This one goes out to Riley and Brenden. Ive been going in and out for the past couple of days to activate a couple lines and get a couple phones. They have been incredibly helpful and reliable. They have been extremely friendly and transparent about everything. Theyve never disregarded any of my questions and they made me feel like a valued customer. I was originally going to use t-mobile for a little bit then switch to.mint mobile but these two employees have given me an incredible experience. If anyone needs anything done with their cell phone or their plan, all they gotta do is head up and talk with Riley or Brenden. 20/10 for both of them!!!!!

I was with verizon and decided to go to Tmobile. They had a deal to pay off phones for switching, well dont believe them we ended up paying 500 dollars to pay off our phones they kept holding us back so they didnt have to pay it, so stay away from TMobile

I live in the middle of no where and wanted to try the home internet out. Although it didnt work for me, Benson was very helpful and informative all the way through, even walking me through the return process even though they dont carry the item in store. Very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Benson, and this store. Even offered to let me know when there is better service in my area if I want to try again.

Traveling from AZ brought son’s new phone with us, but it needed to be set up. His old phone was broke and we didn’t think info could be retrieved. However, Brenden knew exactly what he needed to do to get the info transferred. He even put on our screen protector and case. Amazing service received! We were at T-mobile this past Tuesday. We went to help out a friend get a line with us on our plan. The whole process took very long but we had the amazing help of Felipe. He went above and beyond for us. Our whole process took more than a hour but he was still patient with us. He had amazing customer service and made everything that we wanted happen. Is that kind of people that I want helping me out all the time. If you want to get a new phone or know any of their deals. I would suggest going in and asking. They can give you all the details and always make it work for you. I am thankful for the help that Felipe provided.

I was able to trade in my Iphone 7 plus for an Iphone 12 pro max thanks to Felipes professional customer service. It seems like T-mobile is the only store to have enough staffs at their store all the time. I had to wait 2 hours just to ask for my account number at the other store but I never had to wait at T-Mobile.

This cell phone service provider is without equal!Benson was knowledgeable, patient and personable. He spent hours with us investigating plans and learning our needs. Even after purchase he was available by phone and in person to answer questions and clear up some confusions.The pricing was great, the plan met all our requirements, the phones we required were availability and the 5G service is exceptional.Compared to what we have now, Verizon was like two cans and a string.I am getting 20 to 50 times the speed on my phone and 10 to 20 times the speed from the phones hot spot on my computer.You need to talk to them to see what is truly available now!!!

We love T-Mobile but are frustrated with the person who assisted us today. We got a new phone for my husband and we happily were able to get the trade in deal. We were helped by Alexandra, who at first was no where to be found. Several employees went to the back area to find her until she finally came out after they tried to find her for 10 minutes. She was nice and assisted us in the transfer of his phone but didn’t do it right and swap the SIM card! Now the store is closed and I’ve had to spend the entire night on hold with customer care because she forgot one of the most important thing in transferring the actual service so he can call and message! Feeling frustrated...as I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours for something she should have done in 20 seconds.

AMAZING experience with this store.I got there a few minutes after their closing time, Alexandra let me in with a smile and was happy to help me set up a sim card. Ended up taking a while, we didnt leave till 8:30, but Felipe and Alexandra were happy to ring up a screen protector and even volunteered to put it on for me, even though it was far after closing time.I could not thank you enough, made my night. They were kind, efficient, and awesome all around.

This location is fantastic! The associates are super helpful, and its a really nice change of pace from a typical phone store. No one is pushy and are super willing to help out with any questions you might have.I switched over and saved $90 from Verizon, and Ive only had phenomenal service here. Highly, highly recommend stopping by sometime.

I walked to see if switching plans from Verizon was a good idea and I have never felt more welcomed at a sales store ever. The staff who was helping out, his name Peter, was very sincere and made sure I was being taken care of. They said I can check with them if any sort of issues come up. This store is hands down the best phone store I’ve been to. Better than when I had sprint and Verizon.

Justin is great and takes care of his customers. Whenever we have a problem, he goes out of his way to take care of us. We love T-Mobile!

Ive been a Sprint customer since 2005. This location has the best customer service with no salesmen tactic. It doesnt matter who you see because they all provide excellent service, but I do have recommendations Garrett, Michael, Peter or Chris. Their team at this location is absolutely outstanding, forthright, and professional. I cannot rave enough about them. Go and see them you wont regret it.

I contacted the manager (Justin) with questions about leaving our current service provider to change to T-mobile. He was thorough and transparent. In the store I had the privilege of working with Dimitri and Peter! Stellar customer service, answered every question, and Peter even stayed late to make sure I was completely taken care of!

I have been to this location twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely horrid. This first time I went in was to set up my phone line, in which the manager Justin tried to sell me an extra feature in which I didn’t need but he said I had to do. I had already done my research and knew he was lying. The next time I went in was to ask them to help me transfer my information because I am not tech savvy. Once again, Justin helped me and I was there forever, which would have been fine but he lost half my pictures, all my text messages, and all my apps, after assuring me from the beginning that he could transfer everything. It only gets worse. While I was there waiting on the transferring process, this same manager wouldn’t stop talking about his religion with another customer. It made me super uncomfortable as the view points being shared were vastly different than my own. When I asked him if he would mind talking about something else, he was very rude and acted offended. The customer left and I thought I was out of having to listen to such unprofessional conversation. Unfortunately not the case. He then started making sexual jokes with a much younger coworker who visibly did not appreciate the jokes. Having to sit there and listen to this made me sick inside. I felt bad that anyone would have to endure such a work environment. I have since contacted corporate TMobile about this and am considering filing a higher complaint. Being an ignorant or greedy worker who doesn’t know the plans or is not able to transfer information is one thing, but putting a paying customer through that kind of experience is another. I’m sharing this to help other customers avoid the same verbal torture.

I was so excited when a T-Mobile store was moving into Rexburg. The staff there is amazing! I hadnt been in the store for a few months ( I first met him at the IF store) but Garrett remembered my name and is nothing but nice and very professional every time I go in. Justin, the store manager, and Peter are also extremely nice and helpful. They all will do whatever it takes to get their customers the help they need with their phone service. I just cant say enough about the guys at the Rexburg T-Mobile store. Absolutely 5 star service from these guys!!!

Chris was hand downs AMAZING! We just switched carriers and AT&T was a pain to deal with. Chris helped us every step of the way at TMobile. It took two days (due to AT&T not being helpful) and Chris helped us both times. He was very patient with us. He was also very professionally with us and took time to explain things to us and let us know about all the great deals they offer. Every time I had a question I went to Chris and he could help and give me an answer. He made this experience so much better and I was already upset with AT&T so the fact that Chris was able to help make the experience that much better was a HUGE plus (thank you Chris!). If your looking at switching to TMobile do it. If you looking for help, go to Chris. He’s AMAZING!!!!

I called the store to get help on my account and they said they cannot give me any help over the phone but to call 611 instead and they can help me over the phone. Makes no sense. This is why I left T-Mobile the first time. Should of learned my lesson.

Im genuinely surprised there are as many five star ratings on here as there are. Every encounter Ive had with this location has been negative. After the last time, in which we had been lied to about costs yet again, we walked directly to the Verizon store to switch carriers. After we had discussed options with the people at Verizon (who were actually very enjoyable to talk to) my sister had to return to the T-mobile store to get some of our account information. Im not sure if they saw us walk over to Verizon but suddenly the attitude and intentions of the employees completely changed and they informed us that they had suddenly realized that we were right the entire time. When literally an hour before we were in that store having to argue about what the Idaho Falls location had just told us the night before. They had continued to blame the new and inexperienced guy at the Idaho Falls location when in reality they were wrong and knew it, with their only purpose being to get the sale and charge as much as possible. Our entire experience with T-Mobile and this location (Rexburg Walmart) specifically has been ridiculous. Im glad I dont have to ever deal with them again.

Worst staff ever! They did not greet me when i walked in. The sales reps. were on there phones. Michael was very rude. He didnt have no interest in helping me and just passed me on to Chris who was still rude and he did not have any knowledge about the phones I was interested in. Never coming here again worst store ever......

The Rexburg t-mobile is AMAZING! The associates here are some of the best you’ll ever find - Justin and Garrett helped us out soooo much!My wife and I decided to pop into T-mobile after realizing other cell phone stores in the area were out of our price range by a long shot. The second we walked in, we were helped and treated with the utmost respect. Garrett helped us through every step of choosing the right phone plan for our budget and wants, and he and Justin went over each phone with us.They were completely transparent about the plans, the phone pros and cons, and the phone service where we travel. There were no sneaky hidden fees, and we could tell these two genuinely wanted to help us - there was no trying to upsell or convince us we needed more than we did. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a cell phone store!If you need quality service with unlimited data, no sneaky hidden fees, great perks and amazingly transparent customer service, go to the Rexburg T-Mobile. 10/10, the best cell phone company in the area.
