Jalisa is a wonderful person to work with. She is so patient, kind and knowing. Every question that I ask she knows the answer to. She is very organized and can help more than one customer at a time. Absolutely awful service. Had an issue with my phone service that none of the employees could figure out. I then drove to the Idaho Falls store and they fixed my problem within 10 minutes. Don’t even bother with this store, just go to Idaho Falls.

I said: I want my money back and she said, if you dont leave Ill call the cops. I dont doubt why this company doesnt have customers. I walked in with my 3 kids and wife with the intention of acquiring services. The girl seemed knowledgeable and smart but ended up being ABUSIVE and AGGRESSIVE. I brought my own phone and asked if it would work, the girl said Yes without even verifying anything (I guess part of her salary is commission based). She charged $55.00 on my credit card without having the service connected and after 40 minutes of her trying to figuring out to get it done, she couldnt. Thats when I said: Ok, no problem, just put my money back; she then replied: Sales are FINAL in Cricket. What would you guys do? I said: I wont walk out without my money back and she said: If you dont leave, Ill call the cops. Imagine what a danger I represented with my 3 little ones and my wife! She didnt connect the service and didnt return the money. Ill call the credit card company and report this as FRAUD (best way to describe this experience)

I went to purchase a phone today that was less expensive than the one I have and they tried charging an upgrade fee of $25.00 and wouldnt sell me a phone unless I paid it, and Ive been a customer for over 15 years. Straight bs.

The staff is very knowledgeable, but they will try to sell you as much as they can to make as much money as they can. Its normal to invite a customer to purchase other items, but they sometimes crossed the line into dishonesty. The wireless service is great, but the customer service in this store needs some work.
