I kinda messed up and ran my Nissan Leaf till the battery went totally dead. Younker Nissan Service Center got me back on the road with very little hassle. I dont recommend you tank your EV bsttery..but I do recommend Younker Nissan Service Center.
I have bought two vehicles from Younker and over the past years the customer service received in the service department has dramatically decreased.Went in for an oil change and tire repair. When it was done 1.5 hrs later I saw my car leave the garage I went out to the service desk and saw the Tech drop my key off on the empty desk and the two other Reps had me stand there 10 minutes waiting. When I was finally helped I was told the tire repair was $30. I said tire repair isnt part of the package since I bought the tires there, he took me back out to his desk looks at my info again then takes the repair charge off.In the 10 minutes I was waiting I looked at the work summary to see what they did. After I left and got about 2 miles away and the washer fluid warning came on. I double checked the summary and the washer fluid box was marked as done.Makes me wonder what else was marked done but maybe wasnt really checked.Next time I shop for a car it wont be there.
This was my second time to take the vehicle for maintenances on line of the duty. The service was Awesome and on behalf of the one I was supporting, I thank the NISSAN SERVICE CENTER for accommodating Service and maintenances as there was no appointments but they took me in and it was timely done as was promised. Thank you for value in your customers and keep it up!
Great customer service. Their goal is for everyone to leave as a satisfied customer...Try nissan 100% reliable vehicle amd most importantly leave with Gap ....
Awesome friendly staff. Was in and out of the parts department quickly
Nice employees (thanks, Mike) and quick service. My Kicks was done exactly when he said it would be.
Needed 1 coil replaced $180 plus 1 spark plug $28. General inspection. 3 hours labor to R&R 1 spark plug and same coil, $208 in parts for a total of $575. Seems excess to me plus the spark plug replaced had less then 5,000 miles on it. For the 7 years I’ve owned this car the air blew cold but the day after the coil R&R at best it blew only cool air. Today I had Oil Can Henry’s service the air and it should hold 5.5 psi coolant but was down to 4.5 psi. Enough to not be notices 2 weeks ago but now at 100° a 20% loss in coolant is noticeable and had I still been in Seattle I am positive Yonkers Nissan would have charged much more than the $150 O.C.Henrys wanted! I was an out of towner that could not wait for a mechanic to fix my car. I had to, against my better judgement, take it to a dealer.
So far so good here. They take care of my car and have communicated really well with me on anything additional I’d need.
Very excellent all workers and good quality merchandise very high quality of respect nice and clean place Nissan service center Number one

They do not offer a ride home during the repair.
