Buying a used car can be risky. Owners may not disclose issues, dealers may not find issues and worst of all, dealer can know about issues and not disclose them. For most people is a roulette wheel and the odds are stacked against you.I have honestly owned about 20 vehicles in my lifetime and I’ll just say that half came from a dealership. I also ran the corporate leasing program for a past employer. So I id all of our corporate vehicles, so I literally was involved in a purchase daily. This place was an absolute mess, I came in to pay cash, which should have been a 45-60 minute transaction at most and it took about 4 hours. It was sloppy, incomplete and incompetent. I found out soon after, everybody involved in my transaction was let go. This set the tone and even with new leadership, I had little confidence in this place. In the 3 years since my purchase, there have been a few bumps, fumbles and stumbles, but when I got in touch with Tom, the General Manager, he level set the situation. Ensured I got the service and support I needed and put me on the path to resolution. Unfortunately, doe to poor engineering, I am still experiencing issues, but Tom saw to it that a level of service with executed that removed any doubt that he wasn’t serious about satisfaction. If you are having issues, reach out and if you are having questions reach out. In many ways I would fail this dealership, but I trust Tom and know when he is involved he in seeing to it that you are getting the best.Honda has a ways to go to restore my faith in their product and their commitment to service, but make sure and do your own diligence before making a decision.
DO NOT under any circumstance bring your car here to be serviced! The service associates are manipulating and clearly only want to make money and have 0 regard for their customers. Today I put my trust in my service associate as he recommended a service for my vehicle. After asking and asking he said rest assured this is the right thing to get done. I showed back up to pick up my car and was charged $700!!!! I was presented no estimate of how enormous this total was going to be prior to the service so I was sticker shocked. How can you charge someone over $700 and never tell them this will be the total cost perform performing the service? I never signed anything before hand and was basically scammed and felt very taken advantage of. Even after talking to the manager about my total, he presented me with no notes as to why these services had to be done and no further explanation.Do yourself a favor and bring your car to a Honda dealership that takes pride in servicing their customers. I will never return.
Jeffrey Manginsay really went to bat trying to get us into the vehicle we wanted even with the shortage. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. The sales manager Dustin Irons did a great job as well in fact Auto Nation is a 10 in my book.
We have been loyal customers to AutoNation service center for years. Our last experience leaves us looking elsewhere for service. We made an appointment for an oil change for 10:30am. I asked how long it may take because I could only stay so long. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. I chose to stay and wait. I finally left at 1:15pm and my vehicle hadnt been looked at yet. I received a call at 2:30pm and the oil change had still not been completed. I was informed that it was taking longer because they are short staffed due to the pandemic and I am sympathetic to that. My frustration is due to lack of transparency from the beginning. It is clear they knew it would take longer due to their current situation and I would have a certain level of understanding if that was communicated from the beginning. I do not recommend this service center.
Very poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment. Got there about 30 minutes early and took over 2 hours for oil change.Top things off, the new service associate would not honor online coupon. Said it did not cover oil changes, it does NOT say this in fine print.Unhelpful and spending 88 dollars for over 2 hour oil change is UNACCEPTABLE.Dont go here.
Had a new key made-did not work and had to go back the next day to have it redone. Told them the clock did not work- they said they would look into it while key was being redone- still does not work and will not make another 20 mike trip to get it fixed. Will change dealer service location. They did a great job on the oil change and replacing my wipers and billing however.
I was very happy with my purchase never did this befor good experience
I did oil change yesterday. The whole visit took around 2 hours. the actual oil change work only took 40 minutes. Then what is the point of making an appointment ? Speaking of making an appointment, I am surprised they charged me $4.23 for the phone call scheduling the oil change services!!!You didnt read it wrong. Yes. Even attorney office wont charge you for scheduling a time to speak with an attorney. An auto dealer customer representative costs me $4.23 to speak with. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
We recently purchased a new car from Jeffrey M. Jeffrey is a great representative of Renton Honda because he took time to take us for a test drive and explain all the features, all without the typical pressure of a car salesman. We were able to go home and sleep on it - and make our decision without pressure which we very much appreciated. We did have one issue with our car but the sales managers and Charles, the service manager, took their time and care with us to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. We really like our car and we would recommend Renton Honda.
I can only say that I received great customer service when I took my car in to get service my service advisor Nathaniel Tuttle Took very good care of me even scheduled me to get a Lyft to go home to wait for my car to get done after it was finish the Lyft was scheduled to pick me up and took me back to pick my car up I haven’t had customer service is great in a long time he’s a Diamond to have him working at AutoNation Honda Nation.
Omar Lopez is the best sales person. He has good understanding on cars and is nice and friendly to customers. Hope I will have a chance to meet him again. Highly recommended place to visit if you are shopping for a car.
Stay away from this location if you can (Especially if you live far from this location).I purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V in June from this location and still continuing to chase them in last 5 months for various things they were supposed to give me on the day of purchase. I wanted a Black car with grey leather seats and this was the only location that had inventory of what I was looking for, so choose to purchase at a location 40 miles far from my home.I am deeply frustrated for various reasons:1) Provided wrong info on the vehicle (The vehicle does not have Traffic Signal Recognition but was told it does when asked over the phone as well as after the purchase, but finally admitted after taking the vehicle to them asked to show the feature).2) The car was not cleaned well, it had obvious stains both inside and outside and their cleaning staff have left. I was offered full detail for later, which I was not able to schedule even after 6 months.3) They did not inform me about the missing key and said that one key is lost and are backordered and would take weeks and want me to come back when the key is ready. After few weeks, when I called, they said the key is ready (They didnt even care to call when key came in) and can be picked up. When I went to pick up, they asked me if I booked an appointment with service for programming the key, which is surprise for me as no one told me to do that upfront. So they gave me the key that is not programmed and asked to schedule with service dept to program. The service department is a pain, I have been calling them for 2 months, and for 6 weeks, I was told that they cant find weekend appointment and would call me back which they never do. Finally I was able to secure a Saturday appoint for both programming the key and full details. When I arrived there, they said they dont do detail on weekend and have issue with their CS team wrongly scheduling it. Also, they said the key that I was given didnt have the metal key and ended up sending me back with just a half key.4) My purchase included all weather mats and didnt inform me that they are out of stock and wanted me to come again to pick them.Over all I need to chase these guys a lot and had to make 5+ visits (Especially 1 hour drive). I would not choose them again if I have an option.
I highly recommend Paul Diep at AutoNation Honda in Renton. He was specific on all details and the car was EXACTLY as described when it was delivered to me. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Thank you, Paul.
My 2016 Honda Pilots transmission warning light turning on when driving down I-405 on a road trip to Great Wolf Lodge. A minute later, power steering and emission warning light all turned on. I was 5 minutes from Honda Renton so drove my car directly there.Daniel B. was the service advisor that greeting me there and after hearing my description of the problem, he immediately help find me a rental car (covered if the fixed in done there) and got me back on the road with my 3 kids within an hour. The car ended up needing a full transmission replacement, and it took 3 weeks just to deal with the warranty paperwork (not his fault, it was the warranty companies pointing fingers and attempting to deny the coverage). At the end, it was covered by the warranty and I got my car back by paying a $100 deducible. While it wasnt Honda Rentons fault, Daniel also covered an oil change for free because it took a long time. He is one of the best service advisor I experienced. Thank you for his help, really appreciate it.
Service Advisor Bill Ackerman and Technician Lee we’re very friendly and accommodating. They both did a great job getting my Passport serviced and explaining some of the vehicle features. Thanks, Terry
I purchased a used vehicle and the check engine light came on while driving on day 5. I immediately called the dealership and they said to bring the car back and they will run some diagnostics. Wonderful! After a week, I sent several emails to the sales rep, sales manager, and service advisor with zero response. More emails to the sales rep...nothing. Made a phone call to the service department and nobody picked up...twice. Called the sales department and they had the sales rep call me back. At that point, the vehicle has been there for just over 2 weeks. The sales rep told me that the vehicle was being sent off to the manufacturer dealership to have things repaired and that he would give me daily updates. We are now going on 3 weeks...and no updates. I finally contacted someone in the service department and he couldnt find my car in the repair system. He later discovered that the service technicians werent able to do the diagnostics on the car and they are sending it off to another repair shop they work with sometime this week. I really appreciate this gentleman getting me some type of an update...which of course is different than the one the sales rep gave me. Why on earth wasnt this explained after a few days of them having my car there for service? Why hasnt it gone somewhere else for the repairs before now? At the rate things are moving, my guess is that I wont have my car back before I make the first payment. Ive only had this vehicle in my driveway for 5 days. I still dont even know if the dealership is covering all of the costs. The purchasing part of this went smoothly and everyone seemed very helpful but that stopped after I brought the vehicle back for repairs. Even though nearly 3 weeks is an extraordinary amount of time unless the transmission or engine is being rebuilt, I wouldnt be too upset it they covered all of the costs AND kept me updated. Their communication with the customer is the worst Ive seen! Maybe purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership would be alright but I wouldnt recommend a used one and definitely wouldnt recommend having your vehicle serviced here.Almost 3 weeks and still waiting for my car....and no repairs have been made. Completely unacceptable!
I bought a 2007 RAV4. It turned to have a lot of rust on the underside. I returned it based on the advise of mechanic and auto body person. I was pretty mad about the fact that they didnt disclose the rust--which is really bad for cars, but their 5 day refund process was very quick and seamless--so for that they get 4 stars.
No one greets you at the service desk. This place has a bad vibe each time I come here for service. It has no line, so if there are people( doesn’t have to be busy) you literally have to fight your way to get checked in or else the counter folks just take whoever they see first whenever it’s convenient for them. Also, asked for no car wash a few times and my car went through the car wash. Bellevue has a much friendlier staff that makes you feel welcomed.
Switched from the SoDo location at the beginning of the year because they are much closer. I was assisted by Aaron R. as my service advisor (helped me my first time as well). He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and helped solve the mystery of why my 2 of my tires kept losing air. Always quick in and out. I just wait inside and go on my tablet for an hour. SoDo was great, but Renton being less than 10 minutes away is huge and quality of service is 10/10.
As most people can attest, purchasing a car can be a daunting experience. Long hours spent with sales and finance managers, its enough to make most grown adults avoid the process entirely. Purchasing my Honda HR-V was no exception, but these are all great people. My sales manager Mike was extremely knowledgeable (most of his comments went over my head!) but he was respectful all the way through from the initial contact to the once-over toweling down my car as I drove away. Not that I would have known, but the finance manager, Art was dealing with internet outages and was still able to get us out the door relatively quickly. Thanks to everybody at AutoNation Honda for my new car!
Honda Renton gave good service. When I entered they took care of everything and the employees were friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice and comfortable. They also gave good deals, I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I’ve taken my car to be serviced here for several years. Customer service has been great every time I’ve brought my car in for maintenance. No complaints from me regarding the Maintenance team. This team has done an excellent job keeping my vehicle running over the years.
I sold my car here and it was super easy! I ended up getting 3 quotes and they were by far the best price. Michelle was great easy to work with. I also liked how spacious the sales floor was to keep everyone distanced.
I always get excellent service when I go there. I would of given 5 stars but many times I can’t afford cost, it’s a bit expensive. I wish they had some type of payment plan for auto mechanic work. Other than that everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. And the waiting area is nice and comfortable.
Never again. Came in with a two preapprovals and knew exactly the car I wanted and I was still there for 7+ hours and experienced all the things that sales gets a bad rap for - let me check with my manager a gazillion times, they definitely tried to convince me that the additional costs quoted were standard even though I confirmed with other dealerships in real-time that it wasnt the case, etc. This was by far the worst experience Ive had purchasing a car and its the 4th car Ive purchased in my adult life. Love my actual car that I spent quite a bit of time researching on my own, hence the two stars, but the dealership wont get my business again.
I have had my Accord serviced at this dealer since I bought the car at Renton Honda in 2005. When Auto Nation purchased the dealership, the service and sales have gone to hell in a hand bag. Specifically the service Dept. Most recently, I brought my car to them for servicing. The service dept told me an environmental valve of some kind needed to be replaced. After they replaced the valve and changed my oil (which I did not request to be done) for the quoted $1,000, they called to inform me there was much more wrong and it would cost another $5-6000 to repair but no guarantees it would be fixed for that price. (Now that I was already into this mess for $1,000). I told them to quit while they were ahead and I would find a qualified mechanic who knows what they are doing. I was told the sales department would make me a good deal to trade my car in. This is not what I came to them for. I will never go to Auto Nation again for sales or service for sure. I want to make sure everyone knows of the poor quality of service they have. And by the way, everyone in line was being pressured to buy new wiper blades. My wipers are bran new. No thank you.I will continue this conversation on Google and all other sites when I have tried out my new Honda mechanic. No offense to the service writer. He was very professional and I believe he was being pressured to say and behave the way this came out by powers that be who were much more interested in selling wipers than repairing engines. Good bye forever Auto Nation from a life long Honda owner.
I bought a new car from them and the whole process was really easy. Jeffrey did an amazing job and I 100% recommend this place.
I normally have no reason to write reviews however, I thought this information could be extremely useful for future people seeking honest service on their vehicle. I took my 2019 Honda accord in for a routine maintenance check and oil change. This is the second time my vehicle was required for service since me purchasing it 9 months ago. The first time my vehicle was serviced it checked out all around the board, all greens. Two months later (today) I come in for an oil change and am told that now my brakes are in extremely bad condition and require to be fixed asap, including my brake pads being Metal to metal their words. I told them thank you and seeked a second and third opinion. My brakes were in excellent condition as well as my brake pads including front and rear. Not sure why they told me this and caused worry just for it to be a lie.. they have now proven to be untrustworthy and this is extremely unfortunate because it is the closest Honda, to my house. I will never return to this location.
We had the best car buying experience ever here; Pablo didn’t try to sell us anything we weren’t interested in or play any games, he listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly that. He knew everything about the car and did tell us about other similar cars that would fit our needs, but also listened to what we wanted rather than pushing something else on us. That is HUGE for us when it comes to car buying. If you can choose to work with Pablo, I highly recommend it!
I had the best experience! I am always afraid of going to mechanics since I am worried they will try and sell me things that I do not need. This Honda service department was so good to me! I was helped my Daniel who is such a trustworthy and nice staff member. They fixed my tire on the same day I went in. And prior to this I had went to Jiffy Lube to see what was going on with my tire, and the person who helped me told me my tire was practically trash and that I needed a new tire the next day. I did not trust their opinion. Honda Renton really is a trustworthy place to get an honest feedback on any car issues you have! Recommend :)
I bought a new civic in Honda Renton this Monday. My whole purchasing experience is very good comparing some other dealers’ attitude in WA state. The sales Michelle is pretty responsive all the time over email and the price is good for me in this crazy market now. I would recommend my friend here.
Their guaranteed cash over is a very misleading process. I understand that there can be differences between the online appraisal and after the in person appraisal, but they should at lease be able to explain the reason for the decrease. The online Guaranteed Cash offer vs what they actually offered were very different and i was never able to get a clear answer on why they were different. The only explanation i got was it is not due to the condition of the car, is just just that the in person process is much more detailed This is a nonsense explanation and tells me nothing. At least CarMax is up front with their lower offers.
Auto Nation and Mariano were great to work with. We found our used Subaru before they even had pictures. We drove down immediately for a test drive and bought it before they had a chance to detail the car of put it through their inspection process. We patiently waited for them to finalize the car and received a call a short time later. To our surprise on an “as is” vehicle, they had fixed the A/C which was a bit under par on the test drive and put on new tires. AN Renton Honda went above and beyond. Thank you.
The wait to get checked in at the service department desk is very long. They appear to be understaffed. If I were still employed the wait would be intolerable. The staff at the desk is polite and informative. The administrative efficiency of the service department has declined since the dealership was sold several years ago. The car is returned less clean in the interior than prior to service.
I recently purchased a car with Jeff Burley and what an amazing experience. I found a car online, reserved it and scheduled a time to drive. When I arrived it was gold glove reception, doors opened everyone was smiling and friendly. The car was upfront and ready. They also made a great offer on a trade. He made everything so seamless. Hands down the best and fastest car buying experience I have had. Ill be back in a few months when my kid turns 16.
Just to have a full understanding I have financed through Honda and payed off 1 car just this year from California. I dont have great credit and fully aware, was not a problem this last time. The sales rep looks at my credit and tells me to put even more down than I already told her was my max. Once I said no that was it, she told me they wouldnt work with me for any car on their lot. Worst experience ever! The reason that even made me leave a review was that a dealership down the street financed me and I left with the car I wanted. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I was never told that each time I bring my car in it would be $156 just to look at the car because I hadnt purchased an extended warranty on a car with 200k miles on it. Originally the fact that they had a full service department was one of the reasons I purchased the car there to begin with. I made it a point of saying that to everyone who was involved in helping me purchase the car. When I was introduced to the service department they were very pleasant and said come on in anytime and well take a look at the car. Right then I should have asked how much taking a look at the car would cost. By the same token I feel they should have offered that information as well.
Pablo help me get my CR-V touring. Great job Pablo!
Best place to buy a car. Bought my car over a year ago and realized it was missing the tire change accessories. I have moved to another state since my purchase but the dealership were so helpful, and they expedited a shipment with my accessories to my new house. It’s those extra things that make this place great. Thank you!
I used Auto Nation in Renton to sell my used vehicle. Michelle provided 1st Class customer service and worked with me to provide a very reasonable price for the vehicle. The entire process was easy and overall this was a pleasant experience.
Had an oil change done here. everything went fine, took 90 mins for oil change but they warned me. no problem. now going in for a repair. twice as long to repair the car only to find out they have done no work on the car, simply ordered the parts but didnt tell me until I came into complain that the didnt fix the problem, and they failed to notify me and now I have to bring it back a few more hours once the parts arrive.
Hi my husband and I were recently at Autonation Honda Renton, we bought a 2022 Honda civic, ; Pablo gave us an excellent service, friendly and expert in the field, I highly recommend him
This is the worse place ever, I’d give it no stars if I could. 2 years ago I co-signed a car loan for my daughter. We were told in 14 months she could remove me from loan and have the car in her name only. Drove 3 hrs to dealership and they said they couldn’t/ wouldn’t do it. Option was to refinance through a bank, or purchase a new car 🤦🏼♀️ What a joke, they are all liars. Went to the bank they said the dealership handles co-signers. Honda has a recall, car was dropped off and had it over night. When we called about the car they said they didn’t have the part- why did they have the car overnight and never called us? Ridiculous service, will never never go there again.
I went in for an oil change appointment yesterday! Service was excellent! I was able to take a Lyft (complimentary) while waiting for my car to be worked on. Happy I decided to get my oil change from Auto Nation.
My lifetime warranty battery died for my Honda Pilot. I purchased it at Renton Honda, so I returned there for service. The unfortunate part was having to have it towed into Renton Honda to be tested and the car to be tested. However, the highlight was the rep who took care of me. Justin went above and beyond what I would normally expect. His follow thru was fantastic. Also, his ability to communicate and general knowledge were exceptional. I would highly recommend working with him.
5 days agoMy business associate Ali Akbar said The place was great but the 2012 328i BMW that He purchased with extended warranty from Auto nation needs 5k I repairs 80 days into ownership. The 90 day warranty didn’t cover it because I was a few miles over .The extended warranty didn’t cover its So he is stuck with the repair cost. They even wanted him to pay for the diagnostic however I guess the little lady at the BMW dealership waived the diagnostic fee .Wow His first BMW is his first lemon.I will never buy through these lemon sellers(Autonation) Thanks.
Great experience and service. Associates Paul Diep and Raj Narayan took good care of us.
Came here this past weekend to buy a car. It was totally an awesome experience. They were willing to work with us and the way we like to buy cars. Jeffrey was probably one of the most amazing car salesman I have come across, and I’ve bought many cars. When it is time for my next Honda I will definitely be coming here to buy it!!
Excellent service Jeffrey was knowledgeable answered all of our questions. A pleasure to work with made our car buying experience great. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I made an appointment for the morning to do a quick AC check. When I got there they told me they wont look at my car until the next day because they were behind. I not only wasted my time driving there I wasted my gas. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF I DONT GET SERVICED!!! Thats like me going to my doctors office for an appointment but I wont see the doctor until the next business day.....
From 1st contact (online inquiry) to delivery, everything was transparent and smooth. Salesman Paul Diep, went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal. I received a good deal on my trade and an excellent deal on the vehicle i purchased. The dealership as a whole presented a clean and professional appearance along with knowledgeable employees. World Class organization!! Paul Diep was the hero of day!! What a huge asset to any organization! Thanks!
Scheduling service was very easy and the service representative was very courteous and helpful. Service was completed much sooner than expected.
My daughter bought a car that their mechanic checked out for her to make sure it was solid after 3 weeks the a/c unit went out and caused 3000 in damage and since it was used they said not their problem so she cant even drive her new car and she has to come up with 3000 to fix a car that their mechanic said was in great shape so if you are a single mother who commutes to work dont depend on their used car sales!!
I and all my colleagues come Honda Renton for car maintain and repair . So impressed with services especially Justin Ibanez . He is not only great customer service but also excellent knowledge man about cars. Knowing him at this place for long time and never disappointed. Broken car is always stressful but you will happy and confident with his care. Thank you.
We recently purchased a 2021 Ridgeline. Our sales rep was patient and very informative. We are always happy to do business there.
I have had a nightmare with Honda service in Renton. My Honda Fit transmission broke down at only 80,000 miles. This is 20,000 over the warranty. I just had the transmission serviced last year and the service guy said he had no idea why it broke down. I had to advocate for myself to have help fixing a defected car for no luck. It’s $6,000 to fix the transmission. When I tried finding a deal to get a transmission fixed they said not my problem. This is after waiting over a week for a response without a car and I’m a nurse needing to get to work! I would never recommend this service dealership. They have been a nightmare.
Justin Ibanez at the service center was kind and very helpful..
This is the ONLY dealership I’ll ever do business with. I’m on my 7th lease now. Can’t go wrong with a Honda.
My wife and I had a very good experience overall in our purchase of a new 2021 Honda CR-V EX, AWD from AutoNation Honda Renton. Sales associates Omar Lopez and Nhat Nguyen were very pleasant, patient and helpful.
Looked for a 2021 Ridgeline for a couple weeks and worked with most dealers in the area to secure one. AutoNation Honda Renton was head and shoulders above the rest. The Sales Manager emailed me after hours and invited me into the store where we landed on an agreeable purchase price, Sales person Nhat was great, well dressed, professional, helpful. Martin helped me in Finance and was equally as great as the rest of the team. My one complaint was that when prepping the vehicle they overdid it on the interior wipe down, mustve used a gallon of greasy stuff all over the leather. I had to wipe it down twice when I got home just to keep from sliding all over.Even with that minor annoyance I would rate the buying experience a 10. No nonsense, fair price, beautiful dealership, great staff.
Awesome first time experience with the service team, I definitely will be going back for my future servicing needs!
I recently purchased an Honda Accord Hybrid from Auto Nation Renton. My sales person was Omar Lopez he did a great job. I wanted to see a few vehicles to compare their differences, he brought them under a covered area side by side so I could do that he answered all of my questions he was polite and professional left me alone to go through each vehicle without hovering. It was a good experience and my first visit to AutoNation Renton.
Thank you Mike, Kurt, and staff who stayed late to allow me to finish all the paperwork to bring home my new (to me) car! A special thank you to Mike who made sure that the scratch on the car would be fixed in a timely manor as well as working with me to find the best finance option for my budget. Extremely friendly and made my first car buying experience a positive one.
This dealership is so worth the drive. The Seattle Honda dealership is nice but the customer service is 5 stars here in Renton.
My sons car had a bad battery. It took two full days for this dealership to diagnose and fix the issue. They charged me $403.00 to replace a car battery, $163 for diagnosis and $230 plus tax for the battery. If I would have just bought a battery, it would have cost $130 or less at the local auto parts store. To be fair, I did take it to Les Schwab Ellensburg first and they could not figure out what the problem was, which is why I took it to the dealer. Whats funny is that if they would have discovered this as part of the oil change service, I would have saved the $163 diagnosis fee. Dont like getting taken like this.
I purchased my vehicle there 6 months ago. I made an appointment for my first oil change. The service advisor wrote up a work order for $280.I declined a few recommendations and kept my oil change at $80. The service was completed after nearly 3 hours without a complimentary car wash.My experience with the services department was less than desirable. I’ll won’t be going back for services or purchase another vehicle.
I drive the 1 - 1.5 hours to buy and service all my vehicles here!Excellent customer service and management here!
5 days agoThe 2012 328i BMW that I purchased with extended warranty from Auto nation needs 5k I repairs 80 days into ownership. The 90 day warranty didn’t cover it because I was a few miles over .The extended warranty didn’t cover its I’m stuck with the repair cost. They even wanted me to pay for the diagnostic however I guess the little lady at the BMW dealership waived the diagnostic fee which I do appreciate .Wow I will never buy through these lemon sellers(Autonation) again.Thanks.
Weve gone here several times for services and the staff takes care of us every single time. Everyone is always so nice & welcoming! This isnt our closest Honda place we could go to for services but we choose this one every time because of their amazing customer service!Aaron is especially a staff member of great service! He was very kind & made sure our car got everything in needed for our 10k service. Thank you Aaron!
Everyone was really helpful. They were busy and short-staffed, but I enjoyed my experience and will return the next time I am shopping for a car.
Love the people at this place. Very caring for others, and helping me find the right choice vehicle for commute to my job. Came home with an amazing 2021 Honda Insight Touring. I am amazed on the performance of this car! Thanks for helping me find the right one! Shout out to Mayatawee, Ken, and Jeff! Amazing customer service!! 5 stars!!
We had a very positive experience purchasing a non-Honda used vehicle. The car had not been through their shop yet for the safety inspection when we purchased it. Mindi our sales associate was very helpful and kept us up to date as if went through the inspection and corresponding maintenance. They ended up doing everything required to make it perfect. Much thanks to the Renton Honda team!
Went in on Monday to sell my A4, and end up finding a car to trade. The first car they pulled up was a E350 that wasn’t the best of conditions and Omar (my sale rep) noticed the nasty look I had when I saw the first car. He then came out with a C300 4matic and that was a beauty to be hold. Almost instantly I knew that was going to be it. Also Tenzing in the finance department was a major big help as well. Everyone there was really nice and respectful
It was awesome experience to buy a new Honda CR-V at Auto Nation. Michelle helped us get the car at a very good price. Thanks!
I had an awesome experience purchasing my car on AutoNation Honda Renton. I was very concerned with the whole process because it was the first time I was shopping for a car and I was afraid of doing mistakes and not getting a good deal . But the people from AutoNation Honda Renton made it incredibly easy for me to make a decision. From the moment I requested a quote on the model I was looking for, they were very responsive and transparent. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Keith, Tenzing and Pablo were able to answer all of them. Furthermore, their price was much better than what was offered by the other dealers and I had no surprising fees when closing the deal. It took me less than 48 hours from the moment I sent the first message requesting a quote to the moment I came home with my brand new car. To summarize: great price, great customer service. 5 stars! Strongly recommend AutoNation Honda Renton.
I worked with Pablo. Best car sales experience Ive had in my 30 years buying cars. He is now the family car dealer. Honda is lucky to have him.
AutoNation Honda Renton is my favorite place to buy, trade-in and fully service all my vehicles. They provide above excellent customer service and top of the line maintenance and repair on my vehicles. I drive 45 minutes from my current location to specifically come here. They have my full loyalty here! Highly recommend!!!
Recently bought a 2021 Passport Touring at AutoNation Honda Renton and had a great experience. Very professional environment, great customer service, and very competitive pricing for vehicle/accessories. Highly recommend considering AutoNation Honda Renton for your next car purchase.
Came in for just an oil change. Service advisor wanted to charge me $160 to see why my check engine light was on. I told him I knew why, catalytic converter was bad. Then he decided to try and guilt trip me with what that does to the ozone and how it could affect my kids and so on. The service does not make sense when it costs close to the value of the car. Not how I wanted to spend my lunch break from work. The techs always seem to do a great job though.
From start to finish a great experience. Our family is in a higher risk category and they worked with us so we spent as little time as possible in the showroom. They even let us adjust some financing terms after we had signed the papers. If you are thinking about a new Honda or a great used car, check them out.
The place was a breath of fresh air. I worked with Aaron in service and he took amazing care of me and my Mazda 3. I really liked how he even had a mechanic he worked with experience with Mazda. I know its weird to highlight their care of a different car brand, but I was pleasantly surprised with a good experience for a simple oil change. I highly recommend asking for Aaron if you go there, but Im sure all their service people are excellent if they have a guy like that.
I am disappointed with this dealership. I understand I bought a used car but they failed to tell me until I was leaving that the used car only one key. This is something that should have been brought up as a safety feature. If my purse or something would get stolen. I would then have to have the car towed and an additional $500 for a key to be made. I brought them two keys to my car they should have provided two to a car they sold or at least informed me that it only had one.Update: dealership is taking good care of me.
We are really liking our Honda Accord. I get excited when I say ACCORD.Its nice to have a reliable car waiting for us in the garage. I cant wait to drive again to work this morning. Thank you Honda Nation. You guys have an awesome staff. Keep it up
Great dealership to work with, purchased a new car last week and was pleased with the professionalism and positivity of the sales and finance department. Thanks!
The teamwork was noticed while I registered my car, someone was taking care of the rental car, the excellent customer service
Service center is top notch - i am always checked in quickly, the front end staff does a great job, and Im always satisfied with the result
We were looking for a very specific used electric car, we live in Seattle, car was for sale in Cerritos, CA. This is no pressure, no haggle: sales at its best! A big shout out to Mindi who went out of her way to figure out how to start the process online as we were on vacation when the opportunity to buy arrived. Price was fair, shipping was 1/2 the price I’d been quoted by transport brokers, and they found a way to give us a charger b/c the car didn’t come with one. Different auto nations do operate slightly differently, and they were all kind and helpful, but the willingness of Renton Honda to work within our constraints really stood out! Thanks also to Srey who helped when Mindi was on vacation. Would totally go this route again!
Great experience, worked with Mike and Sam, Nice car at a very affordable price. Miss the haggling over price a little though. Would refer them to anybody looking to buy a car
I had the best experience buying a car here compared to other places I’ve gone to in the past and even on the day of my purchase, Thai was an amazing sales person to work with I’m so glad she approached us we were nervous at first but she made the process fast, fun and easy she was very helpful and caring about our wants and needs in a car I would totally recommend this location and Thai for help and a great experience !
Good customer service, the guy who attended me was courteous, and kind, he understood my needs than you.
Great experience working with Alex. No hassle and easy to work with. Paper work took a while and they forgot to apply rebate but they fixed it. I’d like to think it’s an honest mistake. So make sure you read your paperwork before signing! Lol. But they sure made it up by giving us a call a day later and saying they were able to find a better lender with lower interest! Now that’s great service!Tried to work with Amorena at Burien Honda but salespeople there are way too greedy. She wanted msrp for their hr-v’s that everyone else was offering $1k less with no hassle! Save yourself time and go straight to Renton Honda and ask for Alex! Highly recommended! I’ll be coming back next year when it’s time to get a car for my son.
Service department is a scam. Talked to some guys on the phone about a brake check. He told me it’s no charge. Brought the car there, they told me they are too busy so i need to wait so it was a 3hr wait. Then after 3.5 hrs, they told me brakes, dics and tires are bad and i should replace all of them. The quote was $1860. I said i dont have that much money and i’ll take my car home. And they said i still have to pay for brake diagnose which is $185. And they told me it was a 1 hour job. I dont think it’s a1 hour job, and it should be free like they said.I also have a bmw, i thought brake was bad, i brought it to them at bmw in tacoma. The service guy came out, look at it real quick and said they are still good, no need to change anything. It was like a 5 minutes check. No charge and with a friendly manner. Unlike autonation honda in renton. Bring your car elsewhere for service!0 STAR!
Called the service department and got my car in the same day. Aaron was very friendly and professional and called me right when my car was done. Which was sooner than expected. 5 STARS!
We had our 2015 Honda Fit towed to AutoNation Honda Renton, because its one of the closest Honda dealer near our house. The Honda Fit only has 80K miles on it and its a 2015, but the CVT transmission complete failed on us. I want to say that we are a Honda family. 2 generations and we exclusively ONLY buy Hondas to avoid issues like this.We have contacted Honda of America and they said that the local Honda rep at AutoNation should work with us. Instead, my wife got a call today and they said they will not help us even though they were the one that did the transmission service on it! Just because you do your services on time doesnt mean things like this wont happen, yes....they actually had the nerve to say this to us. CVT Transmission is very hard to fix and it is costly! This dealer has ZERO empathy and understandings towards where we are coming from. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them. If your Honda fail due to manufacturer defect, they will sure to screw you over and provide no help!
PAUL was absolutely helpful! We are grateful to find a responsible staff at Renton.
