Absolutely amazing staff! The East Broad Street store was so knowledgeable and helped us get the best mattress for us! They even made sure we got extra bargains. I have never been in a setting where a staff has been so friendly. Will DEFINITELY buy from again.

Excellent service here from Alex and Phil! We got very focused and individual attention from Alex during BOTH of our visits. We went back to make sure we were making the right choice. He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and helping us make the final decision on our mattress. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This location is in the same plaza as Target and Panda Express but may not be that visible from the road. Good promotions, easy financing.

I walked into the store on July 5th right as they were opening. I had planned on going to a mattress store that was in the strip center with Target. Where we had bought a mattress in 2016. But the store was no longer there. I just figured they moved to this new location. It was the best experience ! The young man was so friendly! I’d been to this store once before and was not able to really test the mattresses. Last night I found my opportunity and selected the best mattress for me. Rich gave me pointers of what to look for when deciding which mattress was best, and how to test if it will provide the rest needed. He didn’t hover and this allowed me to get a feel for the beds. Periodically he’d come over to get e feel for how I was doing while managing other demanding clients.I selected a Sterns and Foster mattress set and am really looking forward to delivery 🚚!

Currently I am giving this place a 4 star rating. The sale is only half complete. It is going to take 10 days for delivery. Far too long in my opinion.So far the experience has been good. The sales guy did his job and explained the difference in the various mattresses.If the delivery and installation goes well I will boost this review to 5 stars with the exception of the delay in delivery. If the delivery fails, then the rating will suffer tremendously.Very difficult to give a review before the transaction is complete, but I want the incessant texts to please rate us so I am forced to make a temporary review

Buying a mattress is like buying a car, when, what kind, where, am I getting a good value for the money I am going to spend. Well, Denise, at this store is just great. Fully explains all details, is able to notice little body motions that probably affect ones sleep. She is then able to offer hints that will provide a better sleep. There is no pressure, the information provided is what you need to make an informed decision. The selection at this location is very good. We are older and have purchased a number of mattresses. This experience was the best by far.

My partner and I went to this location today after stopping at 3 other furniture stores that sold mattresses. Denise, the store manager, was busy helping other guests but she checked in with us multiple times to make sure that we knew that she saw us and that she would be with us as soon as she could. Denise answered all of our questions and thoroughly informed us of the warranties that came with our purchase as well as what to expect from out products and the delivery. We are happy with our purchase, the service that we received and are excited about our purchase.Update: While at the store Denise offered us a deal on a mattress pad, pillows, and sheets for our new mattress. She told us that they were out of stock so the order may take a few weeks to be delivered. Fast-forward two months later and not only has the store not contacted us but we also never received our purchases, almost $500 worth of items not received. We contacted the store only to find out that our purchases “disappeared” and had to be re-ordered. I am disappointed that we had to identify the issue and that this was swept under the rug. I believe that customer service shouldn’t end at making a sale. Unfortunately Mattress Firm does not feel the same way; they won’t make another sale from me. I will not be recommending this company to others and have changed my review.

Been looking for a mattress for the past week and a half going to Sleep Outfitters, Original Mattress, Ashley’s, Value city, and Mattress Firm multiple times to get the best mattress for me. This was my first time ever shopping for a mattress and was very confused and frustrated trying to make sense of all the different brands and types as they varied from store to store. All I can I say is Hayden at Mattress Firm was the most knowledgeable mattress consultant I talked to across all stores, answering my questions with ease and giving me the best information possible to find the mattress I needed. Even though they didn’t have the mattress I liked in their particular store that I tried out from Ashley’s, they had no problem ordering it for me. These people will do there absolute best to make sure you get that mattress you need as well as all the knowledge about beds. Thank you for making my shopping experience so much easier!!

My wife and I came in late on a Saturday hoping to just look around and maybe ask some questions. Denise was the only one working and even though she finished a sale 5 minutes before closing time she was VERY welcoming and told us not to worry, she would be happy to stay and answer our questions. She did not hard sell us on anything and the way she explained the products was insightful and helpful. Needless to say I came back in the next day and bought a mattress and pillow/sheet combo which she made me an excellent deal on. On Memorial Day I had come in around 7 with my 6 year old to get in on the sales. There were 2 families already waiting to be helped. There was only 1 person there to help all of those people on a sale day. In between helping people Denise asked if anyone wanted a bottle of water. She spent quality time with each customer to make sure they got what they wanted at the best price. We assumed we would have to wait because it was an awesome sale and so we did.When Denise helped us she was very patient with my restless 6 yr old and even though she was exhausted from the day she still took her time to go over everything and help me with financing. She even made some calls to see if there were any beds still available of a brand I wanted, but had been discontinued! There was 1 and i got a heck of a deal! I couldnt have asked for better service when arriving I was met with a comforting sales lady who made me feel welcomed by her smile and acknowledgment that I had arrived. Delivered unit and had wrong brackets for headboard. After a month delivery personnel put correct brackets on and mattress is almost ten inches from headboard. Unacceptable.

Denise is awful. I had a terrible experience . Our order came with no bed frame. When I called about it she was aware but it’s not her fault, said it was the warehouse and she would call back in a few minutes. Two hours go by and I call and she said oh I thought the warehouse called you (lies) said she would be call back in a few minutes with more details and never did. If you want to go to mattress firm go see Noah at the zanesville location! He was phenomenal and called me back promptly and got the problem resolved and even refunded the frame! Communication is key!!

While out running other errands, I decided to drop into the local Mattress Firm and see if products and advertised sales made sense for me to buy new amd upgrade my bedroom mattress this weekend. I met with Denise Sims and she ran throught the products, options and price points candidly and concisely. 45 minutes later, I made my purchase and will have delivery in about 10 days.Ms. Sims is a very professional retail sales manager and did a top-notch job of walking through the sales and warranty process. Denise is great. I’ve bought 2 beds from her at this location. She will work with you and price match/promotion match the manufacturers offers while still squeaking in a gift or free delivery or whatever. The point is...Denise will take care of you to ensure you are happy and by treating folks like this they become repeat buyers...that’s why I went back. Just bought a Purple bed King size and adjustable base. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this store needs more employees. Denise is typically by herself.
