I could not have better things to say about the employees at this store. Especially Kevin, the manager. I met Kevin at the Easton store on Sunday evening about an hour before close because my phone had shut off and off after being online with Apple support for 4 hours, nothing. He went above & beyond to help me and found a phone at his other store he could replace mine with the next day. The next day was not without problems (none of which were his fault) but he went above and beyond to solve every issue that came up that day. And it was BUSY as heck in the store. I was there for about 3 hours and it just kept getting busier. Multiple other employees checked on me while Kevin was fixing my problems behind the scenes and every single person working on 10/11 at this store deserves huge props. They took their time with each customer and made sure every single one of us was completely taken care of before sending them on their way. They did not let being short staffed and busy impede their attitude and I just can’t even express in words how impressed I was with the whole staff. They were even training a new employee that day too! I would give this team 1 million stars if I could!
They had phones in stock and were extremely helpful. The sales rep took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could understand (Im not very techy)
Came in on Wednesday afternoon, Sept 8th at 3pm and got the worst service ever. Every other time Ive been in a Verizon store the workers have been on top of it, Im not sure these guys even knew what a phone is. More worried about showing each other stuff on their personal phones than helping me find a new one, I literally just walked out because they were so inept.

Terrance helped me out and he was excellent!!! I am so very happy with the customer service and help I received!!!So today Friday 10/8/21 I showed up at the Reynoldsburg store to get assistance with making sure that my data was all transferred from my old android phone to my new iPhone. Dana was very unfriendly, rude and stand-offish to me! She did NOT treat me with respect or dignity! She did NOT treat me like a valued Verizon customer! Dana treated me like an unwelcomed nuisance! I was deeply offended and I walked away feeling disrespected! I will say that I spoke with Laura on my way out of the store, and Laura was nice and helpful. I like the Reynoldsburg store, so I will continue to do business there as long as I NEVER have to be helped by Dana again! Dana was being nice to another customer and being mean to me! I hope that management cares more about Veterans than Dana appears to! I was appalled!!!
The representative that helped us was quick and friendly. My issue was the music playing in this store. It was not edited, and my 5 year old daughter heard the F word and N word loudly playing over their speakers. When I loudly asked my boyfriend to take her outside because it was highly inappropriate for them to be playing that music in a store, nothing was done. They spent the remainder of our appointment outside, and I’m thankful he was around to get her out of there. The gentleman helping us looked embarrassed, but unfortunately didn’t do or say anything about it.
So I decided to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the iPhone 12 Pro Max instead of setting it up for me like they have always done in the past they sent it home with me! I transferred all my apps and pics ETc but could not activate the carrier services. Called Verizon said an hour wait so left number for call back, I get a call back and they tell me they are closed! Why even call me back! So now I’m sitting in the store for 2nd day in a row to get my cellular service transferred too new phone!
I called them an hour before they closed to try and get help activating my new phone however it keeps telling me their center is closed. Online says they close at 8:00 Ive been calling since 7:00
Sells you a broken phone and then customer service has a attitude with you instead of fixing the problem. The customer says the most silly rude comment saying my phone isn’t broken because I’m on it
Jamie was absolutely wonderful, patient, great customer service, very knowledgeable, helped me quickly fix a problem that started at best buy with my phones. I will forever go back yo this verizon, or yo any verizon in which he goes to work for. I highly recommend talking to him yo fix any issues you ever have.

Verizon needs to update their store hours, this store is now closing at 7pm, not 8pm as shown here. And you can no longer call a store directly, all calls go to an automated call center and they have little knowledge of whats in store such as inventory etc. They can only tell you general information once you finally get through the menu to an actual person.
Scheduled an appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was not helped until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. If I could rate the person who helped me she would get 5 stars. However, the overall store gets a .1 rounded up to a 1. Store management should increase staff to keep up with schedule.
This is a very nice store. Clean and mainline. I was helped by Blaine, polite and helpful. My issue was resolved promptly and I will have my replacement device tomorrow. I would recommend this store every time!
I woke up yesterday discovering I had run my 2 year old Samsung smart phone through the washer & dryer, basically destroying it. In a panic I raced to the Pickerington store, which is where I have always gone, and within 30 minutes I walked out with a newer & nicer phone with all my contacts still in place. Thank you so much Colin for relieving tons of stress very quickly.
Customer service is not a priority here. I was a new customer and received HORRIBLE service from the call center and the store representative. I completely understand it’s a pandemic and times are tough for everyone but if you can’t be polite. Don’t deal with the public. It’s plain and simple. Do better Verizon.
Very poor service, low amount of options and the person that assisted me seemed like I was a bother the entire time.
Bryce (?) and Amy were very helpful. They answered all the questions I had and helped me to stay with Team Android. They were both expressed patience with me unlike the Morse Rd store where they acted like it was a problem to help me.

Wasnt helpful at all. I had a unique circumstance trying to figure out. He kept say you cant do that here youll have to call. Go to another verizon store!
Went in and everyone was on their phone unwilling to help, I highly recommend the one right down the street over this one any day. Verizon is supposed to enforce customer service and the staff of this location lacks that. Will never be returning to this store.
Terrible experience, I waited for over an hour to speak with someone about upgrading my phone, continued waiting for more information from the sales rep Jo while watching all other customers who were present before and after my arrival be assisted and leave

Scheduled an appointment, waited for an hour and a half after my set time. Once the rep got to me I was looking to add some lines and he was very rude the entire time and it seemed as if he didn’t want to help me, also added a bunch of charges I didn’t ask for to my bill. Will never be returning to this store solely because I don’t need to feel like a burden for seeking help. This store is horrible.
I am a Verizon customer for last 5 Years and stop by this locations to verify the phone i purchased on eBay. funny thing is gentle man said not able verify the phone information. not sure about the Verizon policies. its not about employees about Verizon. feel like Verizon is not like Verizon anymore. day by day service and support is going down to Low End.Store is clean and neat. and good Helping tendency of the staffs are nice

Recently had to visit the Taylor Road Verizon (which was currently under construction) and was very impressed by the staff. A gentleman named Lee Sirois helped us with our questions, concerns and our purchases. He was probably the best salesman I have ever worked with at ANY store. He made us feel very welcomed, important and gave me the feeling of being well taken care of. He IS the reason we purchased what we did. As he was helping us the other staff were very involved with other customers and were very friendly. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend stopping in.
The worst customer service ever!I stopped by trying to fix my grandma’s flip phone. The answer was pretty much have to buy a new one. I asked how much is a new flip phone, and made a comment on I can’t believe flip phones are still $100. The worker gave me a look and said “well, the good smart phones now days are over a thousand each.” How RUDE?!? I buy the newest iPhone every year, so yes, I know it’s over $1000. I will never come back and spend a penny at this location!
Ill am not happy about having to put on a mask for store entry. There should be a notice on the entry door listing the mask requirement. Josh did a good job after I was allowed in the store
We came in to see about getting a new phone and the store associates were rude and unwilling to help. They made us feel like a burden for even coming into the store. The sales associate was sitting on his phone and didn’t even want to help us. We will not be returning.

The last time I went here was the only time the person actually helped me. You might as well do your own research on phones and walk in get what you want and get out. Cause the other times I went here they gave me false information on a phone and I later looked at the specs and was disappointed.
Best experience Ive ever had in a Verizon store. LJ is awesome! She helped me decide on a phone that was just right for me. I got the Google Pixel 3XL and I absolutely love it! Horrible customer service
I had major issues going to the Polaris Verizon with them charging stuff to the account when I was paying in cash and having them have to undo it and not give me my discounts that is on my account and have had nothing but issues with them. I then go to the reynoldsburg location and I was treated like an actual person and was helped and every single question that I had was answered properly and everything else. I would definitely be returning to the reynoldsburg location
I went to the Verizon because I had a new screen saver put onto phone. The associate that put it on said the little bubbles would go away over the next couple days. I went back 3 days later because the bubble is a out 1/2 at the bottom of the screen a d goes almost to the top. They said it would take 10 - 14 days for the screen saver to completely seal. Im skeptical but I will wait patiently...
Awesome customer service. Ryan went above and beyond to take care of my phone problems. Never once did he pressure me into buying new phones. He made recommendations for an upgrade phone and some accessories, but zero pressure. When I need anything else, Verizon and Ryan will be getting my business.
Was helped by employee who obviously did not know my phone. This made me have to come back a second time where upon the right person knew what to do to help me. Employees should be better trained. The second guy knew his stuff well!

Went into the store to simple get my number switched from my old phone to a new phone. Verizon employee asked where I got my new phone. I told her. Big mistake. She continued her condescending spiel about the phone may or may not work since it wasnt bought from Verizon. (Ive purchased 5 verizon phones through 3rd party sellers in 4 years.).After the phone transfer she gets a phone cover that I never requested and says, can we charge the cover to your account? I said no. She said You dont want a cover??At this point the level of irritation is getting to me. Told her I simply wanted my number transferred onto my new phone. The assistant manager interjects, Sir how does she know you dont want something if she doesnt ask you? I told him a good sales person knows when to back off, when aggressive selling becomes harassment.The whole experience was beyond irritating. If there was a method to simply activate my phone without her assistance, I would welcome it.

Switching service from at&t to Verizon - Johnnie was our rep and he was very knowledgeable. Its a phone store so wait times vary, however our experience was very positive.

My first experience at the Easton Verizon location was SO BAD that I will AVOID that store. Me driving by Easton Verizon 🚙🏢 and driving farther for better service at Reynoldsburg Verizon.Josh L. spun my bad experience around and restored my confidence in Verizon. I know I sound like a commercial. I am an actual Verizon customer.

My experience was very Similar to the prior posters. The salesmen at this location are rude and quite frankly, not knowledgeable about their product or service. At one point I asked my salesmen, “how is the battery on this phone?” His response was, “it’s a matter of opinion, you could be happy with the battery life whereas I might think it sucks.” Lol. I also asked the salesmen to assist me on setting up my new phone. His response “we don’t do that anymore.”The manager at the location noticed our frustrations and assisted us. During our interaction with Dustin (I believe that was the managers name), we could overhear the prior employee talking about my wife and I. Dustin was very professional and is the only reason why I am still a Verizon customer today.

Support specialist had zero interest in listening to me and fixing my phone. It has connectivity issues and goes blank when I get phone calls, and it will take me too long to be able to get the screen to turn on at times. All she did was replace the SIM card. That should help the connectivity for now, but it wont last more than a week, because the SIM card reader is going bad. When I have difficulty taking evening call this week for my job and have to go back in to get the phone replaced, I am going to be peeved.*****************************08/20/18 Update: And it happened tonight; I was taking call for my job, and I was receiving a call at the time I was talking on the phone. The connection went bad for the call I had on the line (he couldnt hear me, I could hear him), and my screen went blank and would NOT turn on. They called back, and I still could not get my screen to turn on so I could answer the call. I lost business thanks to this store. I will NOT be back to this location, regardless of the owners response below. Easton store from now on; I may have to wait for hours to get in, but at least they listen and will get the phone fixed or get a replacement for me.
I was a customer for 13 years. One visit to this store and I was all done. Overheard staff making fun of customers and were both patronizing as well as rude. T-Mobile customer now and couldn’t be happier. Less expensive and excellent customer service.

Got a new battery. Charged it exactly as directed. I think its an old battery because it doesnt hold charge. Good thin is they didnt charged me for it hut Im right back in the same situation!
They had no idea what was wrong with the phones showing the wrong number when someone is calling you
For the most part, the staff are friendly & helpful, although Im disappointed to say that there have been one or two reps at this location in the past couple years that were slightly rude & made me feel a bit rushed. But overall I feel like the service is decent & nothing to be avoided.The only real drawback I would say Verizon stores have is the prices they charge for hardware, & even phone accessories. Compared to prices on websites like Amazon or Newegg, in many instances youll be paying *much* more for the same name-brand product at Verizon stores.
This is my 1st one star review ever and I wish I could give 0. Avoid this place unless you want to get spoken to with absolute condescension. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else...ANYWHERE else. Youll get more done calling verizon customer service where people actually care if youre a customer. This store gets zero stars but corporate gets 5!
I walked in with an Essential PH-1 and wanted Verizons service on that puppy. I had made a few mistakes online trying to get the phone hooked up and then I let Isha take over. Next thing I knew I had Verizons service on an uncommon device I brought over, was not even asked/pressured once to buy a new phone, and had my corporate discount applied by the time I walked out. Only disappointment was I wanted to play with the LG V40 and they didnt have a display model

I prefer this verizon store because of their ability to answer questions, fix any glitches. Today Ryan helped us. I want a newer phone and I dont want high monthly prices so it means Amazon. Will it work, yes. Can my husband get my current working smart phone, yes. Can he change his number, yes. Will it cost us more, yes...but only $10 a month if I go down a gig that we dont even use. What a great patient guy Ryan is. I like someone who answers questions fitting what they have to what I want. Upselling would be a sure way to lose me as a customer. He heard my questions and made verizon work for me.

Felt rushed on every decision, didnt attempt to save me any money even though I was eligible for an upgrade, messed up my screen protector while playing it off as if it would be ok, broke my phone case, added to my monthly bill after promising it would stay the same, every employee was on their phone ignoring what other customers. Just terrible
-1 star for continuing to peddle horribly overpriced accessory bundles, cases don’t even have an individual price listed. -1 star for subpar service. Otherwise fine store, has what you need.

Went to Easton store and she didnt want to help us and just gave us a number to call since we ha e the warranty. Went to Reynoldsburg store and they were amazing. Got the new phone ordered and they even helped program phone to car. Love the Reynoldsburg store and I live near Easton store now. Will always drive to Reynoldsburg store if I need anything else for our phones

Shady commission based sales-only store sponsored by Verizon. The guy who sold me my phone came from the back with an already open package. Long story short my phone was defective. Verizon would not claim responsibility for a new replacement phone, instead I pay FULL RETAIL price for refurbished phone in the end. Waste of money for sure dealing with this store.
Going to the actual store is worse than going to the dentist.However, there customer service via the phone is one of the best out there. The last time I called, the rep would not let me go until issue was resolved. I was stunned and super impressed. Rep said might as well fix it now because it will still be there in the morning. After another 10-15 minutes...we were done.
Their was one female there who was soo nice to me and my 3 year old. She played a mermaid game on a tablet with her until her dad was done with his phone. I had my hands full with our other infant daughter and she held the door for us coming in... the man helping my husband was also super nice and came over a couple times while we waited and talked to our baby. Told had to get unlimited plan for New phone deal, then when bill was higher then i was told (our employer discount not available with unlimited plan, not told originally) and decided to leave for another carrier was then advised unlimited plan not required. ugh really. get a clue.

Ive always sworn by this store for the past 3 years. but last night i went in to buy a new phone and Johnnie was great but afterwards the gentleman who finished checking me out was rude, not helpful, no one asked me to get insurance on my phone or told me how much it would change my monthly bill its was very depressing since i am loyal to this location and have been. please verizon this is not good customer service.

We walked in to a store with one customer and 6 workers on their phones. No greeting..they were too busy playing on their phones. One rep came up to help us. He gave us space, which was nice. Unfortunately, Verizone has done away with most of their price labels. When we went to ask him a question, he was helping someone else. My husband approached another rep who didnt want to answer a question because of the commission issue. We walked out.
Went in the other day with hardly anyone there, experienced the exact same thing Ive read in the reviews....Had to wait for next available customer service rep. There were three standing at the counter, shooting the breeze, and I stood and waited for nearly 45 mins. before I just walked out.Lousy customer service, to say the least.
I had lots of questions about a lot of things and David spent all the time with me I needed until all of my questions were answered. I didnt have to wait at all on this trip and was surprised because it was Friday, late afternoon.
