Friends were expressing worry of compressor? Could run thousands! Ash kept my car a few hours, gave me a price to fix several objects including a freon charge, lets just say it was less than 400$ low 3s! He was great

I bought the car with 215 tires which is not recommended so I went there to replace them, almost brand new tires with 205 from discounted tires. I paid 200$ to find that all tires are not from the same brand. Now after 1000 miles the front tire almost flat as you can see from photos. When I went yo talk to them they were very rude and tried to make it my mistake, the car has no alignment issue as my mechanic said even thought they started telling me I need work in the car for 400$. So go there if you want to put your life in danger and lose your money

Sure, I originally put this place in my gps and thought I was going to discount tire. They have a similar name and I’m sure that other people get confused. They know what they are doing and they take care of the problems quickly and efficiently. I’m happy to rate this place 5 out of 5 stars.

I came her at 5:30pm they close at 6pm with a flat tire and they told me they closed early and gave me directions to another tire shop. I was completely flat. They apologized and got in their cars. Ready for July 4th weekend i guess

Anytime i have car issues or questions; i go straight to Richardson Discount Tire and Auto. Ash is extremely kind and honest. Many times they have checked something out for me at no charge!!! However, when they have fixed issues their prices are reasonable compared to other larger known auto companies ...ahem firestone. If you have any car issues take them to Ash at Ricardson Discount Tire and Auto, you will be glad with the results both with your car and your pocketbook ;-).

Ive been here several times for tire repair. Today I went for something else - to mount a small tire on the wheel of a wheelbarrow. They figured out how to do it and sent me on my way without charging me.

I was having electrical issues with my Buick Enclave. They checked everything over with a fine tooth comb but failed to find the problem. They had the car for a day and a half. When I picked up the car I expected a good size bill just for their time. I was shocked when they said no charge since they couldn’t find the problem.Highly recommend

This shop is ran by the best group of guys anywhere. Most other auto shops like Take 5 will try to scam you, these guys wont. Been taking my cars here for close to a decade now. Im a life long customer.

I was told by another mechanic my repairs were going to be around $2000, but after reading the reviews for these guys I took my car to them and the repairs were done within 24 hours and cost less than $400. They were so polite, professional, and took care of me. I appreciate that as a single mother and will be a repeat customer for sure! Thankfully I was right by this auto shop - I stopped by, they helped me fix/tighten the cover and did it all for free!I cant thank them enough. I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. I went in with a flat tire and 15 minutes later I left with a used tire that had 80% tread left on it for only $35. Super fast, great service, this is my new spot.

Alright deals on tires, helpful staff...but, They over tighten lug nuts!!Have a flat and cant get the tire off they had replaced. They broke/cross threaded a lug and the whole stud on the hub has to be pressed out and replaced. Please stop over uggadugging lug nuts.

This place is great. Friendly at the counter. Great prices for tires, rotate, balance, alignments, and oil changes. Havent had to have any other work done yet. Coming up on 100k miles tune up though, and Im sure they will do a great job.

The actual workers are pretty nice and good, but the owner? manager? he is rude and yell, never listen. He should thanks to his workers. After got service I was thanked to staffs, but because of owner I feel very bad and dont like whole things of this shop. I never seen the this kind of rude owner, need to change his attitude and way of talking with customers.

I went in to get 1 tire replaced due to a nail. I ended up getting all 4 tires replaced for an unbelievable price of $145.00!!! Best part is all tires are Goodyear brands. This place is a hidden gem for sure.

Ash was very informative and one of the tire techs had trouble taking my car lug nuts off cause the tire place before put them on too tight so he had issues with that but he got them loose with his strong self so theres no complaints I was there like 30 seconds they should call this location the in and out tire shop...cause it just went fast and friendly

I drove my car there to their workshop, my car was having fuel pump failure. I had just changed out the fuel pump because the connector pigtail had a bad connection and got burnt so it needed to be replaced. I also need to replace my shock. So just two problems in all as far as I could remember. My evap sensor was replaced and one other part from the evap system. It would take few days to get the fuel pump connector so I took my car and brought it back next few days. Anyway, fast forward, I was called that my fuel pump connector has been fixed, getting there, my gauge wasn’t working, I was mad, they told me the problem must have been there before I brought it, I had to leave the car there again for the weekend, getting back there after the weekend, they told me more problems had come up, that I had to change the catalytic converters, they said I had to change the mass air flow sensor and one other part. Anyway, I had to tow my car away from their workshop because it won’t start again. I ripped out the pigtail connector though out of annoyance but it won’t even start before I ripped it out. I know I made it worst myself. Anyway, I towed my car to another workshop, to my amazement, they never change anything from my car, they told me it’s just a wiring problem but my car is now leaking air from the exhaust. Note, this has never happened before I took it to the mechanic at first. My experience with them was horrible, they deliberately damage my car more with intent to get more money. That’s not cool, I’m sure, that’s how they ripped other people off. Avoid this place if you don’t want to complicate and compound your car issues, they’re horrible and not trustworthy

I love this place. They are very helpful, are upfront and honest, and have the customers interest in mind. I first came to them when a dealer tried to overcharge me for a new tire. Richardson Discount Tire patched it in less than 5 minutes for ten bucks. 3 years later when that tire needed to be replaced they gave me an unbeatable price and didnt try to sell me on the other tires that didnt need to be changed.Cant recommend them enough.

Called first and the guy who answerd the phone was super cool and knew the rough price of what my labor only oil change would cost.I came, checked in & gave the keys. Soon after I walked to taco bell next door and got some grub. Came back and the truck was done. The entire process for me was smoother than a shave on a Sunday before church. I will definitely be back, so check this place out if you havent already.

I got a flat and googled nearest used tire place. I gave it a month before reviewing. They gave me a good used tire for really cheap. Over by my house I have paid double what I paid here. It was also fast which I appreciated because I had both my kids with me. I would definitely come back.

I told the guys what was going on and they said “no problem.”They checked my tire, found a small screw, plugged it and had me out the door in 20 minutes!
