Hands down best service I’ve ever had. Drove four hours there and four hours back to buy an f150. Arrived, truck was detailed absolutely spotless. Borderline showroom condition! Paid a fair price, drive away with a smile and would absolutely purchase from here again

I’m generally a pretty tough customer, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Nic was great to work with, and very responsive and easy to communicate with, and was nothing but honest with questions I asked about the truck. I parted ways with a smile on my face and a full tank of diesel after Kurt filled it up for me, not even the big dealers give you a full tank on a used vehicle anymore. I’d do business with them again.

Please guys don’t go here unless you want to get scammed. Brought a 2011 corvette from them 2 months ago, started off scratchy because the car had tons of scratches that wasn’t in the photo, long story short the vett came with a red hard top. That was supposed to be replaced per the contract we signed. 2 months later no word and still no hard top. Save yourself money and don’t buy from here. Currently going through legal matters for it. If you need a good lawyer I have his information.

Definitely a bunch of ripoff artists. Sold me a truck that odometer has been rolled back on. Says 80,xxx actual mileage is over 390k. Will be contacting BBB.

The service here is nothing short of impeccable. Nic did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted, even though i didnt end up buying the vehicle here he went above and beyond helping me in every way he could. Many dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer service from Nic. Great job!

UNSAFE BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY PEOPLE......My husband and I drove from Indiana to buy a truck. The salesman did not disclose all the details to us and we paid over 12 thousand dollars. We ended up having to take it to a diesel mechanic shop the next day and they told us we were lucky. The ball joints on passenger side are bad. The transfer case has holes in it and has been like this for awhile. Its costing us another 4 grand.That isnt it. Besides the safety issues and them allowing us to drive over 100 miles in this unsafe truck, my husband spoke to the owner today. What a joke. This guy wasnt even worried about the safety concern, but instead kept saying that these things were already checked by a mechanic and we bought the truck used. The only problem is with all shops on the invoices they have the VIN and.miles. The so called invoice we were sent has none of this. My husband wanted to have the shop email the issues of the truck and safety concerns emailed to, him but Kurt wouldnt give him his email address to do so. Dont worry Kurt hes sending it to the Ohio A.G and attorney. We could have been killed or killed someone else. Now, I am sure you Dont care because it was an as is sale, but you allowed us to get in an unsafe vehicle and drive over 100 miles on the interstate. We still havent received the title to the truck. FOLKS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE TRULY BAD BUSINESS AND WE ARE TELLING EVERYONE WE CAN.

SCAM ALERT PEOPLE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.. SCAM SCAM SCAM...Came from Indiana to but a truck met Nick in a parking lot somewhere. Asked if there was anything wrong with the truck. Told No. Paid $12,555.00. Get it all the way to Indiana and heard something that want normal and took it to a shop. They went over it and found that there are 3 holes in the transfer case, ball joint bad, universal joints bad and a pinion seal leaking. It cost $4000.00. Also the tech told me that there is an axle seeping. There was NO fluid in the transfer case. Not a drop. So I called this place and you cant leave a message. So I called the number that I corresponded with Nick and someone answered the phone telling me he would have the owner call me back. NO ONE HAS CALLED me back. This is a huge scam and I will be making a complaint with the A.G of Ohio. Stay away from this place. They are a rip off. I work at a dealership and no the laws of Ohio.SCAM ALERT PEOPLE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! They scam tons and tons of people! Bought a car from them they claimed had no issues got it home and two weeks later the axel broke so it got replaced only to break again comes to find out they sold me a car with a bad transmission! I’ve read lots of negative reviews saying people were in similar situations (more negative than positive). Not to mention they did no maintenance on the vehicle either was completely empty of all fluids. I do not recommend going to them!!!

UNSAFE CAR! I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General because the cars are being marketed as accident free with clean carfax and the seller claims that the cars are already repaired if needed; this is a misleading misrepresentation. This vehicle was sold with bent suspension from an impact and was NOT SAFE to drive when it was sold (photo of diagnostic attached). The carfax doesnt guarantee that the vehicle was not involved in an accident. Nice guys, but get a thorough inspection before purchasing. I see some newer reviews that have had similar experience; you all may contact the local news station to expose this dealer and their practices.

First off they have a Facebook page, but the information and inventory is completely unreliable as well as trying to contact them through messenger. It took three days of messaging to get five responses consisting of two word answers. I tried calling the numbers listed but no one ever answers. After a few days I finally got ahold of Griffin who said he could get me an estimate on my trade in and gave me his cell number to send pics of my vehicle as well as scheduled a test drive for me. After I did this, I heard no response for two days, so I called and he said he would get back with me on the estimate. I never got that estimate, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and head in for the test drive the next morning as I was serious about purchasing a vehicle. I took off work and drove 45 minutes to their shop just for Griffin to tell me they sold the truck three days ago. Ive never written an online review in my life, but the unprofessionalism and shady business practices of this shop was unbelievable and I want to prevent others from making the same mistake I did. By the way, their pictures lie. Every car on their lot was a dinged up rust bucket, but the in the photos they are spotless so dont waste your time. Do yourself a favor and head to Tri-County down the road, they were legit, professional and willing to help.

Beware. Some of the cars have been wrecked even with a clean carfax; clean carfax just means it wasnt reported to carfax or the insurance.
