The young man working didnt know what the phone I was interested in was, and didnt bother to find out.I told him I was interested in lowering my monthly bill & that Id like to change my data plan to the 50 gig plan. He said, Well, I can give you 85 gigs for $15 more a month than you pay now. Youre not listening, dude.
My phone was a brick and had bought a new one in Colo. Could not remember my Google password and needed help Jason was great answered all my questions and recovered my photos.

When I went into the store to ask a few questions there were only two people in that store who were meeting with the store employee. The manager asked what he could do for me and I said I was thinking of getting a new iPhone 12 Pro.I was there to figure out if there were any new deals like I had heard on the news. I asked if getting on an unlimited family plan that was already in existence was possible and if there were any deals for that kind of scenario.He said yes and that he couldn’t give me ANY specifics or EXAMPLES without the family information and pins...Not even a price range of what people in the past have done or deals that were current. I didn’t hear a single number from the guy. So that’s about as far as I got with it. He answered a couple other questions about buying a phone from Verizon, but didn’t mention price ranges or trade in option values.(at this point I felt like I was pulling teeth like to I really have to ask a question for each spec and detail? If your a salesmen then make your pitch!)quite frankly, he didn’t want to work with me or even mention price ranges, prices, phone options, apparently I should’ve known everything and been able to quickly come up with the right questions already. I should’ve been the expert not him.I can tell when someone is in a rush. It didn’t feel like a friendly atmosphere, just felt like car dealership with someone trying to get money. As soon as it seemed like he might not get any money out of me his tone and bluntness seemed to overpower my desire to look into buying a phone any further. He probably should’ve just let the other guy get finished so that he could address my questions.Bottom line if your in a rush don’t talk to your potential customers because we don’t like to be an inconvenience. I’m sorry I ever set foot in there. It’s the second time I’ve tried to express interest in that particular store into getting on with Verizon and once again they sent me the other direction. Fool me twice I guess.Go to Idaho falls or somewhere else, you’ll at least probably hear about some options not just an “I can’t do anything for you” attitude.I’ll certainly be looking for a different store, but I’m never coming here again.True story: my brother wanted a Tesla and had the money to do it; they were in a rush too when he showed up and because he was young didn’t even want to let him test drive or give him much thought; we all knew he went in there fully ready to make the trade in and the buy. Because of the service though he came home with the intent to never think of Tesla again. Service matters.
I wont go back. Ive bought a couple phones at that store for a for the last few years, including less than 2 weeks ago. Ive had good service there, but I was sent out the door twice in a weeks time, and told by Dalton to call customer service. Regardless of me or my phone issues, customer service isnt a department, its a function. A function of the employees that sell phones. In the end, it came down to verifying who I am. Spending a thousand dollars, and 1 1/2 hours, inside this store a week earlier, and physically having my social security card, medical/cpr card, 4 credit cards and all my verizon paperwork(from a good guy named Dallen from this store!) wasnt enough. So now you can verify me online. Im John and I wanted help.

The people that worked there were really friendly, didnt pressure me at all, and helped me sort through the process of switching over. They have another store over by WalMart which is also really good and may have had a bit more inventory, but this store was top notch and the employees knew their product.

I recently found myself needing to upgrade my phone. First I dealt with Aaron then Tanner at Go Wireless. Both were incredibly professional, helpful, but at the same time comfortable to work with. They carefully evaluated my plan and needs in order to help me pick the best phone and services for my needs. I have been going to this store for years and have upgraded numerous phones through this store. While the personnel change over that much time the level of service does not. This store consistently hires friendly, competent, helpful employees. I will be returning there whenever I am next in need of a new phone and would not hesitate to recommend this Go Wireless store to anyone.
We had the BEST experience here!!! Came in for a case NO ONE else in town had !! Awesome!! Then they had a great deal on Gizmo Watches for our kiddos. Even better!!! Then as we were activating our new phone (we got it from Verizon online it wouldn’t work, we were on the phone trying to solve the issue for 4, yes 4, hours) They solved it in less than 20 minutes!!!!! Seriously these guys know what’s up. Ask for Jess!! She was so fun and kind to our kids, so knowledgeable about all the deals and getting everything going!! Dillon was an awesome help as well!! They have a great team that gets the job done! I recommend going in this store over calling into Verizon no matter the issue!!
I am changing my stars for this Verizon Store I did give them a 2 star review, thanks to the District Manager he is making sure that I get my Screen Protector and Wireless Charger for me this week I am changing it to 5 stars.... They are showing me that they do care about customer service. Thank you so much!!! I will continue to have Verizon as my carrier.....Not very good customer service!! Doesnt seem to care if they get in the product they promised would be there more than a week ago. Was told it just shows up sometime. Maybe best to go to another carrier. I have been with Verizon when it was US Celluar may be time to switch

I bought a screen protector was never told about purchasing the warranty on it. had the Verizon employee install it by the night it was coming off. I drive truck over the road so the next Saturday I was home and went in there and they told me I had to buy a new one because I didnt buy the warranty I didnt know existed and the employee that put it on apparently doesnt work there anymore so basically Im SOL. Wont be going there again
I had the pleasure of working with Aaron today in getting my phone fixed. He was very friendly and helpful and polite. Didnt try and sell me anything until after all other options were exhausted. I really appreciate that and my new phone. Also would like to say the staff there was great to the tried helping in any way they could. Very satisfied and highly recommend this store.

I went into the shop and tried to purchase a postpaid plan. The staff kept me and my pregnant wife there waiting in cold air for almost 3 HOURS, and in the end they told us to go to the corporate office in IF since they cant do it. We went straight to the AT&T on Main Street and got the postpaid set up with free one switch over period and rollover data plan at a much more reasonable price too. Thank you Verizon for helping me choose a better alternative.
These people did a great job helping me pick a phone that fit my current needs. I needed a phone that was fast enough for quick google searches and easy to read and reply to emails on. They recommended the best phone for me and set me up with a sweet deal on it. They also helped me change my plan to get me more with the same amount of money. Tanner has been great in helping Rod & I whenever we come into the store. He has shown a lot of patience, understanding and been very kind in the process of helping us in many ways. He has been very proficient in helping us with services and other questions. He has been especially helpful in spending time with me in learning to use my I Phone. He has even written notes for me to help me remember applications he has shown me. I have never had a more patient salesman spend that kind of time and effort for both my husband and myself. The person who helped me never gave me a reason why I had to pay for my phone up front. He also didn’t tell me that I was paying $40 for 3GB, when he told me that I would be getting 5GB. I also needed to switch my number to Verizon. After 5 days of it not happening, went back, and he said he got it porting. Nope! I had to call Verizon myself and go through everything and get my number ported over. Manager or whoever is in charge, is not nice to his employees and acts like he is better than everyone else. My recommendation to you, go to a different Verizon store.
Bryton did a fantastic job helping us set upour new phones today. He took extra time to make sure I didn’t lose any of my old data, and even gave up his phone case he had purchased today for me because it was the last one. I won’t go anywhere else for help with my phones.
All of the employees here are so helpful. I came in for the iPhone 6 and even though they didnt have it in, they ordered it for me and called me the day it came in. They got it set up for me that night and answered all of my questions. They spent time with me looking at different accessories and were quick and efficient. I never felt rushed and they stayed late with me. Would highly recommend them!

I went in with questions about my bill and I was really mad at Verizon. Matt (the funny guy with the glasses) sat down and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He is by far the best guy here. I highly recommend working with Matt if you come to this store.

There is enough staff to cover everyones needs as they come in and they are super friendly and pleasantly accommodating. These guys did in under twenty minutes what the other Verizon store in Rexburg couldnt even do in five hours!I spent over five hours over the course of two days at the OTHER Verizon store in Rexburg, listening to them trying to tell me that I couldnt upgrade my phone and keep my plan. I left that store.I came to THIS store, walked in, explained what I wanted, and within 20 minutes, I was walking out with a brand new iPhone and I got to keep my same plan! These guys were so helpful, and they gave me a huge discount on a glass screen protection as a way of apologizing for what I went through at the OTHER store.Super friendly, and super knowledgeable of everything Verizon can do!

Came in to have my phone fixed from a lot of virus apps today and was very pleased with the service I had with Aaron. Wasnt a pushy salesman and fixed my phone.
Im about 2 years ago they sold me an LG g5. Wasnt very good phone in the end. The screen protectors kept breaking or having bubbles and then when they ever put them on. Thats if they even have the screen protectors in stock with most of the time they did not. sophos friendly though but I would recommend if youre buying a phone go to an actual Verizon store not these license third-party sellers.(Edit) went back there to see how much a screen protector is for the pixal 2, did had any in stock but offer liquid glass for just as much, and worse protection. I am going to reforce go to your actual phone carrier store. Its is a lot better experience most of the time and you will not deal with pushy sales reps trying to sale you interior products.
So today when we went to the verizon store in rexburg, we were looking at phones and cases because we are gonna get new phones the whole time the manger was watching us. My mom was looking at a case and put it back then went to look at other things. He said that he dident see her put it back and she said she did and he kept telling her he dident see and kept accusing her of takeing it. Her boyfriend told them to look at the cameras. The manager then asked her to empty her pockets and she did. Even after that he still said well I never saw you put it back. And when we left I saw him get on the phone watching us so im pretty sure he called the cops on us... I am super offened. And i feel like it was a racist thing we were the only two black people in there and the only ones the watched like we were criminals... They lost our business!
