Screwed up provisioning my phone. Had no service for hours, no data until I spent another hour on the phone. And still no voice mail after almost 24 hours. This is for a business line, and completely unacceptable. 2nd tier support is clueless about the voice mail issue, and says 3rd tier will get to me in three days. I may not be a tmob customer by then.Edit: After spending another hour + on the phone, I finally have working voicemail. But it shouldnt have taken multiple calls and a total of 3 to 4 hours on the phone to get this resolved.
Service is horrible. I ordered a mifi unit online to test signal in a remote area. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I could return the unit to any T-Mobile if it didn’t work. They said I could. Somehow this store must not be associated with corporate since they refused to take the unit back. After wasting time waiting for these guys I get to wait on a call with corporate now.
Horrible customer service at this location. The service repair technician need to be trained better and be more efficient with there time and customers time. This is the third time I have been here and it just get worse and worse everytime.
Great people there, they helped us with our upgrades and were very friendly. We watched one sales person tell an older couple that they had to wear a mask properly or leave. Even after the couple was rude, he was firm and they did what he said in the end. I really appreciated that. Great store, well be going there for our cell phone needs from now on.
Theyre not much overcrowded like most of the business
Employees not masked. Service extremely slow. Half of customers not masked. Id give them negative stars if possible.
Great staff. Ramon in particular went above and beyond to help us out by making sure we had the best deal possible and explaining the complexities of the situation. He should get a raise, or better yet, a promotion for using his critical thinking, being patient with customers, and doing all that he can to help
The employees we efficient, friendly, & helpful. It is a great store.
My Samsung A50 wouldnt charge and died for the second time in 18 months. The first time they were great. They sent the phone in for me and about 5 days later I had a fixed phone. I told the sales associate my situation this time and he accused me of breaking it on purpose. I ask me a dozen times if it had water damage. It doesnt. He then said because there was a single scratch at the bottom of the screen that the insurance that I pay 15 dollars a month for would not cover the repairs. I told him I was not going to pay to get a 2 year old phone that I have had problems with in the past fixed. He totally ignored me and printed out a bill for a 150 dollars. I explained that the phone new doesnt even cost that much anymore, to fix the screen it cost $29.99 on the T-Mobile site, and I just told him I did not want to pay for the repairs. The sales associate then went back to accusing me of breaking my phone. I left the store angry and frustrated. My advise avoid this place at all cost. Choose any other place. I ended mail my phone in to get fixed for free after talking to TMobile customer service. More of a wait but it seems to be worth not having the hassle and cost.
I had a great experience with Ammar and one other lady, they are doing a great job. They were courteous and patient enough and answered to all my questions and helped me get to my right solution.I really appreciate the team at this store.
Greg at this store is very helpful will understand the issue and will fix itThank you Greg !!
My family and I had a good experience
Went in for a SIM card replacement and the young lady did a great job. Only took 10min or so. The mgr was reminding people about social distancing too. I appreciated that and felt good about the precautions they took to keep everyone safe. Nice job Sprint!
Not very bright staff!
JC sold me a defective charger for my Iphone and wouldnt admit it. I will take care this with his superior. Instead used all kinds of excuses because he was sprint and now he is t-mobile.Very unprofessional!
I had an issue with the third party insurance company issuing me a replacement phone. Fabio assisted me on two successive occasions trying to resolve the matter. Each time I entered the store the staff on duty greeted me promptly. Edward was amazing as well. He provided a detailed explanation of the best way to resolve my issue. Edward was very knowledgeable about the product line. He aided me in selecting the protective case to minimize damage. Excellent customer service! I recommend this store.
Not good . They dont know how to work . Nothing else i to say ..
This T-mobile Reston location is hard to find but the The representatives are helpful. The location can get busy because it is a repair Location so be ready, if you are running low on time, its best to set up an appointment.
Not a helpful place, they just want to get you out of the store quickly and always keep saying to go online for everything, maybe just the systems limitations but seems like they cant do or help on anything. This feeling not just in one visit, on multiple visits. Never will go there again, recap: always a waste of time.
Very guys, friendly, good service
They where great they where speedy and nice we where in and out and everthing was done right we loved it.
Really good service
Representatives were fantastic and helpful. Customer service extraordinary
Never super helpful, I was also very happy to see that they enforced Rules for that pandemic, Even though I could tell their short staff they were Absolutely trying their best to help each customer.
They were able to pair my phone and help me get started with my new equipment.
Not very helpful. Couldnt wait to get me out the door. Almost pushed me out rather than assist me. Sprint was getting worse and worse but now that it is Tmobile they truly dont care about the customers that came with the company.
Usually get good service over the years, Today Dominika was fantastic and very knowledgeable
Best place ever. Caring and knowledgeable staff, available inventory, no lines.
Came in to the return my phone and cancel my service and have waited for over an hour with no help. Staff seems to prolong meaningless chit chat rather than give timely service. Glad I switched over to Altice mobile, smaller companies treat you better. Avoid this sprint store at all costs!
Repeating review...terrible experience trying to replace an iPhone. I left the store assuming it was ordered and told later it was and would be arriving. Called today to find out it was not done and that I actually had to call.I never seen timi have a good experience and do not trust Sprint/Tmobile at all
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Come here for any T-Mobile questions you have.
I hate to be a Karen because I had such an amazing in-store experience, BUT. I came in to upgrade my phone and was told that I could sign up for automatic payment and that would lower my bill. The automatic payment discount plus my new less expensive lease would allow me to get a new IPad and my bill would drop to $170. My bill is actually closer to $250 now and Im stuck with an IPad that Ive only used a handful of times. I feel completely taken advantage of. I was lied to and that is just wrong. Im guessing that Ill just have to eat this one but we will see.
Worst customer service, we Wait for more than one hour and never got help.
Omar provided exceptional service.
Store is a bit hard to locate however very nice store. Service is very slow.
Bad service, the employees need trainning dominike and nuria, we were waiting for 1 hour, two persons came after us, those persons were cared before us, we are costumers for many years, the people deserve best service
Awesome and very helpful.
The customer service is terrible and theyre very impatient. The manager, Dominica is a very rude, unhelpful and just all around disrespectful. She couldnt wait to get me out of the door and she didnt want to solve or even try to assist me with my problem. Horrible service, never coming back.
Louis from tech support is awesome, was nice talking to him and he did a great job.
Best Sprint Store around! Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Great team and they have service and repair available on site!
We visited the store last month, planning to port 4 lines to Sprint, as a family plan. Our sales representative Carmen Sanchez was extremely helpful and supporting. She processed our transactions with a great patience. We are really happy for leasing new phones and having an affordable family plan. Thanks Carmen...
Love the employees there. Very knowledgeable. Sad that they had to move.
Amazing store, customer service is outstanding! My friend and I got the iPhone 8 and a girl named Montserrat took care of every need we needed. She was outstanding! We will be returning to this store for any further service needed.
What can I say...its Sprint. Its no longer the best network. Customer service at this store is mediocre. Bot everyone k ow whats going on or how to handle things appropriately which is Sprints biggest downfall. I had one guy who actually knew anything yet I didnt get the call back to pick up a new sim card for my phone which I was being told was not a sprint phone although it was and when the phone was turned on the Sprint logo and ICM details showed up.
Victor did a great job on my screen replacement for the Samsung Note 8. The rest of the team were very friendly as well.
Saw the bad reviews before i came here and still took a chance, they canceled my apple insurance without notifying me and when i came in too get a screen replacement is when they told me. The lady said she couldnt fix my screen because some dings on the side and apple wouldnt do it, but whats funny is apple said they could i was at their location prior to this and they said if not for sprint cancelling you could. Asked if i could just upgrade since Im eligible and they made up excuse that its not paid off when my bill states that the phone has been paid off. 4 employees and all clueless save yourself the time and choose another location.
The ONLY sprint store that I use. This staff team is top-notch.Exceedingly knowledgeable. Very patient. They will answer every question that you have, clearly and factually. It used to be employee only - which I certainly attribute to their level of skill. From the Sales staff to Tech, you will not be dissapointed. 🖒
0 STARS. SPRINT IS HORRIBLE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND THE CUSTOMER WHICH ONLY WORSENS THE PROBLEM. DONT ENROLL IN THE STUPID TOTAL PROTECTION PROGRAM. ITS TRASH. SPRINT IS TRAAAAAAAASSSSHHHHHHH AND THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR IS HORRIBLE. I CANNOT EXPRESS IT ENOUGH. It may be cheaper than Verizon but clearly you get what you pay for. Cant wait to go back to Verizon!!!!!!
Well, where to start... had a 12:30 appointment, nobody even acknowlwedged my existence until almost 1:00. The associate that helped me was fantastic and very nice. Come to find out that nobody processed my online order so he got stuck doing it and it made everything take even longer. If it wasnt for my associate i would give 1 star. To Sprint, a word of advice, dont let your employees just stand around and text when people are waiting for service. Those folks might not be able to help but it makes you look bad. 2 employees working and 2 standing around.
I did my training here and it was great. My trainer Amber and all of the other personnel Ive met here are very kind and respectful.
I purchased a phone and returned it two days later under the 30 day warranty policy. Returning the phone was a mess as they told me the phone was still registered to the store. After waiting an hour for the store to reconcile thier inventory I was finally provided a credit.
This place is in the middle of nowhere and they don’t have any restrooms available for their customers. So if you have to use the restroom, you have to get back in your car and go somewhere else.In addition we had an appointment for 1PM to simply pick up a new iPhone. We’ve been waiting 30 minutes and are still waiting. What’s the point of an appointment?
Love this place! Ask for Mario and say I sent you. He should be the Manager!!
Not at all helpful. Too much of wait times.
If you have a cracked iPhone screen and have insurance DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Other locations will charge you $30 but this one will try and scam you for over 200 dollars and tell you lies about apple.Very disappointed with the customer service of the technician I had yesterday. I have been a loyal sprint customer for 20+ years and he was very rude. I have a crack on the front of my iPhone screen and I took my phone to a different sprint store to begin with and they looked and examined my phone and told me it would be 30 dollars to fix the screen and I had to take it to a different location to have it fixed. Then I took it the Reston location and the technician at this location basically shamed me for having a crack and stared at my phone trying to find scratches on the back so sprint could charge me 230 dollars to buy a refurbish phone. There was no scratches on the back because I use a life proof case but he kept trying to say there was. Then he lied and said apple will not fix cracks on iPhones and I can only get it fixed if I go through my spirit insurance and pay that ridiculous fee. I then went to a apple store and they will fix it for 130 dollars no problem. He was the only technician working around 2:15pm yesterday so I didn’t get a chance to talk to someone else. It is ridiculous this sprint technician had no customer service and tried to take advantage of me and thought we would accept anything he said. I cannot believe he tried to lie and say I had a scratch on the corner of my phone but no one visibly see or feel it but him.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
Please provide this team with some basic customer service training. There were 6 employees in the store and not a single one looked or spoke to me. Was it because I signed in for a repair? After 45 minutes my name was deleted from the monitor showing my place in line and was given an attitude when I asked what happened. Culture problem? My guess is that this store constantly gets bad reviews. On the plus side they did do a great job replacing the broken screen on my phone.
I would strongly encourage all to stay away from Sprint. First contract was up and my bill went up 30 percent. I was forced to switch to another provider. When I tried to turn in my phones in they would not honor the insurance and charged me $150 per phone “damage fee”.
Gerson Pineda. Best customer service out there. Give him a raise. Added a new line, and got info on international travel service. He was so quick to help and got us in and out of the store in like 10 minutes!
I have been coming to the Sprint store for years, they have always been a great help and quick repairs. The staff are outstanding. You do need to be buzzed into the building but you no longer have to sign in at the security desk.
This is one of the best kept secrets of being a Sprint customer in the area. There is no major sign stating there is a Sprint customer store in the front, so it is rarely as busy as most others. Simply drive around the left building to the opposite side and sign in with the security desk for a visitors badge. Friendly staff with multiple technicians so they can do just about any work on any device.
The repair tech got both my problems resolved with my iPhones!! Thanks
Good customer service, however they do not have any prepaid options. You MUST create an account with them
This store should close. If all your answers are “go to the website” or “you have to call” while your employees are not busy then having a location is useless. Please save your time and money and stay out of this place
If youre going to go to a Sprint store go to this one. Some of the staff are kind of incompetent-- one of them lied to me about the price of a phone, but Curtis is awesome for fixing your phone. The staff here are nicer and more relaxed than at other sprint stores.
Great location, there was one guy who sold my friend a phone on someone else’s line just to get credit without taking the security measures of asking for the account information for verification. But they immediately fired him so I guess it was taken care of.
I just experienced the worst customer service ever at a cell phone company. We left Verizon to go to Sprint. It’s not worth the savings. The lady at the store called me “Sweetie” over and over to the point that it was condescending. They said after 5:45 they can’t serve tech issues even though they close at 7pm. Why have store hours if you can’t follow them?Horrible! Horrible! They need training on how to treat people.
Horribly Long Wait TimeWaited an hour due to this store being extremely understaffed, my experience with the ones in California have been much more satisfactory. But it felt as if they maybe had 1-2 employees on hand at the time when there was a 9+ Queue.TERRIBLELess than satisfied. Have the protection plan on my phone and it recently stopped being able to charge so I took it in. Got told that because the lens cover on my phone was broken off, they couldnt repair anything.
Their wait time is RIDICULOUS! It’s completely idiotic. I waited there for 1 hour and NOTHING. This women was complaining. It’s completely stupid that I waited for so long. It was a simple upgrade. No wonder sprint lost a lot of customers over the past years.
Only good if buying a new phone. No repairs or service.
Great tech service
Alex was a great help. Made everything easy.
We was there 5 mns before closing the store but they still help us without getting upsad. Great customer service 😊
Store service is worse than their reception. If I could give negative stars, I would. Went in a few times to transfer service from a Pixel 2XL to a new Pixel 3XL. Google Fi was still activated on my 3XL the first time, so I worked with Google to transfer my Fi service to another phone. Went back the next night to this store and first the customer service agent said there were no SIMs available. I told him I was just here last night and they had one, could he check again. He said the computer was telling him that, but hed look. Miraculously he found one. End of story, he told me he couldn’t transfer my service, that I had to call the 800#. I told him I already did… and they told me to go to a store. He shrugged again and said call the 800#. Did call and they tried to call the store. First no one picked up, then they picked up and put him on hold - until the store closed! When I was there 20 minutes earlier there were 7 of them standing around doing nothing. At least they treat customers and staff the same - very poorly. Finally found someone at the 800# to send me a new SIM card.
Good service, professional staff, didnt get the hard sell like other shops in the area.
Somewhat busy, but good and friendly people to help in a phone upgrade.
I have been there for my Samsung S7edge Broken LCD. They took care of me very nicely. Teh tech name Ali helped me out and replaced the LCD very quickly and was very polite and professional. Great repair services..
Just recently made a purchase of Samsung note black. Got it Online, talked with someone on the phone and was told to go to this store to make an exchange. I wanted to exchange the phone with different color. I Told them I dont have a lot of money with me and need to know how much it will be for the exchange, same mod different color. They said that I only have to pay the $45 restocking fee. I said ok. In the store, the associate was not knowledgeable about the product and services. I sat there while they were trying to figure out my account, spend about an hour only to be told that the exchange cannot be completed but we can return the device and buy the one you want. It will only be $250? What? It took them an hour to do just that? I wasted my time and I hope you guys dont waste yours. Sprint have always been trouble for me. I have been off and on with them for years. I would just stay away from them. T mobile is much better in my opinion.
SPRINT is a joke of a company. Dont get suckered by the cheap prices. Worst purchasing mistake of my life. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort out a lie I was told by the telesales rep. Then it was a huge pain to even cancel my service. To top it all off I had to wait an hour just yo turn in my devices. Notice to employees at this store: you may have to be here all day but customers shouldnt have to be!!
Bery slow.
Slow, incompetent and unprofessional. Out of six employees three were helping two customers making several other customers wait when they could have been helped by someone else. Also, employees were playing loud music without any consideration of others who do not enjoy it t. Not to mention that one of the employees proclaimed that my Google Nexus 6P was carrier locked despite all Nexus 6P phones being sold unlocked. The place deserves zero stars.
Amazing service, great attitudes, big help! Thanks for your supporr!
Great staff. Very knowledge able and they work on phones.
They helped. I didnt have to wait. Also of note, their cases are cheaper than the Sprint store in Vienna.
Awsome staff. I am biased because I am an employee but I can assure you sprint stores for employees have the best staff!
The staff is extremely patient and helpful, especially with less- technically- gifted people.
A not obvious store on Sprints corporate campus but a good place for repairs and any support as it is geared to helping sprint employees - have to sign in with building security to get a visitor pass
Mario was very helpful.
Very rude. They don’t help you at all. So many sprint workers just standing around and talking.
Representatives were extremely helpful even when I couldnt get what I wanted
Great service. Very courteous staff...
Love all the reps. They take good care of customers.
Well received staff! Taking more time! Waiting!
Great Service!
Convenient place but need more improvement on staff professionalism.
Chante helped me and was awesome, the rest of the staff though seemed questionable and not very personable... I highly recommend working with Chante if you visit this Sprint store!
Employees get you in and out in no time
Very unhelpful, Sprint is the worst cellular company. Spotty service and ambivalent customer service is what their business model is based upon. No wonder they have to offer such ridiculous promotions to entice clients.
Sales are nice and friendly. I got what service I need.
The service they offered today was excellent.
