Went in for the M1 service. My first one. On my brand new SUV. They left oil prints on the door and the hood. And oil spilled all over then engine. No signs of them trying to wipe it off. They didnt even fill up the washer fluid. Jiffy lube fills it up and doesnt leave prints all over. Wont go back.

Went here for a second time after a great first time, but the 2nd time was far from the first experience. I knew I had a small tire leak and requested them to fix it along with my oil change. I went on a walk and came back 45 minutes later. I saw my car pull up and was given a call that the service was complete. They asked if I wanted to replace the engine filter and fix the tire and I said yes. After 30 minutes of looking at my car, I called and asked if they were doing it and they said they are 5 minutes from being done. I said I have been looking at my car for 30 minutes but they said they had been working on it. I then went to the counter to pay and asked what the deal was. I was told it was all done. I paid and went on my way. A week later (only drive the car once a week) the tire pressure light was back on. I went to check the PSI and it was back to 24, well below the pressure all the other tires were. So, it was apparent the tire was actually never fixed yet I was charged for it. I called them on 20OCT and advised them of what occurred, and they said they would give me a call back in an hour or so. I never got a call back. I am very dissatisfied with the work done after my first time around was so good. I also am upset I got charged for something they never did, and lied to my face while I have been looking at my car for 30 minutes. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the first time around was good, but this was enough for me not to come back, unless they are willing to actually do the work I pay for.

Don’t bring your vehicle here. The lack of adequate customer service/communication really brought down my expectations for a renton dealership. I had brought in a vehicle early in the morning for an airbag recall and fuel system inspection, and I was never notified of it when it was finished, I attempted to contact the service department and it had appeared that they had already closed. From 7am-6pm there was 2 calls, one of the calls being about a valve cover leak and a misfiring engine, and another about additional costs for continuing inspection for the fuel system. I had to wait till the next day to pick up the vehicle, they had given me a suggested repair estimate that was quoted at a grand total of $4241. Once I got the vehicle it was terribly misfiring, I drove it home while the whole car was shaking with a (CEL) being robbed of $150 for “inspections” and “airbag replacement”. I was never told of possible solutions or finding of their “inspections” to the fuel system and I ended up with a misfiring engine. Don’t waste your time or money.
This is the most strange shop I have experienced. I got a small clicking sound on the wheel and I want to know if there is any damage. It is still under new car 1-year warrantee. Before inspecting my car in the shop and telling me where my car’s problem is, they charged me first for $75 to pay their technician to inspect my car. It is scary to put your car in this type of shop because you would never know how much it would cost to complete the repair. They also told me the inspection will complete in 30 minutes but I have been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes and my car is still outside in the parking lot. Not recommended to anyone.
Great service! I accidentally showed up here for an appointment that was supposed to be at the Kirkland location (I misremembered where Id made the appointment). And they accommodated me and did my oil change and service anyway! I was so relieved I didnt have to reschedule.

Warning dont take your car here for service!!!We brought our 2014 Mazda 3 in for a typical oil change, upon checking out they told us about a few normal maintenance items that needed addressed. Spark plug change, valve gasket replacement, air filter exc. I made the appointment, had the service completed, drove onto the freeway and my car wouldnt go over 40mph and it was jerking back and forth. I immediately took it back and since there lead mechanic wasnt in they kept it over night. I was very understanding as I know things happen. They kindly offerd me a rental which I didnt need at the moment, so they offered a free detailing service. I was great with that compensation and the fact they acted quickly so the issue didnt escalate. Today was the first day I drove it after bringing it home and the check engine light is back on. At this point I dont believe they know what they are doing and not sure if their answer for why the check engine light is on again will be trusted. Just how I want to start my Monday, at the shop.
They take excellent care of my wifes car. We always get it back washed as well👍
Perfect service
Paid for new spark plugs and a flush and had no change in fuel economy. Brought it to another place and they said no flush was done and spark plugs were not new. Waste of my time and money that I won’t see back.
Called at 8:25 a.m. and they took me in for an oil change. Waited an hour. Cost compared to my home Mazda.
