I had a great experience at Renton Jeep etc. My radio needed to be replaced under warranty. It was handled but the new one was slightly different. I couldn’t figure out one of the settings. Jeremy had me bring it in and figured it out for me and showed me how to do it. I appreciated his patience and how quickly I was able to get in and get it solved. I highly recommend them. My few experiences there have been great. Friendly, courteous and efficient.
I needed a particular part for my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan and after calling a few dealerships in my area with no luck, I called Renton Dodge and they actually had one in stock. Plus, Micah told me as soon as I could get my van towed there - the service department would be able to get it fixed right away. The same day I had my van towed there it was completed that afternoon! Micah was completely respectful, professional and kept me informed through the entire process.
Came down to look at vehicles and I can say I was blown away by the attention to detail and humanization Devante brought to the experience. Definitely an asset to the company, never felt pressured and his knowledge on the vehicles made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend to go and ask for him for your car purchasing needs.
If I went on google to give a good review that means the service was beyond 5 stars and do the exact opposite is the service was beyond bad. Today I went to the dealership to get the first oil change done for my Jeep and it took them about 2 hours to get it done and it’s cost me little less than $105.00 which I’m okay with but why it took them almost 2 house cause they only had 2 people working in the oil change section and there were probably 4 more cars waiting behind me . It’s not taking them long time do the oil change itself, it’s just the wait before your can actually get on the jack. time is Money guys! I don’t want to waste your time and please don’t waste mine. Other than that people were super nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean.
Justin, Nicolas, and Joe took great care of me. Nicolas was sincere and relaxed with me around the test drive--no pressure whatsoever. Justin answered all of my crazy questions via text all week long and at all times of day, and when it came time to buy my Jeep, he patiently explained and re-explained its features and cheerfully put up with my mind-changing. Joe in financing was efficient and easy to work with as well. The best part is that when I came in to order my car, I left with a free loaner for the 3 months it will take for my car to be ready. Once I came in for a second test-drive and both Justin and Nicolas were busy with other customers, but they didnt make me wait. They had someone bring out two more cars for me to try immediately. I really cant say enough about how easy this process was!
Nicholas has been the best help to me at Renton CDJR. he hasn’t only helped me purchase a vehicle, but he also taught me a lot about financing. Nicholas was very patient, calm and collected. he gave me a good experience at the dealership. i would give him 10 stars if i could.
I know that the car industry is struggling due to the pandemic and shortage of parts but I never imagined how low this dealership will go to in order to lure customers into a deal.Ive been a Jeep customer for almost a decade switching three different lease agreement and was always happy with the brand and service I got. While having my car serviced at the Renton Dealership, I checked if the equity I have on my 2018 Renegade Limited is enough to switch to a new model (CarMax will give me about 5K above its payout cost). I talked with a sales person that quickly showed me a windows sticker for a 2021 Renegade Trailhawk that had all the feature I want at a great price point. The sales person said they will have it in 2 days and I can do the trade now. I happily signed on the deal and headed on home to clear my vehicle in anticipation to get the new car the next day.The next day, I got a call from the sales person telling me that the Trailhawk trim is not available but he was able to find me a great Renegade Sport instead. This is an entry level trim that is much cheaper and inferior to the one I signed on. In an attempt to save the deal I searched the inventory myself and was able to find several comparable vehicles, but the dealer keep insisting on offering me an inferior trim or to ask for significant increase in payment. Eventually I was able to cancel the deal but I still have two new hard queries on my credit reports (no explanation why two and not only one!)This practice is freud - selling a non existing vehicle and trying to change the terms once the customer is locked in a deal. I wanted to share that experience so other customers will not fall into this trap as well.I contacted Chrysler customer services who recommended me other dealership in the area, but I was not able to get an e-mail response from any manager in the Renton Jeep Dealership
As for the car buying experience, I actually enjoyed it. Nicolas was a great salesman, great to get along with, very informative. I give Nick 5 stars.As for the rest of the operation there, not very good customer service. Once I got past purchasing the vehicle, I was all but forgotten. Regarding an agreement of the purchase with a repair that was needed. I was never followed up with. After calling several times explaining the situation to several different people it was finally ironed out.After being told I would be contacted when my plates arrive, that I would be notified. Not the case. 2 months went by, no call. Temporary registration expired. Drove down and was told they didn’t have them. After waiting a few minutes someone brought them out, they had them the whole time. The operation past purchasing is very unorganized.
Im a single mother drove my last car for over 15 years. I wanted a nice slightly used reliable car in the right price range. Andrea got me exactly what I asked for.I didnt have any worries during the deal Im sure she did. My credit is way better now then before.Trusted Andrea so much 6 months later my coworker was in a car accident sent my coworker to her. We go out all the time in her new ride. Thanks so much.
Great customer service. Help explain everything that was done and set a timeline for future services. At no point did I feel like they were trying to up-sell me on anything. Got me in and out very quickly for how busy they were. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them for future work

Everyone there was great. They worked with me and my financing to get me a great rate on my car. One day later, the car had some minor software glitches (used car). They called me up the very next day to schedule the repair to make things right and provided me with a loaner so I could get to work! Very impressive service!
I made the mistake of making an oil change appointment with another Dodge dealership in the area using the MOPAR app, this dealership canceled the appointment the day of stating that they don’t make appointments at that time (could have canceled before actual appointment date) I took time off of work this was my only available day for the appointment. I went to Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler, they were able to fit me in immediately, they have an express oil change service. They also told me they would always have time for me (I know they probably tell that to everyone but it was really nice to hear). Previous to this experience we have always used this dealership to perform maintenance on all of our Dodge vehicles, they have been courteous, they honor warranties, they have fixed recalls, and I have not had reoccurring issues after a problem has been fixed.
Justin is the salesperson you want to deal with. He has been very responsive to my inquiries and has excellent communication skills. Although I couldnt purchase the vehicle at their Internet price since I am from out of state (not sure why that is), it was still a pleasure to deal with him.

They dont offer loaner car, so they give you option of Enterprise, 35/day for warranty work, 50/day if non-warranty. I declined those, and didnt know it until return trip, but they offer Uber(they pay for it) to drop off/pick up when car is in shop. I didnt have to download Uber either, which was nice. Lastly, their text message response system is lacking, I got the info and texted a question back with no response; however, because my question was how much do I owe(got no response), I got there and paid nothing, so Im ok with that. Wendy was very nice, helpful and efficient. I wasnt there long, in and out.
My review below is regarding the service department at this CDJR Renton Dealership. I had a horrible experience and feel like they use shady, deceptive tactics to take advantage of people.I brought in my wife’s 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited as the check engine light came on recently. I previously pulled the code myself and it was P0457, evaporator system - small leak. Anyways, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, October 21 at 10am and brought the Jeep in at that time. While dropping it off I mentioned that the radio was also having problems as it would clear all of the pre-set stations each time the car was turned off. I told the service advisor this would be good to look into while the car was there as I have an extended warranty (The Mechanic Platinum purchased through the dealership when the car was bought new; Jeep had 39k miles so just past the manufacturer’s warranty) and was told they could do both under the same $100 deductible specified by this warranty. I gave the service advisor, Jeremy, a copy of this extended warranty and before signing off on the work, double checked with him that this work would be covered by it. He told me yes, as long as I did not intentionally break anything. So I signed the paperwork and left the car. The following items are issues that occurred which were extremely frustrating and left unresolved by the CDJR Renton Team:I received a text that the car was ready to be picked up Friday (10/22) afternoon (no communication prior) so this service took over 24 hours to complete. Then, much to my surprise, the bill was $450!I was shocked as it should have been $100 (my warranty deductible) but I was informed that the check engine light was fixed with a software update to the evaporator system and the radio was fixed with a software update to the radio system. I was also informed at this time that the extended warranty did not cover software updates.What really frustrated me was that there was no communication about the work to be completed and that it was not covered by my warranty. They claimed that since I signed the paperwork I agreed to their costs: $200 for the check engine light and $200 for the radio. After tax my bill was $450 to perform 2 software updates! And it took almost 2 days to complete! Even though I had specifically asked about these items being covered by my warranty.I pleaded my case to the warranty company and their response was that since software updates are not explicitly stated as being covered, they are not covered but that the dealership should have alerted me to this before proceeding with the work which they failed to do. I was extremely upset when picking up my car so the advisor dropped the cost to $350 which I still think is robbery for performing 2 software updates. If software is the problem, it should have been covered under my extended warranty or a recall.This was a horrible experience and I feel that the CDJR Renton Dealership is taking advantage of their customers. I will never bring my Jeep into this dealership again. Learn from my experience and avoid this place!

Arrived at dealership early for an oil change. Was greeted promptly and professionally by service personnel, Marshall and Derek. Since I did not have a scheduled appointment, I expected to wait for some time. Happily I was in and out in less than an hour. Vehicle was checked for other needed services and I was advised immediately. Overall, a great experience!

I worked with Justin Studer to order my new Jeep. When placing the order Justin let me know it was going to take up to 8 weeks for the new vehicle to be built. I was able to track the progress of the build using Jeep chat but Justin was always 1 step ahead keeping me updated along the way. No games/tricks were played and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I bought a new Jeep Gladiator from them a few weeks ago. The vehicle wasn’t very clean and there were smudges on the glass and grease on the seat. A few days after the purchase one of their managers contacted me regarding the buying experience and I shared my insight about the cleanliness. He told me that I could get the vehicle detailed and that if I showed him the invoice he’d reimburse me with a check. Ive reached out to multiple people trying to send the invoice and now the story has changed and they won’t reimburse me. Everything is fine until the deal is done and then they won’t do anything to help. They also force feed whatever they want in the finance department even after you tell them no. You’ll also hear more about giving them good scores on their surveys enough times it’ll make you sick. Don’t buy a car here!

Fast, friendly service. I asked a few questions regarding a repair of my antenna and they gave me an estimate, but quickly recommended the body shop they use due to the severity of the damage on the roof. They assured me that the body shop only uses original Mopar/Ram parts for repair on Mopar/Ram vehicles and not after market parts. They also made sure to use the correct recommended type of oil in my Ram 1500 Big Horn. Over all it was a pleasurable experience. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. I will be back for my next oil change if we are still here in Washington State when it comes due.

This was the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Very consultative, not pushy at all. They were knowledgeable about the vehicles and had a great selection. No issues with my car service, however, the dealership did not inform or communicate anything about my car. They did not inform they would keep my vehicle overnight. They failed to communicate that they would keep my vehicle until Monday. Every time I tried to call the service department, it would ring and then automatically hang up. I finally got in contact with the texting service. Overall, I would not come again.

They shopped our loan around to seven banks and then committed fraud to try to get us to buy fast. We expressed interest in a car, and we told them we would be ready to buy after the banks reopened after the holiday, and wed had a chance to have a mechanic look the car over. The kept rushing us to buy, to come down NOW and sign.I suspect that while their cars might look nice, its not worth the added hassle to buy here.

I had a very poor experience leasing a car from here. I was lied to several times about my lease deal (e.g. I was told that Chrysler Capital does not honor the residual price of the lease, which Chrysler Capital confirmed was false). My lease details were changed from what I had originally agreed to, and was told that the new deal was good news even though the new terms were much worse. I would not recommend.
Jennifer got me the exact car I wanted and quickly. Troy was able to get me a killer financing package at the price point I wanted. Best shopping experience so far buying a car.

After reading past reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. First and foremost, Andreá was amazing. She was kind, great at listening to our wants, and helped us get the perfect vehicle for our growing family. Second, the moment we walked in for our appointment we were asked by more than one person if we have been helped. They did not keep us waiting and even had the car we called about upfront and ready for us to view. We took it for a test drive and loved it. We were not pushed into buying it and they worked with us. The man who took care of the financial part was kind, determined to get us the best rate possible and made the business part as simple and easy as possible. We were told they had big staff change over- and if that’s the case- don’t hesitate on visiting- it was amazing customer service with a caring, attentive, professional staff.
I didn’t feel helped. i wasn’t provided options. the entire process took forever. 3 weeks later, i take my jeep in for the XPEL treatment that was included in my purchase. first, i was told it would be ready at noon on friday, i get a call at 1 pm on friday telling me it won’t be ready until 4:30-5 pm. i show up at 4:55 and did not leave with my vehicle until 6:20 pm. i was given no explanation as to the delay, and sat there on a friday afternoon waiting an hour and half when i was originally told it would be ready for me to pick up at noon. finally, it is now monday (7/5) and there are actual BUBBLES on my hood from the protective film. i tried calling to discuss this and what do you know? no one picked up. i will NOT be going back to this dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience at Renton Jeep when purchasing my new 2021 Gladiator diesel. Anthony and Billy in Sales were both friendly and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Joe in the finance office was great to work with as well and actually found me a 1% better rate through another local credit union then mine so that will save me some money over the life of the loan. Overall a great experience, would buy there again and also refer friends and family to them without hesitstion.
Not sure where to begin. Internet AD for NEW 2021 Compass at internet discount for $25999. Went into bargaining and discovered the vehicle had been sold to the service department so it was not new, but used. No big deal wanted the vehicle, but requested a discount of the listed price because it was used and not new. Nicolas explained the manager related they could not give a discount and because they sold the vehicle to their service department at full MSRP of $27000, that is what we would be charged with no discount. Not even honoring the internet price. I am not sure where they came up with this scam, but I wasnt born yesterday, and I am not going to pay more for a used vehicle than a new vehicle that was advertised for less and listed as a new vehicle

She was very kind upon arrival an had everything in order for me to test drive. Came in for a transmission flush, was charged $450 for that service. Shouldn’t be more than $150 max. I also asked them to look at a rattling sound that our mechanic couldn’t diagnose and said the dealer might be able to, they kept the car for two days and said they couldn’t hear it, I came to pick up the car and heard the sound all the way home. Waste of money, waste of time. Nice people who work there though, that’s what the three stars are for.
Prices were fair, and the advisors had good customer service. Even the cashiers were nice. They forgot to install my brake light bulbs but the advisor was honest about it and gave me a small discount for my extra wait time.
Just had work done on my vehicle and the experience was great! Micah was pleasant, helpful, and educated me on what was wrong with my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly and the shuttle service allowed me to easily service my vehicle. Well for sure be back!
Very good experience. We were able to work out almost all the details via texts. I made an appointment to test drive, which I had to move twice. My salesperson (Ivette) was very respectful of my time and pleasant to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured during the entire experience. The team made me feel like they were there to make the purchase work for me. A big thanks to everyone at Renton Jeep Ram Chrysler. By far the best buying experience I have had with a car!

Fast service and excellent care from mechanics. Mechanic also went over some other areas (transfer case, differentials, etc) and gabe me his expert advice on fluid replacement dates. Thanks for the help and guidance!!
I was treated with great respect from everyone at this location. Justin was my Sales Associate, and I expressed my desires and he addressed each desire. Justin was great! Ron was great also. I would highly recommend this dealership if you enjoyed being lied to, taken advantage of, ripped off and discriminated against. Let me explain…..My wife and I were excited this past weekend because we thought we would be bringing home a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sale women Andrea was AMAZING and would HIGHLY recommend, she helped us locate the exact vehicle we were looking for. Everything was great until we started to work with the finance manager. That is when the dealership’s true values, beliefs, and color became known to us. The finance manager ran our credit and came back to us with a finance rate scribbled down on a piece of paper, barley legible. When I asked to see the loan and the rate on letterhead from the lender, he told me that that was not possible and that is not how the dealership does business. Even though we had done our due diligence at other Jeep dealerships and knew that that was a lie. We just had to “trust” what he was giving us was the best possible rate. Personally, when making decisions about thousands of dollars, I verify with my own eyes all the numbers that are presented to me.At this point my wife proceeded to talk with the finance manager. He then proceeded to make discriminatory comments towards my wife for being female because in the end this new vehicle was for her and she had the final decision. The finance manager then proceeded to state, if we could not trust him, the deal was off. My wife and I spoke with our sale woman Andrea (again AMAZING) and said our goodbyes and we drove home in our old car.After doing an auto loan check with my local bank, I verified the dealership did indeed lie and refused to be transparent by adding 1.5% to “their” finance rate. Showing me the finance manager indeed did not get the best rate for us and was lying.At this point my wife and I still need a new car and we would like to give the dealership a chance to make things right. We want an apology from the general manager for the whole experience and a personal apology from the finance manager to my wife for discrimination against her for being female. We hope this can be a learning experience for all. Hopefully, I can post a revision to this review with our new car soon. If NOT buyer beware!!!

I am new to the area and made an appointment for service. When I checked in, I was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled (I could have made the appointment at another dealership) however Andrew said it was no problem and he could get me in. I was so impressed with his willingness to get me in and the time he spent getting my error fixed. He was extremely helpful. I was SO impressed with his service.
Andrea Avery made the whole experience pleasant. She was informative she new her products and made me feel like I was the most important customer she had.
