Great place for games with cool and knowledgeable staff

Fantastic customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable - the two gentlemen who helped me were happy to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or that I was wasting their time. Definitely my new go-to GameStop :)

Never come here if you are not a bonafide gamer, go to BestBuy or Walmart-they probably have a better return policy. I tried to return a PS4 five days after purchasing, the same staffer who misled me about the terms of their return policy offered me $112 for a system that cost me $350... 5 days after purchasing. Unbelievable, the consequence of the customer being misled about the return policy should not be financial punishment of that same customer.

I love going here. Always nice and Enjoyable. I bought their last Gears of War Controller. And protection plan.

Called the store on 11/29/17 at 7:08 pm regarding a 50% sale on a Magic The Gathering Aether Revolt Booster box. Clerk said it was in stock, told her I would put it on hold via the online form. Tried doing so, did not work. Went to the store after work, took 45 minutes to get there. Clerk said she assumed I was just checking the stock and already put it on hold for someone else. No common sense here. Why would anyone call in for a sale, and not plan to purchase an item. Clerk also assumed I was female due to my voice only, which was very rude. Snarky clerk who did not care I drove 45 minutes, lost out on $50 from me and future business at that location. Whoever this clerk was, she was very rude, snarky, and lacked common sense. Yes I understand gamestop has policies, but acting like an emotionless robot, and not taking into consideration the human effort I put into trying to save money for the holidays lost my business. Not even 1/5, would give it a -1 if I could.

The staff at this particular GameStop is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do their best for the customer and go above and beyond.

First of all, it’s a good place to just look around. Whenever I’m in North Point, I always stop at GameStop. When I want to buy a game, I go on the app and make sure it’s in stock, then a place a hold on it. GameStop usually has better prices than other competitors.

Great customer service, although the store is a little small. I came in to trade in some games and purchase some new/pre-owned ones and Dan was not only very polite and helpful, but also extremely knowledgeable about any game I was interested in.

Great prices on used games that come with quality as well. Friendly and informative staff always willing to aid in helping you find the title thats right for you. Definite 5 stars.

Best gamestop in the area. Clean and organized.

These guys for the most part are obviously gamers. You walk in the door and the first thing they ask is if you need any help. Theyll grab a game for you. Service is always fast and efficient.

Good store to visit when you are in Central Park Outlet Fredericksburg especially if it is making a very quick purchase. Line is always short, Associates already eager to get you in and get you out quickly.

The staff here are so helpful and informed. Highly recommend!

Went in looking for some old games for my Xbox 360.. I didnt find it which was fine I need to upgrade but the employee on staff was highly educated in all the gaming systems and storage options. Will visit again.
