Just so you know this store is only doing curbside pick ups you cannot go in the shop. Also they are remodeling the store so they have extremely low inventory.I did give the store at least a two star because the employees standing outside was extremely courteous and offered to go pick me up anything but then when I simply wanted a wireless router adapter for my computer that’s when he informed me they really have no stock whatsoever.Do yourself a favor if you’re going to shop at the store in the next few months avoid it or buy something and have it delivered to your home or go to a different Best Buy because you were waste your time going here

Had them install a car radio and did a wonderful job it all works perfectly and sounds amazing. It did take about two hours and 30 minutes.Theyre redoing the interior so not everything is on the floor yet.

My experience was totally positive from the time I entered until I picked up my new computer 3 days later. The young man who helped me was professional yet very helpful and friendly. He helped me find what I needed and arranged the sale details in a customer friendly manner. Having spent most of my career in customer service I know good service when I receive it. The Geek Squad was equally customer service oriented.

I love Best Buy. I can always find everything I need. The service is great as well. There is social distancing enforced as well. When I came here on Friday 2-26-2021 I had to wait in a short line for less than 5 minutes. I had a great shopping experience at Best Buy.

Unlimited tech support but ONLY IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT Card? You cant buy it with cash, just their way of keeping your card on file for auto renewal. I came here because I got hacked and all of my info was jeopardized including my credit cards. Have a heart BEST BUY. Ill buy my next large purchase somewhere else because of this. I promise! Manager of the geek Squad was very apologetic but finished helping me while I wrote this review and told her how wrong this was.

Was not able to shop store. Sales person asked what I wanted and went to find items. I would have bought more if I could have shopped. My Best Buy Card did not work so he said if I opened a new one, I would get 10% off. I did new one but did not get discount. Did not get sales slip so I had to return to store to get one.NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Went for a new phone. Kelsey (I think that was her name her jacket was covering her name tag) was very helpful and nice. Smooth set up process. Neil was creepy and made me uncomfortable. He followed the other sales person (Kelsey) and I around and offered to help me with simple tasks on my phone, like I couldnt do it myself. Maybe he was trying to be nice but it was creepy and unwanted. And I made that clear by rejecting and ignoring his multiple offers. Heres one example: And if you have any problems setting your phone up at home just come back and say Neil, lets do this together. Um, no.

It took a little while to get someone to help us (20 minutes and we asked several people, hence the lost star), but the person that did was great. The item we wanted wasnt in stock, but he checked and found it at a different location nearby. We went ahead and paid for it to make sure it stayed there. When we got to the other store, it turned out to be the wrong item. They were so sorry for the mix up that they gave us a more expensive similar item with no fuss. Awesome customer service.

We purchased a Lorex Surveillance system, TV wall mount, 32 monitor and a BNC extension from Best Buy and paid for installation. The install date was scheduled for 06/23/2021 but due to personal reasons we rescheduled for 07/08/2021. On that day, Geek Squad employee Aaron came to our house for the site survey and inspected our attic. After asking where we wanted the cameras mounted, he said, for one of the cameras he would have to run the cable in the U channel and we agreed to it. He then spent 20 minutes, pressuring us to get rid of the wired camera install and purchase the technical support with Geek Squad, so we eventually purchased the Geek Squad technical support. We then scheduled the appointment for the system to be installed on 7/14/2021. We planned our schedule around this initial install date but nobody called or came to our house. We even received a text from Best Buy stating that a agent would arrive to our house to complete the order, but that never happened. We contacted Aaron and he apologized for some miscommunication and told us he could get us another appointment for 8/09/2021, 4 weeks later. On the 9th, we received a call from Best Buy customer service, at 12:30pm stating that our appointment had been canceled because the technician was sick. Once again, we had scheduled our day around for that appointment that did not happened. That day we spoke with 2 or 3 people from customer service to schedule another appointment date but the only option they gave us was to schedule for another 3 to 4 weeks. We were furious and could not figure out why they could not do the installation on the next business day. Eventually we got a install date for 8/13/2021. Customer service promised us a compensation once the work was completed on 8/13. Once again, we planned our day around that appointment and on 8/13, the technician was a no call no show. We spoke with Aaron and he stated that the technician did not show up due to rain. It did not rain that morning. Again, our appointment was rescheduled for 9/04/2021. My wife went to Best Buy, in Reynoldsburg OH, to speak with someone in person. She spoke with Matt, who stated that he would email Aaron and follow up with her the next day. My wife texted Aaron and stated to him that she had spoke with Matt and waiting for another appointment on 9/04/2021 was not an option. The next day, Matt called my wife to let her know that he had no response from Aaron. My wife then received a text from Aaron stating that he would be at our house on 8/18/2021 to install the cameras. On 8/18, another technician came to our house. Aaron never showed up. According to that technician, he would not be able to install the cameras because he was afraid he could put a hole on the roof of the house. He called his boss and gave us the option of a wireless system, which we did not want. His boss then stated that we could return all the equipment to Best Buy and receive a refund. When we got ahold of Aaron, instead of taking responsibility for all this mess, he blamed the technician stating that he needed more training. After all the waiting, canceling and rescheduling, the least he could have done, was to come to our house and do the work like he had promised. We are still waiting for some type of compensation from Best Buy for all the waste of our time. Every time we called customer service, we get transferred for one person to another, put on hold and then hung up on. That has happened so many times and thats why we decided to post our complaint here. Maybe this way we can get someone higher up to make it right. We did returned all the equipment. I spoke with customer service again regarding the compensation and they said we would receive it in the mail. We never received anything as of today. We had made a $200 payment on our credit card. Best buy refund us $197.38 and gave us a credit of $2.62 on our credit card. After screwing us over, they still want to make a tiny profit. UNBELIAVABLE!

From previous visit they promised to match a price of a QLED TV on Thanksgiving Day if a lower price was found on any reputable vendor website then backpedaled and said price matching only applies if the price drops at the store itself. This experience cost me an extra $1000.

I went to get a new laptop because my old one finally died. I came in at first and just wanted to look around. I shortly got on a list for customer service. Matt was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable and asked questions to figure out what I wanted. Like he really did care. Not too many people in customer service that show such friendly and personable service. Matt truly made my day!

Needed an charger, even brought in the part that needed charging. Two experts sold me something that was not even close. The part I had needed a 65 volts charger the experts gave me something with 13 volts. My fault l should had looked closer, but the experts waiting for me at the door gave something wrong. I had to drive back to return the charger. There are no blue shirt experts. While they are trying to control the incoming customers they are giving out bad information

Donald a customer service rep was my tour/ sales man. Very knowledgeable, humble, patience and understanding. I spent over 15min with him only on the topic of the protection plan because I wanted the best for my money. He was very chilled and we spoke as if we had known each other for a very long time. I didnt have the buyers remorse, I didnt feel pressured. He just layed out my options for me and what would be the best option for me, but that I have the full option to choose. He is a keeper. We need people like him in sales and customer service. This is coming from someone who very much likes to criticize others, especially when they brush people/ customers off. I wants just a another number or another sale to. I was me. A unique individual with a unique need and he tailored my needs to my desires. I am a somewhat frequent customer there. I gave 5 stars because I had a situation that needed to be addressed concerning a delivery that did not happen. The manager over appliances was very patient and helpful and did all he could to resolve the issue. I plan to return for other appliances if necessary, especially since Best Buy was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted.

Be careful when dealing with this store. Sold me an open box tv that was damaged and refused to take it back. Store Mngr told me that he had watched a video of the tv being inspected after it has been returned the first time and it was working fine. He said the video had been destroyed in the 15 hours from when I notified them of the problem.

Terrible experience. I paid over $600 for an iPad Air. I called after 2 days and they told me to wait. I then called a manager about the situation at the Reynoldsburg store and he said he’d assist but just transferred me to the main system. This happened 4/29/2021 at 12:30 pm. I then called today and they said it was on back order until the middle of may. I am extremely disappointed with the service I recieved now I have to wait for a refund.

I went to have a simple return and they told me that customer service is currently closed and I had to wait in line with other purchase customers I was completely fine with that as soon as I got to the register the rep did not know what he was doing I guess his new which is also understandable however another person came to the register to help the guy clearly was frustrated about something and While they were exchanging my return I just asked what their return policy was and he started rolling his eyes And just being nasty I wish I asked for his name because he did not even half his name tag on. I really don’t understand what’s going on everybody near the register was so unprofessional unwilling to help and just nasty I really did not expect that from Best Buy I guess I’m not coming here anymore!

Gage, the auto tech, did an excellent job installing my remote start!! I just wish the communications between best buy online, their stores, and the shipping were as good. I purchased a brand new viper smart start, but was shipped two open-box items, 2 separate times, and when I tried to do a price match, the customer support said the store would override it when I called for help me, but the store said they couldnt help! Now I get the run around, where they pass the buck.🙄

I bought the phone online and has been available for pickup. I went for curbside pickup, but it took forever, when I checked for update, it showed it has been delivered. I ran into one associate who brought me inside and I can see the phone on the customer service counter. Overall, I was happy with my phone
