ordering and screen or making another appt.I would not reccomend them nor will I ever give them my business in the future, as their unprofessionalism wasted 4 hours of my time! Be warned to not trust their online appt system as they do not check it and plan their day accordingly, they are more of a walk in kind of place despite the lies on their website.

Huge kudos to Parker at uBreakiFix for helping me on July 10, 2021, with a data transfer from an old cell phone to a new one. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and patient (this was my husband’s phone, I do not have a cell phone, so it must have been like talking to a 2nd grader for him). We asked them to open up and diagnose my sons phone. They were supposed to call us if they found anything besides the broken glass cover. They did not. New glass. Broken? Camera. I cannot give a positive recommendation for this shop.

The rear case on my Pixel 3 XL had cracked as if a result of my dropping it recently. I was bummed figuring a huge headache and lots of down time for the phone. I made an appointment about a week ago and went in today. When I checked in I was told let me be sure we have the screen for you. The girl came back and said it looks like we sold out of them in the last couple of days..Im sorry but when you make an appointment for a specific model and specific screen to be replaced, one or more of a few things should happen. The screen should have been ordered, if they had enough in stock to not warrant an order one should have been placed aside for the appointment made. A business such as this should also check their daily appointments, and if there is an inventory issue call them. Very poor business practices. The girl just told me they would call me when they got it in stock. At that point, any business who clearly screwed up should have offered some kind of discount or something to make it right.I ended up calling the sparks location, who assured me they were a different franchisee and the price was even $28 less there. They even offered to overnight the part for me for free, the other one just said it might be here some time next week, no offer of any kind for their screwup.

If you have one of the latest glass phones and you break it, this is the place to get it repaired/fixed. On my new Samsung S10 + it cost about $290 to replace the front screen. Better than having to buy another $1000 phone.

I took my galaxy 7 in to have them look at a balky charging port. The woman at the front desk took a look at it and thought it might just need some crud cleared out of it. About two minutes later, they brought it back to me and said they had cleaned it out and it worked fine now. They refused to take any money from me for their effort. I know this was a trivial amount of work for them, but I haven’t figured out how to do it and I really enjoyed their friendly, wanting to please, attitude. Nice people!

This place is amazing i had them replace my cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy and there was no visible marks left after the replacement i just recently had a problem with my microphone about two months after they worked on my phone and they said its still under warranty and they orderd the new part i dropped my phone off and 40 min later it was done no charge what so ever they have a loyal costumer as long as they are in business i will not go anywhere else.

These are the sweetest people. They took my kindle in right away, checked it out and didnt find anything wrong but the on / off button. They charged the battery and didnt charge me any thing for the diagnosis. I definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs help.

Due the the girl at the front’s attitude I’m giving 1 star...I walked in roughly around 6:08pm...when the girl came around from the back she asked me what I was there for and I told her it was to fix a cracked screen and broken LCD...she informed me that it would take about a hour to fix it and that they would be closing at 7pm. As she’s getting ready to hand the phone back to me (as if implying I need to come back tomorrow during “business hours”) I asked her if they could still try and fix it (not expecting her to stay overtime just to please me, but to... I don’t know, maybe say we will do our best to get it done tonight, but there is a chance you will need to pick it up tomorrow) she scoffs and takes the phone (as if I’m out of line to ask...YOU ARE STILL OPEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR LADY!) she gets my information and hands me a receipt...at the end of the day, this is a electronic glass repair shop, where you charge people to bring in their various devices so you can fix them (IT’S NOT FREE)...mind you, when I called yesterday and told whomever answered the phone my issue they quoted me $59.99 without an insurance claim and $30 usually with an insurance claim...my receipt says $69.99, but I didn’t say anything about the $10 discrepancy...without customers you don’t have a business, so maybe make your customers feel welcomed instead of an inconvenience...we shall see what happens with the phone. 👎🏽

I thought my iPhone SE was done for. Wouldn’t take a charge.....thought it was the battery. Turns out it was the charging port. They replaced the component and threw in a new battery at a huge discount. A+ work and super friendly. Ill definitely be back with some other broken stuff lol

Took my phone in for a pricey screen repair. Unfortunately the first screen was a dud but they ordered a new one and replaced without charge. Also, had a speaker issue but that was taken care of as well. I would definitely use them again!

Took my iPhone in to repair my cracked screen. They repaired it just fine, but in doing so, damaged the Touch ID. When I took it back to them that same day, I was informed that I have to get a whole new phone. All in all, very disappointed.

On March 20 2019 I had them replace a screen on a phone. On April 10 2019 about 22 days later screen goes black. I go in there store And the girl at the front Desk proceeds to tell me that since I went through my insurance they can’t touch my phone. Even tho in my receipt it says I have a year warranty. Now at this point she informs me that the year warranty is through my insurance not them. This place is a scam don’t use them. They can’t warrantee their work for 30 days.

The pricing is very good however I took my Pixel 3 XL to get the back glass to be replaced and the technician broke my fingerprint scanner. Now I have to wait 4 days until I can bring it back in and they will fix it. It is very frustrating that I bring in my phone broken and leave with it broken when I spent $100+ to get it fixed.

I drove an hour and a half to your store to get my phone repaired after filling out what I needed on your website just to find out that you don’t repair them. Why is it on your website? FANTASTIC JOB!! I could not believe the amount of quotes I researched before I could make a decision on going to ubreakifix. I had them replace my Samsung S8 entire display & digitizer. They quoted me $220 on there site and on phone. The even better part was that the front desk lady showed me the new products being used and it includes a Samsung new original battery. I was super surprised by this especially because a lot of the other places did not include battery replacement..most places typically charge extra for a new battery.
