My phone was paid for but service wasnt turned on they made the call no problem ready to help
My first phone with Metro PCS was a Motorola e5 plus. Great phone, great service. Then this past June I got the blue screen of death. I wanted it fixed or buy the same phone I had. They said I can only buy the newest Motorola stylus. The phone had slow internet speed, dropped calls, poor reception and not easy to use. I came in to see if I could exchange the phone or get something that works as good asked me my first phone. The clerk said nope, Once you buy the phone, no refunds or exchanges. I tried to cancel my account and get a refund for my remaining unused balance and they wouldnt do that either. Im leaving Metro an unhappy customer. Time to go shopping for a new carrier.
Customer service was great! Was in and out quickly with a new phone for my daughter! Very informed staff and gave me all the i fo. That I needed and also helped me select a better more affordable plan for kids service!
Im not happy with the customer service Im bought a new phone Samsung a21 but its not working correctly after 9 days I go back to tell them the phone is not working properly she say we can do nothing for you we need to see first if it is really the case I want to exchange it but she say I cannot do that because its the MetroPCS rule 7 days Im all 4 years with MetroPCS that doesnt matter Im not happy with the customer service
Terrible don’t go here they just wanna make a sale and don’t care and my husband payed 50 dollars extra for the activation and he had him pay and as soon as he did told us to activate it ourselves and wouldn’t help.
Came in at 745 to pay off a bill which is a fast transaction. Wouldn’t let me in the store because they had already closed the till. The store closed at 8pm. However the women working allowed another gentleman inside because he wanted to purchase a phone. How could he purchase a phone if the tills were closed? I was very frustrated. Will never return here.
The staff was decent, bilingual, and helpful. Good on them for that. However, they had hardly any phones in stock so after being denied my choices 1-5,, Ihad to settle for choice #6. A phone I didnt want in a color I didnt want. Oh well.
Above and beyond customer service from Geo. Going with a discount carrier like Metro PCS, I expect sub-par customer service. But the two times I visited this store, Geo was very helpful. Also, hes highly knowledgeable, good at explaining things and troubleshooting issues.
I hate this company they should be out of business!! I cant wait to switch back to boost Mobile!!! and Im only giving one caz I had to!! Worse than tracphone
Not sure I like the service since they changed to T- mobile. But the staff at this particular store are very helpful great attitude!
Well I have issues because the new promo deal that they are making everyone of the new custermors 15 gigs of hot spot Ive been a customer for almost 2 years and I have not got the new upgrade yet, Im gonna had to call them and ball them out so think twice

I went to my closest metro pcs that there is from where I live and Ive been there plenty of times. The problem that I had on Friday was that they didnt want to sell a SIM card to me. Like Ive been sold a SIM card there before why didnt you want to sell it to me now? Well he said that the store is by an owner (something like that Im not sure) and that those were the rules. Ummm no you just wanted me to pay for the SIM card and the activation when I know that that I could call and they wouldnt charge me anything. guys dont step a foot in this store if you want to go to a metro pcs go to the one in south center (tukwila) they sold me the SIM card and they did it for only 10 bucks, five dollars less then the other store.
Staff not very knowledgeable of product or services. $3 additional service fee to pay bill.
Besides waiting for help forever because employees on break not knowing customers were waiting
