Our Tesla service rep was excellent. He was attentive and considerate of our time. As a walk-in for emergency tire service the team was able to accommodate our needs on short notice.With the growth rate of the amount of cars being on the road additional staff would be need. A 2-3 week wait for service is not acceptable. Staffing could be a real headache in the near future if not already. Which really diminish the ownership experience and could be enough for some to not own a Tesla vehicle.

I wanted to show my parents a Tesla Model 3 performance and drove to the service center. They let us preview any vehicle we wanted and then we took a test drive for 30 minutes with just me and my family! The staff was super accommodating and answered all the doubts my parents had on electric cars. The reps there were so friendly and felt like family. Everyone there is so excited about the future that theyre bursting with excitement to show you all the details of the vehicles.

New Tesla Service Center in Renton! This location looks nicer than the one in Seattle. It would have been better if they would provide a similar level of service as other luxury car dealerships by providing complimentary car wash as well. Service closed on the weekend.

I had an appointment today @5:30 pm to pick up the Tesla.I had to cancel my meeting, adjust schedules throughout the day, and ride uber to make it to the appointment on time. Because I value there times.When I arrived in RENTON, WA Tesla, I was so upset about what happened.The car that I suppose to pick up today, it had scratches and damages all over the places.I understand that things can happen butIf there was a person, a single person, who decides to take a look at the car before the delivery, this wouldnt happen.If there was a single person who was passionate or cares about the job, this wouldnt happen.If there a person, who decides to call the service and follow-through the order, there would be no miscommunications.No one follows through my order. No one really cares about my order.I might be your other customer but you are my only Tesla experience.You made my first Tesla experience very sour.

Received delivery of used Tesla. Car was delivered with body scratches beyond Teslas limit for used cars. Also have noted extensive, yet common mechanical issue in my car, also reported widely by other owners. Disappointed that Tesla did not make the effort to deliver a vehicle with self documented, OEM pre-owned standards. Have to take the car to service center which represents an unnessary churn.

It was hot when we picked up Tesla car this place not even have water for the customers the person who help us was very nice, but please but water from Costco is not that expensive to give 1 bottle of water… Tesla in Renton, stingy place on earth !

Test drive and keeping the car overnight was great! Kendall, the salesman failed to mention how to open the car door from the inside on our first test drive. Finally decided to order the model 3. Everything about the order is through the Tesla account. However when multifactor authentication was enabled, I could not access the account due to a third party app that did not allow me to reset the password without a passcode. I tried the Tesla support number and never got connected to a person who could help. Kendall promised to contact IT through a service ticket, however since I am not a Tesla owner, I did not get a response. Overall frustrated and disappointed. I canceled the order by a phone call to the showroom. No one at that dealership had any interest in helping to resolve my concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

There were 2 agents...i waited for 15 minutes and NO one pay attention to me..then i left ...i want at that time to buy new tesla...after this visit i changed my mind for ever.

Veronica who sets up time for deliveries is great however its all downhill one you show up to take delievery. First, they make you wait couple of hours beyond your scheduled time, then they bring you the car half way charged. Lastly the guy who was suppose to demo the vehicle was not very knowledgeable or pleasent to deal with. I finally had to ask for someone else to walk us through basic features. Simply couldnt wait to get out of there and actually learn stuff on my own. Most horrible experience from a company that charges a fortune for their product. If anything customer service will be Teslasdemise once competition heats up in the market.

Excellent experience picking up my new Model Y. Had a small paint chip near the front wheel and they promptly fixed it before I took delivery. I worked with three Tesla employees and all were very helpful during the touchless delivery process.

The staff was extremely helpful in running through all of my options before I made my decision on whether to rotate my tires with them or not. I went to this location to pick up my car that had already been purchased and paid for. I was chased away while I was trying to inspect the car, given the reason that the car hadnt been washed yet and I was not allowed to inspect it until they had a chance to complete their due diligence. Whatever. Upon my return, I was not given another opportunity to inspect the car until after I accepted delivery. I was then told any issues I found had to be recorded prior to driving home (home is 250 miles away). This gave me 15 minutes to complete the inspection...while it was getting dark and the staff was leaving for the day.The guy who gave us the walk through had, Im guessing, just started and didnt know the answer to most of our questions. No other staff member was there shadowing him, even though there were about 10 people inside just hanging out.The car was only charged to 50%, even though they knew I had a 250 mile trip to get home.The person who chased me away originally, was more concerned with me accepting the delivery of the vehicle then they were of making the pick-up process a pleasent experience. This was the same person that told me I had to complete the inspection before I left, and the same person that tossed a bunch of papers at me to sign without really explaining what was going on. I believe this person is the one who runs the site.The ONLY positive thing I can say abou this location is one of the service techs, Kendall, stayed after the office had closed, answered my questions, helped me complete the service ticket, and assured me I could take as long as I wanted to inspect the car.TESLA - The Renton delivery center is not a good representation of your brand.

The absolute worse service possible. The manager will not even call you back if you have any problems. They do not follow through with anything they say they will, which is shocking to say the least. My initial ‘New’ vehicle was dented and the interior was dirty. The rep had no idea which car was mine and tried to get me into the wrong vehicle and VINs did not match. After getting another vehicle over a month later, Tesla failed to send my loan info the the bank. I left multiple messages and spoke with multiple people at this location with no response or support to get this resolved. Today I currently have a new Tesla with no way to pay my bill which will cause further issues. The bank has no record of my vehicle. The manager has not responded or followed through on any type of support. At the very least a call back is necessary but the management at this location is awful. Absolutely do not buy your Tesla through this location. Use Seattle or Bellevue for a better experience

Rapid service. Knowledgeable technicians. Id only suggest owners who live far away, charge up the car enough to get there and back plus 30 miles minimum. The charger there allows down massively, if three other cars are connected

Was an excellent experience. In the end we chose the model 3. Ordering was extremely easy. I really enjoyed how much different than a regular dealership where they pressure you constantly. Its been a dream of mine for the last 10 years to own a model s. I finally got one and I love it. I have been having quite a few issues with it so far. Had pieces falling off after the 1st week, a month later my left drivers side camera doesnt work so I cant use sentry mode or autopilot fully most recently both my headlights have issues in their seals since there is water in both of them as well as there seems to be a adhesive on the paint on the inside of the right tail light that is starting to come out.I had a appointment for tomorrow to have the service team come to my house to fix, but they rescheduled today to January 7th 2021 because they forgot to order the camera.Ive had the model s for less then 2 months. Im hoping these issues stop happening.Again I love the car its great, but a 75k+ car shouldnt be having these issues this early in its life.

Really nice dealer. I liked the tesla. But it still didnt compare to the benz GLE 🤷‍♂️. A little to basic on the design and then over complicated technology. However. Elon seems like a cool in that movie why him...so ill have to give it 5 stars.

My husband went there today to ask for help with his new used Tesla S since its our first electric car and the charger we got with it was not working with what we have at home. They were rude and arrogant and wouldnt help at all. We were super excited about our Tesla as a vehicle . We are super bummed by the terrible customer service at Renton Tesla which is across the street from his office

My wife and I picked up our Tesla Model Y at the Renton office on Wednesday June 17. We were very happy with our experience, especially with Mario. His thorough, professional manner while managing the documents gave us confidence that we were in good hands for the second-most-expensive financial experience of our lives (after buying our house). He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us carefully, and his easygoing personality made us feel very comfortable during the process. Kudos to Mario and Kudos to the Tesla Renton location for making our experience quick and easy.

It is impossible to get ahold of a representative unless you are buying a new car. Once purchased your only option is the app calling in will not get ahold of anyone. I wanted to know how long they typically took to replace a windshield to see if I could have my car available the next day. After pushing buttons for 5 minutes I was able to leave a voice mail in which no one responded.

Professional. Due to covid, its just drop off, but Tesla offers several options for you to get going. I took a used model S as a loaner. Very easy and fast. They look pretty busy though. Plenty of teslas on the road.

When I arrived at 8am for a GPS failure appointment, I was told the part has not arrived and no ETA. I complained about not being told earlier. Then manager came out with bad attitude. Long story short, I will never go there again. Bellevue location is much better.
