The gentleman that helped me was so friendly his name was David and he was very knowledgeable about which bed would be best for the position I sleep. He helped me find a bed that I think will just be PERFECT and I can not wait to sleep in it! He was also so kind I went with my 4 year old son who had a little more energy than normal and David was so kind to him. Great great guy! He also helped me get a free adjustable base and got me the best deal possible and made sure I had everything I needed when it arrived (like headboard brackets mattress protector and pillows). Our experience today was good I didn’t give a5 star review only because I had done homework and had layed on this mattress at a department store knowing what We would purchase! We were told however that you will take the al mattress and we would not need to dispose of ourselves also we’re told we have 120 days if for some reason it doesn’t work for us! Salesman Chuck was knowledgeable about this product the entire visit was about 30 minutes!

I got a mattress frame that was missing parts and when there wasn’t another like it at the store, they refunded me over half the cost of what I paid and still gave me a very good quality frame. They were so sweet, kind and apologetic. There customer service was A-1 not to mention just nice guys in general. Good prices for what I needed as well. 10/10 recommend

I was looking for two XL twin box springs and gave the store a call to see if they had what I needed. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and let me know they had exactly what I needed in stock and ready for pick up. I arrived at the store and was greeted promptly and paid for the items. I drive around back and was able to quickly load up the box springs and leave without any delay. Extremely happy with my experience. I went in to purchase a basic, temporary mattress for a friend who is staying with me and the one we needed was not in stock. I wont get into the specifics for the sake of the manager Nick, who helped us, but I do want to say that he worked with us and was empathetic to our situation. He went out of his way to help us and I really appreciated that. Overall, the mattress wasnt too bad either lol. For a cheap solution until we can figure out something better, we cant really complain. 👍🙏 Thanks Nick!

Highly recommend! Struggled for weeks to find a mattress that was good, but wouldt break my bank either. I finally stumbled into Mattress Firm and do not regret it! The manager Hayden was so kind and helpful. He helped me pick out the mattress that was right for me and knew all of the products and their details well. Was also able to finance which REALLY helped out. Mattress shopping can be stressful, but definitely give this place a try!

Purchased a mattress at the end of December. While within the 120 day trial period I experienced a problem with the mattress. I went back to the store and explained the issue to Danny. He took care of the situation and is delivering a new mattress, and not charging another delivery fee. Its nice to know there are still companies out there that value their customers. I would definitely purchase from Mattress Firm again.

The salesman was very informative about all of the beds. Prices of each during the black friday sale were pretty good. What i dont like about this company is the charge for delivery. after trying out the mattress not liking it then theres a charge for the customer to pay for them to pick it up. Say the least going back into the store to pick out something else and possibly another charge for delivery scheduled for another day. Now i was their did not pay the asking price for delivery but the salesman made a deal and to get me to close the deal made another deal on the delivery charge. Why be able to make a deal on the delivery charge at all! Customers are already paying for the purchase which are not cheap i say give us the customers a break by having free delivery since deals can be made on the charge for delivery. :) i just hope i will not have to make sales return. 😒

Danny, the store manager, was very helpful in finding me a bed that I’ll love for the next 15 years. My favorite thing was he showed me beds that I would like that we’re very reasonably priced and didn’t go straight to the beds at the top of my price range.

My husband and I have different expectations when picking out a mattress. I want to feel like Im sleeping on a cloud, and he wants a firm mattress. We explained what we did and didnt want in a mattress, and Danny accomodated both our needs. After laying on several beds we were able to quickly narrow our options. We never felt pressured or rushed in our decision making.

No pressure- very helpful and patient with my two boys running all around and checking the mattresses. The gentleman was so cool about it.Will definitely come back.
