My car was brought here from another shop and can i tell you how impressed I am. My heater core went and these poor men spent 10 hours on my car and made sure I got it back with in a day with no problems. With in a DAY!!!! That is what i call dedication. Got there a little after it opened at 8am. Tiffany got me right in. Had the problem diagnosed right away (exhaust manifold pipe) and had the vehicle fixed by 10;30am. Price was very reasonable. Ill go again if theres ever a problem.

Completely saved our car, the coolant system decided to go on one of the hottest days at the end of the summer as well as all of the general maintenance, wheel alignments, strut assemblies, every single issue weve ever brought to them has been fixed faster than any other auto shop weve ever used. Ive been very lucky with mechanics over the years. My Jeep Wrangler is getting old and something new will pop up every few months. I didnt think Id find a better mechanic than the one I had in Salem, but then I found these guys.Every experience has been fast and professional. John isnt satisfied until you are satisfied. Hes put together an incredibly knowledgeable team that can seemingly take on anything.That brings me to this weeks visit. While driving our new puppy to the vet, I realized my turn signal wasnt working. Then I realized my headlights and in general anything that relies on the stick to the left of the steering wheel had stopped working. At first it seemed like an easy fix, but upon further inspection it looked like it was either the fuse box or the computer. The only way to really know what the issue actually was would have been to take it to a dealership. So I started calling around to see if I could get an appointment but none could see me until about a month out. Then John from Top Auto calls me back. He had been calling around the country looking for a fuse box that he could install and test himself. The plan was, if it worked, I was good to go. If it didnt work, they would cover the costs of the new fuse box and would move on to trying to find a new computer.Long story short, my car should be sitting stagnant in a parking spot right now until I could get an appointment at a dealership but instead its back on the road because of Top Autos persistence and dedication to customer service.6 out of 5 stars.

This is the best mechanic I’ve ever had. I have a specialty wheelchair van, and even though they don’t specialize in this type of car they were able to find a simple fix to my problem and make sure I was taken care of. The owner is always asking how I’m doing and gave me a great deal on a new battery. Whenever I have a problem they always pick up the phone and I can be there in 10 minutes to get it solved. As a student I appreciate having a reliable mechanic and this business makes me feel like more than a customer. Thank you guys for being the best!

Great, cost effective, and quick service! This place was a life saver on Fourth of July. Went in with an awful noise from the muffler and within 30 minutes they had the car done and noiseless. They aren’t the type to try to sell you something you don’t need, straight to the problem. Would definitely bring the car back here for an future issues, though here’s hoping there isn’t any 🤞 highly recommend!

I was going to buy a car (with remaining dealers extended warranty) and I needed to check it out for potential presence of hidden problems.The personnel was forthcoming and offered to bring it the car.Upon arrival they promptly performed the test and were able to identifytwo error codes related to automatic transmission and recommended to see a dealer for the follow-up.I am going to see a dealer to learn more about the error codes.Thank you Top Auto Revere Transmission for giving me information needed to make the right buying decision.

Love this place. Its open 7 days a week. I brought it in for a rattling noise on a Sunday. They had a cheap fix and I was out in less than half an hour.

They also guarantee their work; I had transmission work done last summer, and this month the gasket began to leak so John and his crew replaced it free of charge. This is the best auto repair shop Ive ever encountered. CERTAINLY the best in town. The customer service is phenomenal, the mechanics know their cars VERY well and can pinpoint the randomest thing that could be wrong with just seeing it and listening to it. Had a bad day. Pulled off to get gas and saw tire had a bad leak. Called the shop as they were right down the street and was told to come right in. They plugged the tire for dirt cheap and in minutes.I was having major rumbling and squealing under the hood that I was trying to ignore for a long time. After hearing the great price of the tire plug, I told them to take a look at the other issues I was having. The owner of the shop was there every step of the way. I DID NOT want to get the work done today because I was really busy with work, but they gave me a great rate on the work and promised it could be done in a half hour. As promised, the car was done in time and I was on my way with a lot more money left in my pocket than I expected.Great work, great price, great service!I will be back.

I had just moved to Revere and my car broke down in front of my house. I looked up mechanic shops and found this one had great reviews so I decided to call them to see how things work. I was able to get the owner, John on the line. He was very patient and diligent when explaining everything to me. He offered me a free cab service to and from his location and with every issue on my car, he liked to show me himself and explained the best he could, what was going on and why I needed to change certain things. He was very kind and generous and I will absolutely be coming back.

I had a nail in my tire. I was away in Boston. They were open on Sunday. Thank the lord. They plugged my tire within 15 minutes. Only 30 bucks. They were very nice :)

Rafy was one of the mechanics who installed headers and exhaust system on my mustang. They are very good with performance cars and knowledgeable in what they are doing. If you need your car fixed or anything installed definitely make sure to call these guys. They will have you in and out with the best service you could posible have.

Wonderful Service!!! The Manager was very friendly and walked me through what parts needed to be replaced in my car. Everyone else in the Auto shop were also friendly and the mechanic who work worked in my car did a wonderful job. Everything was done fast but accurate.

I purchased aftermarket wheels & wheel locks for my Jeep, and somehow lost the key for the locks during my cross-country move. Well, I’m almost overdue for a tire rotation... and still no key. I spent the week calling different shops for quotes, and they all seemed confident they would be able to help. To my surprise, SIX of those auto shops refused to work with aftermarket product or just didn’t have the right tools. Right when I was about to accept defeat, I pulled in to the seventh shop of the day, Top Auto, where John assisted me. The mechanic whipped out the proper tools, removed all my locks, & replaced the lug-nuts in less than 20 minutes! I am so incredibly RELIEVED and learned my lesson to go to Top Auto first for my next car needs. I bought a used car & it was making really loud noise. I stopped by the dealer and they quoted $1800, I decided to get a second opinion & found Top Auto on google. They checked my car & fixed exhaust for $600 and car is quiet & running smooth.

I went on Saturday for a flex pipe leak and new tires, they worked with me on a solid price and were so quick to look at my car.I was there for an hour or so and my car sounds and feels so much better.
