I shop there all the time. Prices are high, but its easy to get to. The store is clean. People friendly. The workers are very helpful &kind.

Bought some fresh lobsters here. This is been our grocery store for a good long while, because the prices are great and they have everything we need

Self-checkout is a joke. I shouldnt need assistance 5 times when scanning items.Please put item in bagging area doesnt make sense when dealing with a full cart and scanning heavy items.

Store is decent but the property is poorly maintained. Lots of trash on the lawn and every time it rains the only safe pedestrian approach floods.

I,love shop & shop.but on this while standing at the deli counter and the only person waiting to be waited on 3 workers stood behind the counter chatting away and not even acknowledging my presence.... when confronted them it was all bad attitude i,was prepared to but a lot of cold cuts but in stead I walked. Out leaving a full shopping cart behind. Ended up at market basket....

I live in an area quite different than Revere...I travel here for work... and as a home chef I LOVE the selection of ethnic foods from Goya & Pastene!

I went this morning to get my medication from the pharmacy, and I get served by an asian girl, she has a very bad attitude. I guess thats the time to switch to an other pharmacy.

Curbside pickup was easy. Didnt have many items I ordered even though web site said they did.

I like Stop & Shop as a store ... I went to Seampacott the other day and there are no baggers and the cashier does not help bag. If this is the trend, maybe we should get a discount for ringing and bagging ourselves.

By far one of my favorite Stop and shops. I’ve been coming to this store for over 4 years now.Very clean, friendly staff. The bakery and Deli very good customer service even when there is hectic holiday seasons. Greeted at door to by cart collectors very hardworking and perfecciónale, thank you for making my shopping experience a good time every time am at the this store.

The prices that are on the shelves and that were quoted to me at the meat dept went up significantly at the register. The beef was quoted at $10.99 and at the register I paid $12,99. Ill never go there again!

It is an amazing experience here in Stop and Shop. We get almost each and every groceries here.

I am from New England and have always shopped at my local Stop and Shop. This is a good one with a nice and friendly staff that seem to always be working hard. The crew that works in the bakery are always on point and do a great job with birthday cakes. My only gripe is that they recently have put in more self checkout and seem to have less human-manned registers open. Not cool, I want the service and human interaction!!!

It’s the thirty time this is happening! I asked and made very clear that I need a second cart to finish my shopping ( which takes me at least 2 hours to finish), and on my way back with my second cart full already to check out they were unpacking my cart!I take the day off just to do this every month... I do not enjoy do groceries, specially when the experience makes more stressful!!Besides the general manager with a purple hair dressing with her pijamas was beyond rude and put the cop/ security the place keeping watching me even when I was outside waiting for uber pick me up!!

Store is usually clean and stocked but they act like you are in their way when you are shopping while they are spread out all over the isles stocking shelves.I get the reason for the robot but again trying to get around it is crazy.

This grocery store is one of the few in my area that hasnt had people lined up during the pandemic. They generally have most of whats on my list, paper products are still hit and miss though. My only complaint is that despite clearly marked one way traffic signs for the aisles, there are always people going the wrong way and, Ive never seen a store employee mention it to any of the offenders. I mean, there is some level of personal responsibility for that but, a gentle reminder that these safety precautions benefit everyone might be helpful in correcting the behavior.

Lots of items not available

This stop n shop the workers are friendly plenty of room to move around. They do have a coinstar so if you need to change cash then go for it. I mentioned that because coinstar is hard to find where I am. I think this place has a wider selection of food thats out and good food.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. 40 minutes on the phone to get in contact with produce and store manager, just to ask if they had fresh corn on the cob available. The answer from the store manager is: I am sorry. That is not aceptable. 😡

Spoke with Loretta at the cash register. She was amazingly sweet and her service was better. Cannot thank you guys enough for hiring her and think she deserves a high rank in the team. Amazing experience

I live close by to Furlong Drive, Revere store and I always enjoy shopping at Stop & Shop. Their prices are fair and I can always find what I need. They have some great sale prices every week too!*The only thing that gets me upset occasionally, is the turnstiles that were added to most of the registers. I always seem to get home and find that Im missing some items. This is because a bag is usually left on the turnstile by a cashier, and it doesnt get double checked before you walk away. I was told that Stop & Shop will be removing the turnstiles in a few months. Thats good to know.**Pharmacy staff at Stop & Shop @ Suffolk Downs are amazing! They are always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.

They sell groceries. Its a big store and they have a robot that gets in my way.

Their prices are very fair and the store was clear and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Good supermarket

Not much variety on fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products and bread. They had long aisles of processed and frozen foods.

Some things are pricey, market basket was cheaper .

All though they only had one register open at 8:30am, the lady ran it the best she could. She didnt have a bagger or anyone to help, but she made up for it with her cheerful attitude and positive conversation. Seriously though the weekend between Christmas and New years you should definitely have the five employees that were just watching her struggling with a long line, on registers or atleast bag for her.

They have an oral toothbrush for 15.99 on the shelf when I went to checkout the price came out to 27.99, when I told them the price that was on the shelf they didnt honored. They need to fix their pricing. I came from other state thats illegal in my state I dont know about Massachusetts but thats really wrong!!!

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the staff are very nice and helpful, and they have exactly what youre looking for. Other times I wonder what exactly theyre doing with all the extra money they make, because its clearly not always used to hire the right staff or offer a good variety of products. Avoid at all costs just after work and on weekends - since they closed the other location at Wonderland, its unbelievably crowded. I want this to be my favorite store again - at least its usually still a nice experience just before closing time.

Todd in bakery is great he always goes above and beyond he is a good asset to the company getting familiar with him from the deli area

I buy a lot of items here. The fruit is good. They have a lot of good bakery items. The deli meats are very good. But market basket is still my favorite. Its a lot cheeper to.

Standard grocery store here. Some employees are very nice and cheerful, while others appear quiet and withdrawn. I have yet to see them not accommodate someone without a stop and shop card, so that is a plus. But it’s counteracted by long lines if you don’t want to do self checkout. Overall, I will return because it’s super convenient to go here.

There is no security today someone stole my backpack with my money I spoke to the manager and they did not help me Today Stop & Shop lost me as a customer and they have a thief
