10/10 would recommend. I’m not the type to go out of my way to leave a review, but I was blown away after my recent visit. The crew here were fast, friendly, and attentive. I made an appointment to get a tire consultation as I noticed one of them kept deflating despite inflating it. They did a check and found there was a screw lodged into one of the tire. Instead of trying to make a sale, they offered to fix it and also gave a free tire rotation. This is possibly the last company on earth that put customers over profits. 10/10 would recommend.

I gotta say this this place is amazing. I got 3 flats done here at no charge. I watched their efficient operations (I commend whoever is the manager or run the operations here), they truly work as a team to make sure customers are taken care of and work is done on time. Crew is very nice. However this is the second time I brought my truck in for tires and both times despite having an appointment they forgot to take my truck in to actually do the service. After waiting an hour and seeing my truck not getting pulled in I inquired and the staff was very apologetic and said for no reason my truck wasn’t in the system and that they will have it done in an hour! Problem is no one has the time to wait 2+ hours especially when appointment was made. I drove from work to have the tires replaced. Very inconvenient.

Friendly sales team, decent prices, shorter wait time than expected. They squeezed me in same day without an appointment when Walmart wouldnt. They didnt try to talk me into anything extra. Definitely will go back in the future.

My new tires on my favorite car are fantastic. Was recommended fantastic tires. They were installed perfectly - no scratches on my tires and the tires were polished up nice. It is the little things!

Proving again why I will always go to Discount Tire for all my wheel & tire needs before I ever go to the local competition that people seem to be gaga for...my tire got slashed at work recently. Went over the following day. Got set up quickly with a full new set of tires. Pricing was fair. Ill always appreciate that they build lifetime repair/replacement into the overall cost. Sure, it ends up being a higher out the door total, but the peace of mind is worth it, IMO. While they were balancing my new tires, the center wheel caps were damaged to the point that they needed to be replaced. I agreed to let them handle that. After a few bungled orders from dealers in OR and CA, Tom was able to track down a matching set of caps locally.With a potential cross country move in my future, I like knowing that anything tire related would be taken care of by the same company. Cant get that with Schwabbies.

I had an appointment to have 4 truck tires replaced. They got me in right on time and had me back on the road in an hour. I have always been a Les Schwab customer but their prices have gone up dramatically recently. I had Schwab and GCR Tire give me a quote and then got one from Discount. Discount was $400 cheaper.Big thanks to the Grady Way store in Renton for taking good care of me.

My tire flat coz a nail in middle of it and i bring it to them and they wait me up to 6hrs and then later on they called and they said the tire is not fixable i need to buy a new tires from them. Then i realized to have a 2nd opinion to other company and they found out that it was just a nail and it fixable..honestly this is the 2nd time this discount tire did to me.

As you can see they double stacked my weights on my wheels.. Bought my wheels and tires new from them brand new.. if they new my wheel is that far off they shouldve let me know and possibly explore purchasing a new wheel.My truck drives worse after you rebalanced my tires by the way...More training for the techs here. I took my car into Discount Tire Co on 12/20/2017 to get a free flat tire fix of the drivers side tire (front left tire). Then 14 days later on 1/4/2018 around 5:30 p.m. PT I was driving and my front left tire completely fell off my car while I was driving. I quickly swerved to the left into a middle turn lane on a busy street and called the cops so they could block off the scene from oncoming traffic for my safety and for all other drivers safety. The cops called a local towing company (Gene Meyer Inc.) and they towed my car to a local Subaru Dealership (costing $192.50 for towing fee). Discount Tire Co. is liable for all damages to car tire, lug nuts, bolts, and wheel stubs, and wheel itself (all I have a quote for from Walker Renton Subaru Dealership). There also is significant auto body frame damage as I cannot open the drivers side door all the way due to front of car hitting ground hard and skidding a bit on the road. I would not have this problem at all had it not been for Discount Tire Cos negligence. I have multiple pictures of damages and receipts from Discount Tire Co on 12/20/2017, Towing company and Subaru dealership quote. I am seeking full reimbursement for all damages from Discount Tire Co. Essentially, I went in for a free flat tire repair, and 14 days later got over $691 of damages, not including auto body damage, due to Discount Tire Co. I could have been hurt or could have hurt someone else in this incident. negligence of not screwing in right bolt size, tightening bolts correctly, or just putting on my tire incorrectly. Discount Tire Co. let me leave with an unsafe car to drive, which is against the law. I currently have a claim going with Discount Tire Co. claim # 18-09910

Tom, Gavin and everyone at this location on Grady Way in Renton goes out of their way to make you happy, their services are definitely a 5 stars! They will right any wrong. It is why we came back to this location over and over vs going to their competitor (which is closer to where we live). We got four new tires for my husband Runner last year, and this year came back for his 2021 Tundra. We will be coming back soon to replace my Camry.They are efficient, great customer service, get you in and out in a timely fashion with your scheduled appointment, all of which is a convenience to impatience folks like us :).Thank you Tom, Gavin and Team.Another satisfied customer :)

Came here to get my flat tire repaired. The customer service rep greeted me and enquired about my problem. He came out and did a quick inspection on the tyre and gave me feedback. He also gave me a timeframe when the tire will be ready. I was really happy that the whole process was without hassle and also cost was free as well. I would definitely recommend this place for any tire issues.

Excellent experience at this shop. Specifically the manager. I was buying one used tire to replace a blowout. When I arrived to pick it up- turns out they didnt have one after all. The manager sold me s brand new one for the used price for my trouble. You dont see that kind of service these days. Ever. Im now a new & loyal client!

Great place to get tires

Actually sitting here now. I was on my way down to Oregon and I noticed my car starting to shake pretty bad and knew something was wrong with my tire so I stopped here in Renton. Both of my back tires are shot and the worst they can get before blowing up pretty much. Well for 2 new tires was around $145 so Im thinking k Im walking then. Well Gavin the nice guy helping me asked what I had or could afford and I have $43.Well I just paid $20 for those same 2 new tires and they have covered the rest for my tires. This is a great discount tires great customer service fast they try to get you in and out considering the covid and the masks and everything I had no problems with ordering new tires and having them put on while I waited and they made it feel as normal as possible

I originally went to the location on 4th in Renton and waited 15 minutes to make an appointment... the associate showed up, let some woman cut in front of us and then got smart with me and was extremely rude!! I almost went to Firestone, but decided to go to another Discount Tire location in downtown Renton. Josh was amazing. He got me an appointment for the same day. He realized there was a mistake with the tires I bought ( front desk ordered wrong size ) so JOSH caught the mistake and called me to say that he upgraded my tires for free, got me the correct size and my truck was ready within and hour. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! JOSH is great and he went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate this level of service from a business. These guys were swamped, ran everywhere they went and still made me feel respected as a customer! Thanks Discount Tire.

It was the end of the day and I didnt have an appointment but they got me in right away to fix my damaged tire and I was on my way in no time at all. Great friendly service done fast. Great experience.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for them tonight! I got a nail stuck in my tire and in a matter of a mile, I had gone from 28 psi to 15 psi. I managed to get the spare on and go immediately to the closet location in Renton just 30 minutes before closing. I have been a customer of the highlands location for years! If I was willing to wait, they were able to fix it despite it being way past their closing time. From the initial interaction to pulling out of the work bay, everyone was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They fixed my tire, replaced my spare, put everything back, and I was on my way. Discount Tires always come through and Ive never had a bad experience!

I come here to get air in my tires from time to time. I love that DT offers this free service. I was especially impressed with one of their technicians Rex who went the extra mile with courtesy and useful information about my tires.

In four separate visits, this store failed to diagnose a leaky valve on a tire and wheel purchased from Discount Tire. The valve problem finally was diagnosed by a wheel specialist. Bellevue Discount Tire fixed the problem after my wheel expert provided video documentation.

This store is really great! The workers are always so good at juggling customers and efficiently taking care of everyone. They always finish the job on time or earlier! I really reccomend them.

They were better than expected in ALL areas, sales, customer service, timeliness. I have been going here for years and this was my best experience yet, never had a bad experience but this one just exceeded all expectations. Was in and out with 4 new tires in under an hour, more like 40 minutes. The gentleman that helped me behind the counter was helpful and patient with my questions all while helping me find a great price close to what i was looking for. Highly recommend, they have definitely secured my future business .

Better service than expected.

I visited DT after doing extensive research trying to find the cheapest replacement for a tire that picked the worse time to blow out, after being quoted eighty for a bald, used tire. I was at my wits end and tired of looking. I have a large SUV that takes 255/70 r16 and they got us taken care of for about hundred and twenty, service was efficient and friendly. It was about an hour and a half wait time, but we did come at Six on a Friday evening so not ridiculous by any means as they were extremely busy. Great experience and will be purchasing the other three tires here.

These employees are some of the most friendly, chill group of people. I could tell they really wanted to help out with my punctured tire situation. It’s also nice the plug repairs are free. Thanks guys

Great service. They were the only ones that add my tires in stock in the state. they held them for me and installed them quickly once I got there and also recommended I do a couple other things to my truck, which I really appreciated.

My daughter and her husband had a minor issue with one of their tires and they took it in to have a look at it and decided that the best and safest thing to do was to completely replace the tire since it was under warranty. There was no cost to my daughter and her husband. Props to you guys for the great customer service and the outstanding warranty.

I have them replace tires on my Audi A6 and they broke all that plastic caps that goes on top of wheel lugs. HOW!?!?!. my best explanation on it is that they use bigger socket to remove lugs nuts without removing plastic caps and broke ALL OF THEM. You can see a twisting inside on each of the cap. When I showed it to store manager he was blaming me because hes worker says he didnt do that and caps were broken. It is impossible because I looked at them and take a picture (see attached)just before going to store.There were no even sorry about it.Here is a story on previous service at this store:6 months ago at the last rotation on this tires one of my wheels was scratches on inside by using socket set. I thought it happening sometimes so I didnt tell anyone. This time they scratched all of them inside because of that fact they were using bigger size socket...

I made an appointment online for same day, luckily was able to get one of their last appts of the day! I arrived early and waited for about 10 mins before they were able to take a look at my tire. Service was very quick, They were able to find the nail in my tire and fixed the air leak. Overall great experience.

All I can say is it was fast, friendly, and seemed to be rather well priced. I cant tell you how long the tires will last but so far so good.

I had a 9:45 appointment wich I was 5 minutes early. Was checked in. Few minutes later was told theyd be out to have me pull in. 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment they took the woman who showed up after me ahead of me??so I assumed my appointment was now going to be around 30 minutes or more past my scheduled time. No one informed me they were behind schedule or its going to be a longer wait. This put me behind schedule and wasted my valuable time. I drove off upset with the quality of service. Id recommend another facility that has higher standards.

Its excellent services. Staffs is friendly and helpful, prompt in time. They helped me remove a nail out of my tire, patching it, replace sensor with no cost at all. I usually buy my tire at Costco, but I think next time I will come here for tire service; they are experts at the tire job. I must say excellent twice 😉

Had purchased new tires a few years ago from Discount Tire. Has a slow leak so did an unscheduled visit. While I had to wait over an hour, it was my fault for not scheduling appointment. Once they had a spot, they had me drive in and stay in vehicle. They promptly checked the tire for the leak and found a small metal fragment as the cause. Repaired the tire, rebalanced and rotated all my tires, checked my pressure and verified torque and send me on my way without any cost. The crew here were friendly and efficient and followed covid guidelines well. Great job.

Wow. What a great store. Even though they spent 90 minutes replacing all of my Corvette tires, I watched them like a hawk. The guys working on the car were fantastic. First of all they opened the hood, the deck lid and both doors before they jacked up the car (one side at a time). This prevents the remote possibility of springing any of these hinged components. Truly a professional job. Then I noticed that they buffed the axle hubs before remounting the rims. This was a great way to prevent future rust or corrosion buildup. I checked and all tires were mounted with the outside label in the correct direction. Also, all rims were reinstalled back to the same location, so that all Tire Pressure Monitoring readings were correct. All in all, a very professional job. I will always take my business back to Tom L. at Renton Discount Tire (Grady Way).

The staff here has always been quick. Recently I had a small leak in a tire and I just needed the tire repaired enough to get the whole car to the tire shop. I took the tire in and they had a full schedule but they got it fixed for little cost and I was able to schedule to bring my car in for the next day to get 4 new tires.

This particular shop on Grady has always been very good and very professional. needed to get my sensors recalibrated and they did it in less then 5 min and no charge. very friendly staff too. good job keep up the great service its really hard to find service like this now a days.

I called them from work because I notice I had a flat tire on my lunch break.. Jon was so wonderful. He came to my job when he got off work at 3 put air in my tire so I could make it to the shop. Thanks Jon you are the best.I would have gave a 5 star but since I had to wait 3 hours to get my tire fixed. I will give you a 4 :)

Mike was great at helping me find a set of tires that would give me the best bang for my buck. Honestly, everyone there was very helpful and kind. I did a walk in, so I had a good long wait without anyone to give me a ride anywhere else. However, they had prepared me with an accurate wait time, so I wouldnt detract from my awesome experience over that. Theyre busy for a reason- they do good work.

These guys ALWAYS take care of you. Priced very competitively and always willing to go and do just a little extra. Regularly busy so plan ahead. Easy access and plenty of parking. The staff are all great!!!

Love the company, but kept me waiting about 20 mins just for an air pressure check, even though it looked like there were plenty of staff, they seemed to be having a difficult time managing things.

After picking my car up from the dealership for a new Windshield my tire pressure light was on. I noticed that Discount tire had a free air check so I drove up. It was really simple and was just a air check no pressure to purchase anything and customer service was amazing.

This place is great! They have reasonably priced tires, I went to get 4 back in November and they had what I needed in stock and put them on that day! Really nice attentive staff helping you get the best bang for your buck. This morning, I had my first ever flat tire. Lucky for me, they offer free tire replacement should this happen, definitely makes my life easier. Ive gone through this company at many different stores throughout my life too and they never let me down. Highly recommend!

They got me in right away for a flat tire repair,, which was a relief since I needed to be to work in an hour. Very professional and organized with all the new processes we have to go through now. They also checked another tire that was slowly leaking and repaired that as well.

Staff is friendly and the tire change was super quick. I was surprised. The ordering process was all messed up, so I had to go to the Renton location instead of the tacoma location, but I was in great hands here. I told my friends and family how nice and warm the atmosphere felt and how neat and quick of a job they did. I actually prefer this location than the tacoma one now. To be honest.

I have been going to this location for over five years. The staff is friendly and their service is great. They also have reasonable prices on new tires and parts. It will always be my To Go location for any tire related needs.

Tried to get a simple tire rotation done and this place estimated 5 hour wait time. Very interesting how they want as much new customers as possible with offers of free rotation and air checks but will maintain lowest level of staff possible and force customers to wait 5 hours for a simple tire rotation on Jan 2 at 11am when the traffic and the level of customer volume was relatively low. Absolute trash business model. I will not spending my money on discount tires ever again.

Wasted my time badly. Ordered a set of tires online but the next day it suddenly turned out that they can get it by the February of the next year instead of 3-5 business days. To cancel my online order they required me to drive in and present them my ID in person. Ridiculous stuff, very disappointing.

I purchased tires for my truck. I watched the two younger dudes work as they mounted and balanced my tires. I hadnt washed my truck all year. The rims were hammerd. They presented my truck with rims gleeming clean. Cool. Expect a 2 hour wait on a walk in as they are usually slammed. Worth it.
