Ive known Gary for over a decade, and during that time hes always done a top-notch job. If he thinks something is under warranty hell tell you as much, if he can fix something by just taking out a faulty and unneeded part hell do that. Hes pragmatic, the folks working here are all knowledgeable (theyve diagnosed problems in less than a day that multiple other mechanics couldnt figure out for months), and Gary has always treated me well. Every time someone needs to get a car worked on I make sure to send them here!

After a slow start (I apparently came at lunch time for them, so understandable) they fixed my car right up. Head guy talked to me about what it needed, and was willing to work with me on my demands.Great place, and even if its not better than your average Les Schwab, etc (I think it is)-- it just feels better.

Tired of going to the dealership for maintenance only to pay way too much for below average service, we decided to give Apex a try. Their service exceeded my expectations! The auto mechanic is extremely knowledgeable- a diagnostician. Coupled with honesty and good interpersonal skills. Multi-lingual. Armenian, Russian, English. A very neat and orderly garage. By the way- his name is Gagik. But, he goes by Gary for the simpletons.

My mom took her bmw to this shop and from the begging they were always to busy to work on it or the owner had to take vacation so would be another while till the car would get looked at and since she doest speak very good English they obviously thought they could get over on her . We did not know what was wrong with the car and were told about this shop so we thought they would get job done. Not only were we charged around 1200 but the problem that we went to get fixed was never fixed the car still turns off after a short time running but they told me that they did fix a problem with the trunk so that now I can press the key and trunk will open oh and that now my driver side window can roll down. So we payed them for a service we never got he told me that the car had been sitting there for 2 weeks and hadnt turned it on at all so that it should work I was able to drive it away but by the next day the same problem was occurring he told me it would need a new 1200 dollar part not sure exactly what it was I would have to go thru paperwork to find out exactly what its called but that he was being nice not to charge us for all the hours he put into trying to fix the car and he told us if we payed in cash that he would charge us less then if we payed with a card so he could pocket the money Im guessing this is the last time I ever go there they just stole money from us without doing a damn thing to fix the problem so we got charged 1100-1200 dollars for them to tell us it needed a 1200 part and took them over 2 months for them to tell us that . This happened over 3 months ago . If you are thinking of taking your vehicle to this shop look elsewhere they are a bunch of thieves here who thought they could pull one on this lady that doest speak very well English. Im thinking of suing honestly but dont know if its past the time I could do it by.
