Typically not one to complain. And I didnt like to have to call the district attorneys office twice. My initial interaction was fine, just as any buy here pay here you have guys trying to sell you a car. Its a hustle, like all car dealerships. I bought my car in full, which could be the reason why its taking so long to receive a title. Maybe theyre not used to having to do something immediately, procrastination seems to be very prominent. Either way I got my first set of 45-day plates, called in and said to them that my plates were expiring and they told me that it would be there by Friday at 3:00. So call at 3:00. But instead of calling I went to the establishment. And then I sat there until close as they kept telling me that the person who was running the title was on their way. They also told me that they would drop it off to me, which seems a little odd to make personal deliveries for anybody but nonetheless it happened. And now its the 7th and my plates have expired once again, and Ive had to make a complaint twice to the district attorneys office just to make sure that I can keep my car on the road.. I called today and was told that they have the title but I will not be able to have it until Friday. Now why if they have the title werent they able to drop it off like they said they would be able to. This is just kind of a nuisance at this point.

I had Gotti at this location and he was a wonderful guy. I have had the car I bought from this dealer for over a month and no problems I also got my title on time. Definitely recommend to other buyers.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Very unprofessional. I bought a vehicle paid in full in May 2021, its August and they have not transferred the title. They dont answer their phone, take messages, or return calls or emails! When I went in person they told me they lost my title, handed me $20 to get a new temp tag, that was a month ago. Horrible customer service!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I bought a 2002 Toyota Solara from these guys 7 months ago and I STILL have no title!!! I call and try to talk to people and half the time the phone rings off the hook and when someone does answer they have no idea whats going on. I stopped by there and still they just dont know where its at. Who does that? Also, they were supposed to fix stuff on the car and never did. If you look up their bbb rating online its a F. Terrible business and Im very unhappy and upset.

This place is a joke, they were very very quick to take my huge down payment of $5000, 2 weeks later take the rest of my payment for the remaining balance and they have given me the run around with my title, tags expire in one day and the only thing they can tell me is that my title will be ready this Friday, 3 Fridays later I still have no title, unbelievable... I dont recommend this place at all, I decided to go here because it is a small dealer and thought it would be convenient and fast with documents since they dont have many customers...... WRONG!!!!!

Experience with Glory Auto sale was terrible. Starting from when I needed to get a working vehicle from them. They are unprofessional, they don’t pay attention to customer experience, if you are looking for a dealer that keep communication in check, this is a wrong place to go. Also if you think getting a car note from their buy here pay here with a reduction in interest even when you pay down in one month for a loan meant for two years, forget it! You get charged fully regardless. Terrible experience! I will never commend anyone to patronize them. Communication is zero!!!

This company is THE WORST company to work with! I flat out paid for my vehicle 05-03-2020 and I still DONT have my title!!! The employees are very rude and lie to me about when my title will be there every time I call! I get a different story or excuse EVERY time! DO NOT USE THIS CAR LOT. At first i went to a Honda dealership and got an awful run around and i was extremely frustrated but i stopped by glory auto with a very last hope feeling and i was fortunate enough to find 2012 nissan sentra!! I was able to put half down and it was no hassle no push back great staff and it was fast!!

I bought my truck from Glory Auto Sales and dealt with the owner personally. My experience was amazing. Ced was willing to work with me in any way I needed. His customer service was outstanding and I have not had any issues or concerns with my vehicle. Ive recommended several of my family and friends to Glory and they have all found vehicles as well they all had a great experience. I will continue to recommend Glory. I challenge you to experience Glory for yourself and dont allow the negative comments to deter you.

I bought a 2009 Subaru Forester when I bought this car it had mechanic problems I was on the phone daily with Juan and Cedric and other people that works there to get my car fixed on December 3rd I got a phone call to drop my car off they held it until December 5th and I got a call from Juan to pick my car up when we arrived at Glory Automotive we noticed that on the driver side of our car and it been hit when we talked to Juan he had explained to us that a delivery truck had been in in the white paint on our car was from the delivery truck and that they would fix it after countless phone calls nobody returning my call I turned it over to my insurance company to have my car fixed and I will see Cedric Gray the owner of this car lot in court to pay for damages done to my car. This car lot leaves a lot to be desired and they are very poor in communication I would recommend if you do not want stress and headaches in your life it take your business elsewhere the owner of this place is a joke and the people he has working with him just passes the buck. Do you homework they just want money and DONT care about your property. I am currently in a civil case with the dealership so before you buy check out the BBB report you will see all the complaints.....take your money elsewhere.

I will just say I had a unique experience there. On their website I saw a nice looking pick up truck with extremely low miles that interested me. I stopped in and it appeared just as nice as the photo. I took it for a test drive and all appeared well except the ABS brake light stayed on and it was obvious the brakes needed attention. James the sales rep kept saying I can have it fixed today, I can just make the call, You want me to make the call? and No problem we can handle. So he calls his boss while we were on the test drive and you hear parts of the conversation and James is going oh and uh hum and he has cash. So he hangs up the phone and said Tax, Title out the door $XXXX. I said what about this brake issue? He said our mechanic is on vacation until Monday. I said I am interested in buying this truck but want the brake issue addressed first. No problem, Ill call you Monday and you can come pick it up. We agreed as long as the brakes were fixed. As I am driving home it occurred to me that James never asked for my phone number so I called him back to make sure he had it. No problem, give me until about 3 oclock Monday to call. Got you in my phone. I was really giving them buying signals and even followed up on their website with an inquiry. Crickets. Never heard a word from James or their webmaster. That was over a week ago and still no response even though the pick up truck is still being advertised on their website. The whole experience reminded me of the old In Living Color skid of The Homeboy Shopping Network-used car skit. Looking back on it, it is kind of funny. As others have said in these reviews very unprofessional mannerisms and I get the feeling they did me a favor.

I went to the dealership and left with keys to a beautiful (Late model, low mileage, excellent condition) car! This new car buying experience is nothing short of AMAZING! Its true... Even tho it was hot as balls outside he still took the time to answer questions and assist with test drives, which we all know takes up a lot of time... because car shopping is a drag... Bought a Nissan a few months back. Initially, we were going for a small SUV but we had a change of heart. Instead of telling us too bad, so sad... you signed papers, etc. they immediately got us the car we really wanted. First time ever I have met a company that really cares about the client instead of sale-focused. I reccommend Glory Auto Sales to everyone I know because they have proven their trust-worthiness.

This place gave me a good deal on a good car, James helped me out and allowed me to test drive the car hassle free. I was not pressured to buy the car as he allowed me to make my own decision unlike a lot of car dealer places. Great service, great cars.

We looked at a 2010 impala. The pics had different rims and no sign of an accident. When asked the guy showing the car told us they used a stock photo from google. Thats false advertising. On top of that he said the car has no issues. Gasoline in the oil tends to be an issue. We were told on the phone car had been on no accidents but the car fax report they infact supplied did reveal to accidents in the rear and the rear left. The doors dont match. Oil all over the undercarriage and leaking coolant. I dont appreciate having my time wasted for false advertising.. false stated facts trying to blow smoke up my bung hole. This place definitely held up to their terrible reviews and Im shocked in the amount of false advertising everyone has seen that they are still a functioning business in the state of ohio. Some body needs to do something to either make them honest or shut them down. Almost 4 grand for a car thats worth maybe 1100. Definitely needs motor soon. Gold 2010 chevy impala. Everyone beware.

They sell used cars, so do your homework and buy with caution (Id issue the same warning for any used car dealer). Glory auto sales failed to supply me with a title within the state mandated time frame of 30 days. Day 45 still waiting. Called and gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. It only takes a 20 minute visit to the title office to transfer the title. State attorney generals office will now be involved.

I brought a nissan quest for my daughter the van broke down 2weeks later, i called glory the saleman said oh that van has transmission problems. I said why would you do that we are out $5000 is your company that hard up for money thats bad busy. So buyer beware.

Using false social security #s to get loans approved shows signs of desperation & corruption at an innocent consumers expense and livelihood. If I could leave Less than 1/8th of a star rating I wouldn’t even leave that! I bought a car 3 months ago...2 days after having the car, the Check engine light comes on. They were going to put 2 used tires or the car but the place they sent me too was busy so I went to a Tire Discounter. The rep there said the tire pressure was dangerously low and they shouldn’t be putting people in cars like that. They took the whole 45 days to get me the title and when it was ready, I told them I would come in and pick it up. I get there, and they tell me one of the guys sent it to my home via mail. The only solution they had for that was to spend my own money on a duplicate title to be able to get my tags. They were unapologetic and the customer service was poor. James kept coming in and out of the run down “office” and Cedric sat in a car having a conversation about boxing. Fast forward to the present, I recently took the car to get an oil change and the mechanic informed me that the Charcoal canister was melting and laying on the exhaust pipe. Basically, my car could catch fire at any moment. The Key half the time won’t turn in the ignition and when it does, sometimes it fails to start. I went back today to do a trade in and Cedric the owner tried to order a $10 part off eBay! He was no help, his customer service is Terrible and his CARS are even worse! Please save yourself time and money and do not shop with these low lifes.

Purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer. Was told a couple items were wrong with the vehicle. However, what they said was the problem with the ABS light, and traction control and what the real problem was were completely different. Was told it was a sensor on each side. A $40.00 part and an easy fix. Lol, more like both front bearings were shot in the axles. A repair that was over $1,400.00 to fix. Then on top of it, within 10 days had to spend $750.00 to have a new throttle body put on because the explorer broke down. I anticipated a couple repairs, after all, it was a $3,500.00 vehicle. So, repairs are almost a given, but not $2,150.00 before we even got the 45 day tag off of the vehicle. Not to mention the morons did a cash deal with us, and the day we took delivery of the vehicle I paid them, $3,000.00. The other $503.13 was the tax and title the deferred for up to 45 days. (The length of the temp tag.) Said, I could pick up the title when I bring the remaining balance. Which I had 44 days to do in order to get a permanent registration for the vehicle. What did these guys do? I went back with in 30 days and paid the balance and was expecting to pick up the title. Instead I got a memoranda title. (Used only for registration purposes.) Why did they even file a lien on a title that I wasnt allowed to have until I paid them the balance? So, I was given the memoranda title in case I needed to get plates. Was told they would cancel the lien the next morning and mail me the title. Well, almost 2 weeks went by, no title ever came. So, I stop back out there. They had NEVER even taken the title to the Clerk of Courts office to get the lien canceled. So, instead the guy gives me the title and signs the section that they release the lien and tells me to go to the Clerk of Courts Title agency and have them cancel the lien.Buyer BEWARE!!!!! If the offer sounds too go to be true, it is because it is. I even knew this, and still went against my better judgment (shame on me) because my son liked the car. Please be cautious when buying a vehicle from here. Take it for a drive, and have your mechanic look it over before buying.

Be sure to see the actual Title when you buy a car. It is going on 2 months and not one person will call us back or do anything about this. The Title clerk is NEVER in, the owner was supposed to call us back 2x and not one word and the only person that answers the phones there is James, he doesnt seem to know anything except that i can go to the DMV and write a complaint, get another temp tag and Glory will reimburse us. This place is shady as hell and needs to be reported

Looking to get a 2nd car and thought id throw in a good word for these guys. I paid a little more than i wanted for my 2005 hyundai sonata... But its ran just fine. I drove that thing to kentucky 3 days after getting it and no issues. They are USED cars people. They arent going to be perfect. If you dont know what to look for bring someone with you who does. I combed my baby over and test drove the heck out of it. Sure, it needed new tires. Also needed a new radiator about a year in but no big deal. Guys were always super nice. Bring a mechanic with you, not just here, but wherever you buy a used vehicle. Thanks glory!

In Aug 2018 I purchased an Infiniti FX45 from this place, they promised to fix things the car needed and when it was time to do so I received all types of run around!! They said the car had not been wrecked but still haven’t given me the CarFax on it!! Non the less I had to fix what they promised to fix and there’s basically Nothing I can do about it!! Ive put $3900 into the repairs and they still have yet to do anything!! Do NOT purchase a vehicle here there will be some type of issue with it and they will do nothing to be of assistance!! My finance team even got involved and still these people weren’t of ANY assistance!! THEY ARE BOGUS AND LIE!!!

They were rude by cutting me off and not allowing me to speak & raising their voice. They have caused me stress, lose out on money from working... I had a very significant expierience with Glory Auto Sales! I purchased a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart edition from them. One thing that had me SOLD SOLD SOLD about the vehicle and them as a dealership was their 6 MONTH / 6,000 MILE WARRANTY that is offered!As the WARRANTY gave me a PIECE OF MIND on the purchase on the vehicle, the salesman, Tim had went above and beyond to take the time necessary to THOROUGHLY go through the vehicle. As he explained all features and benifits that that particular vehicle had, he also took the time to explain and describe that, understandably being a older vehicle, that there was a few minor issues that needed to be addressed.That was what really BLEW MY MIND about this dealership!!Not only did they have a salesman that sold me on the great points of the vehicle, BUT HE EXPLAINED AND POINTED OUT to me a minor issue that needed to be addressed.So when I agreed to purchase this vehicle, the OWNER, whom was EXTREMELY helpful and considerate of my position as a buyer, very thoroughly and patiently helped me through the paperwork process so that I was able to understand everything!As I began finishing my signing of the documents I had a great and funny conversation with another salesman there in the finance office which very much put me at ease and made me feel very COMFORTABLE about the entire sales process and believe it or not, I actually learned something new ! I have to agree with Fred Free, had you posted this BEFORE I was pushed into a car, I would not have stepped foot on their lot. The owner Cedric, is all talk and to lazy to actually do what he says he is going to do. The staff, not much better, they listen to your issues/complaints but dont do a damn thing about it. Please do not purchase a vehicle at Glory Auto. My son purchased a SUV & it broke down less than 48 hrs. When he called to get help the salesman said things like that happen, its a used vehicle . They claim to be Christian owed but there is nothing Christian about Glory Auto. Cedric the owner is very prideful & arrogant. He is not compassionate & ripping people off comes natural for him. Please stay away from Glory Auto. Please warn family & friends. There business reminds me of Madoffs scheme! Get the vehicles running until they get ur large deposit & then slap u in the face...

Read the reviews first before you buy here and also if you do buy here make sure your contract is correct and you get everything in writing. They also gps all there cars to track you without disclosure.

Less than 1 star here. Its been months since I bought a car from them and like others here, it took way too long to get the title, we were on our 2nd temp tag and almost had to get a 3rd. They gave us a warranty and on top of that parts at their cost and free labor. Well we noticed the floorboards were spongy and I took and look and they were gone with just a piece of sheet metal covering the hole and then we did an oil change and noticed after the oil change there was oil all over in my driveway. Took it to an auto shop and they said the intake manifold gasket was bad and the valve cover gaskets were bad, as well as the oil cooler gasket, so stop leak must have been put in the oil and once the oil got changed, all the stop leak went with the old oil thus causing the leaks. We attempted to call Glory about the floorboards and they told about a body shop they deal with that the owner does a lot of business with and that the owner of Glory would be able to help out with some of the cost of the floorboards. Well, months went by and no contact from anyone and we called Glory about them holding up their end of the free labor if anything were to need replaced and they said they couldnt do it b/c their mechanic no longer worked there. So now Im out thousands of dollars on a POS they sold us that they warrantied along with labor and they are back peddling on everything. I wouldnt even buy a pen from this place.

Ive recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership .never did they tell me that I would have so many issues with the car from not starting to needing this and that I feel like I put more money into the car than I actually paid for the car not to mention I have a swimming pool in my back floor with mold and all

If there was a way to put negative stars I would put -5 stars. This place is awful in every way possible. The staff is very dirty and filthy (think of the best customer service ever then imagine a place as bad as they are good and youve got Glory staff). The cars are raggedy and piles of crap from the auctions. The building is rundown and very trashy most disgusting place Ive ever been inside. STAY AWAY AND IF YOU BUY A CAR HERE AND HAVE AN ISSUES YOU DESERVE IT AFTER READING MY REVIEW.Did you know they were sued by the Ohio Attorneys Office and also on Channel Six multiple times for several different issues. They have been charged with Identity theft, rolling back odometers, repossessing cars that are paid for and lots of other negative illegal misdoings. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!! PLEASE TAKE MY WORDS FOR IT.

Place and staff is terrible. Sales said they want 8,000 down and the web sight said 1000.0 down bunch of crooks and liers.

The owner has worked with me, rescued me when the previous car I had for 4 months was a lemon. I got sold a leon, 2013 Nissan Sentra, 70,000 miles on it, and transmission went out while going to insurance appts.

Bought a car the driver side back floor gets wet. It smells very bad looks like mold is growing on the carpet. Puddles of water that you can splash in. Still haven’t received the title for the car... BBB!

Please do not buy a car from this place!! My friend bought a car with a bad transmission and unfortunately she has lost her job behind it. They post SEVERAL ads a day on CRAIGSLIST claiming to be a GOOD HONEST CHRISTIAN based business lol what a load of crap. That place is digusting and unprofessional. The salesmen look more like Mechanics the owner CEDRIC is extremely rude. I do not understand WHY Ohio Attorney general Mike Dewine wont SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN! There needs to be more done to protect the consumer from businesses like this..its not fair that these dealers have the upper hand when comes to the law. Buying a used car is a major purchase for many consumers, and its important that they receive all the protections the law provides them.Cedric Gray, who is listed on the suit as plaintiff along with Glory Auto Sales, did not return a call seeking comment.The suit also accuses the company of routinely failing to apply for a certificate of title within 30 days of selling a vehicle and in one instance, of selling a car with an odometer reading of 125,893 miles when the actual mileage of the car was 270,256 miles.The lawsuit, filed in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, seeks restitution for consumers, a $25,000 fine for each violation of Ohio law and to stop the company from doing business until all fines, penalties and restitution is paid.DeWine advises consumers to research a car dealers history and reputation through the Better Business Bureau or the attorney generals office before buying a car. Under Ohio law, he said, consumers generally cant return a car once it is purchased.

Paid for vehicle in full, over 3 months with no title, requested refund and Cedric would not entertain my request. Given dealer tags that were reported stolen last year, tags seized by Sheriffs office. I will not say anything of opinion, only fact. These are facts. Still fighting this issue

Terrible place NEVER GO HERE!

We bought a Hyundai sanata and had to service it two days later for transmission problems they came to pick the car up 03/13/17 and there still having it serviced 30 days later, today is 04/13/17 also we were under the impression the the warranty from ACS would service us but they didnt take to them, and we still have not gotten our vehicle yet also there repairing it there selves and taking there time and we paid for a warranty for any mishaps there horrible so far I guess dont pay for you car in full if you get it from them

Saw a car online when we went to look at it, the a/c didnt work and breaks were bad. Also it had a lot of cosmetic issues that werent advertised. Also had a terrible paint job done on it. I think these guys just sell these cars without even checking the quality of them.

Parking is awful but the staff were nice just seem to not have the best business etiquette.

Bought a car here yesterday for $3,480 and didn’t even get to drive it for ONE hour before all the oil leaked out, the car died not once but three times, AND the car kept jerking very badly . this place is a joke .

Terrible service I bought a car back in March they were supposed to have some stuff fixed on it that week and three months later still not done and no one ever answers the phone but they sure are quick to call every other Wednesday when my payment is due!
