Passing through from out of state, was looking for something to eat on the way home. This is an incredible supermarket. Great and plentiful selections on bakery, meats, vegetable, and seafood. Clean well stocked, helpful staff. Wished we had one where we live. Lady at seafood section where we got lobsters have been very helpful, sorry we forgot her name. Thank you for being patient as we make our selections.

This is one of the better Market Baskets. A lot of ethnic diversity, great deli and Meat Counter. Fruits and veggies are usually stocked well. Really good band for your buck, overall!

Overall such a good place. The place is so neat and clean. The food is fresh and all the aisles are perfectly organized. The costumer service there is so good and the employees there are all so friendly and helpful. Me any my mom shop here for everything. I’m so impressed by everything, I really recommend Market Basket!

I bought lobster from this place and asked for it to be steamed. They changed the lobster while I was away, and when I asked it to be weighed again, it was only half the original weight. Dont leave the place when you ask for cooking here.

Twice between March and June of 2021 I found a piece of plastic in the MB Frozen mango chunks $4.49 the yellow and white bag. In Revere.I was actually spending close to $80 a week just on these mangoes.The first time I brought back the piece of plastic I found in the mango a girl at the courtesy booth told me that it was a pit some part of a mango. It wasnt it was plastic . The 2nd time it happened I spoke to a manager I said this shouldnt be happening. I said to him also that I was traumatized because it happened twice. His reply was well things like this happen you know. No emotion no expression all these did was looked down on his notebook and write ???? happen and its like he didnt even care and just like walked away never even said sorry I know its the vendor that is why those mangoes are no longer from Guatemala now theyre from peru.

Excellent deli staff. Great customer service and what an excellent variety of ethnicity. Italians, Spanish, Dominican, Chinese, and El Salvadoran, Portuguese, and American people work there. Never a dull moment.

I love the food area in here. The bakery is so good. Tayla is always so helpful & friendly. Its good customer service that makes people come back over & over.

There was a 250 pound male employee starting at my fiancée while unloading carriages made her feel very uncomfortable this happened 2 weeks ago as well with the same employee! He is definitely special needs of some sort but that’s no right to stare and creep it out women in the parking lot! Not impressed!

Always busy but prices are very good. Its a relief not to have to clip coupons and use an app to grocery shop. Very helpful staff too.

Love shopping on of days good sales.....but they must watch the tomatoes and strawberries, but if you ask the will help you....if you have a piece of meet but its a little too big they will cut it....

Our first market basket visit while traveling. We were very impressed with how bright and clean it was. We only shopped at the market to buy a light dinner and was rewarded with a terrific selection of prepared foods in clean coolers or under heat lamps. We cant wait to have the time to explore a more local store.

By far the best prices, most variety,an most helpful staff I have ever seen, and this extends to all of their stores that I have patronized - though everyone, including me, still compares the all to Chelsea. Do not forget their deli counter, again better than any sub shop and pizza parlor combined. For a hectic,yet fun adventure, visit, Chelsea the day before Thanksgiving!!! It makes the evening news, yearly!

Their meat selection is always great, quality and price. The produce is very fresh and rest of the store is pretty standard for a grocery store with some extra services. An overlooked upside is that workers have always been friendly and are upbeat. The only downside of the store is that it always very busy/ a little chaotic. You may just want to build a little extra time into your schedule as it may take you a little longer to shop.

Whos better than Market Basket at providing legit prices on the good, named brand stuff. Im a regular and I really like going here to shop. Usually you can tell if a place is good by checking out the parking lot, if its packed, well then people are there for a reason. MBs Is usually pretty packed. Overall all I can say is that MB is great supermarket, prices are very reasonable, meats arent the cheapest, but the quality is fair and there produce is usually really legit. They also have a little cafe and sitting area on the side. Id rather shop here then the other places!!!

Very good place to do your family food shopping. Very big, had many options from American to Goya food. Plenty of space to walk around and not feel crowded among the shoppers. The service they provide to the shoppers are excellent.

Food and products are great customer service is very very poor very rude and unfriendly would not go back for this reason alone

This store can get crowded in morning and afternoon with long lines. I went there yesterday around 7:30pm and it was less crowded with no wait-time in line. Great!

Prices are good and yesterday I went to the one in North gate revere ma!! Awesome homemade hermits chinese sausage and they also have Pearl hotdogs all which I always got years ago but they dont carry that in San Diego or Florida soo it was awesome to buy!

Saturday at 6:30 may be the best time to go to Market Basket. It was almost empty in comparison to how packed it usually is. Even with the chaos, it worth the trip -- the best prices youll find, especially on produce!

The revere/ north gate location stocks their shelves on Saturday mornings, one of the busiest days of the week, turning a usually hectic shopping time into absolute chaos, avoid this location. Besides that Market Basket has the best prices anywhere.

The customer service is Unparalleled. I spoke to a manager named Greg about an issue I was having before I arrived and he was so kind and helpful, as were all the staff I encountered. A wonderful experience.

Fantasticly fresh produce, good selection (including great assortment of international and most importantly great prices. Even if you never shopped sales here youd be saving at least 20% from other grocery store. What more do you want?

I have shopped here for years, and it is quality place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and generally well stocked. COVID has changed the availability of things a little, but I like to shop here.

Best time to visit is either early in the morning or between 20:00 and 21:00. Great store!

I like market basket for something not for everything they put tax on cut up fruit and vegetables and potatoe salad and cold carrots in the to go part the meat is good but I like stop and shop but the prices go up all the time please watch your receipt always ask about things and if you want muffins by 2 or more and if you buy one big muffin they will tax you the prices keep going up comparing to stop& shop prices keep on going up.prices were changed today they went up sorry I will go to aldis or price rite the prices are 10 time s better and they do put tax on some bakery and they also put tax on cut up fruit I like them but they are not cheap no more good prices go to to aldis in Medford mass ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹😩

Who doesn’t know Market basket.the choice of working class. Everything under one roof. Great prices,clean store and nice people work there. Due to the high volume the parking lot is always full and many people park very close to the other vehicle. If you can park your vehicle a bit down in the lot that would be great. Highly recommended this place.
