Went there to buy temporary hair color that was 2.15. The Asian female at the counter tells me I have to spend 3.00. Umm don’t tell me how to spend my money. I said to myself okay grab another bottle. Then I thought about it and walked out the store. I’ve been going here for years and they transferred across the street. I won’t be back. Your kind seems to feel you running the US. I will take my business elsewhere where I handle my money how I please. This is the world we live in. Smh!

For a beauty supply store they dont carry very many choices for coloring hair. Nor do they have a good selection for permanent color. Employees are rude at best. Not worth the stop. ANY other place has better choices.

I have never had any issues with this location. Its close to my home and has great products. They may not have larger selection as some of the bigger supply stores, but it is very much worth it. The staff is always friendly and respectful. I have been to other stores were the staff treat you like the scum of the earth, but here is always nice and curtious.

Owners were very polite and had a variety of many products. Other workers were also nice and helpful.

This is a big beauty supply store almost like a super store. They have every kind of wig you can imagine. I go for their earrings. They have earrings for 1.25 and they are cute cheap but cute. They use to have a lot more than they do now. Other than that dont pay any attention to the staff because they are very unfriendly and not very helpful which is why I only gave them 3 stars. Why have a store if your going to be rude.

If I could give zero for the way I was treated, I would. A young lady came and asked if I needed help, and I pointed to a wig I was wanting to look at from the top shelf. She proceeded in asking me what what my price point was, to which I replied “it depends on the material.” (I know human hair costs more than synthetic, etc.) I told her I was looking for human or human-like hair, but I’m not willing to pay more than about $60 for synthetics because they don’t last as long, and I’d rather pay more to get a human hair wig. She proceeds to show me a few tangled synthetics instead of the one I asked to look at in the first place. She made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to be shopping from, let alone looking at, the ones from the top shelf.

Absolutely love this location, the best beauty supply store there could be, and I’ve been to a lot.

I would say I’m torn on this location but honestly they have pretty awful customer service. I usually go to Gold 7 and I am used to at least being greeted upon entry and a thank you as I leave. Here, don’t expect that. I have come many times and have even sworn it off in the past due to the lack of service. And yet, I returned.Do they have a good selection. Sure. Could you find it all elsewhere. Also...sure.I think at this point in life I am just tired of going to beauty supply stores that treat customers rudely or just dismiss us as if we aren’t worth a hello.A hello and a smile can go along way...

Good products and quick check-out but sales assistant was not very knowledgeable about the products which needs improvement because it would greatly improve sales for the stores profits.

Love this store. Great variety. Good assortment of lace front wigs at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and store is clean and organized.

Nothing to really brag about here. Convenient location if you need to do a quick run to the hair store for some items. Everything is usually in order and most hair products are here. Sometimes you are greeted when walking into the store, sometimes you’re not. I would grade this place 3 stars.

The older guy is very rude I have spent over $1000 here at this beauty supply within the last 5 months I will not go back I was in there Sundayand bought 2 bundles the hair was stinking so I tried to rinse it to get the smell away and it made the hair mess up I could not use the hair so I went back to try and exchange the old man was so rude would not exchange or refund the hair But I will go back and talk with a manager because we spend our hard earned money there I will go to Dallas or Mesquite from now on HE IS VERY RUDE RUDE RUDE HE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS

Best selection of Adore hair color in the Richardson/ Garland area. I went to three other hole in the wall beauty supply stores looking for African Violet, finally found it here. They also had the most selection of hair care products for natural/curly/processed hair. They dont have as much other normal hair color brands but they did have almost entire catalog of Adore and Sparks for crazy colors. They also had the eyebrow stamp kits! Cracked me up to see them IRL. Staff was super polite, helpful and friendly.

I really like this place they have all things U need and also they are very helpful if you are hair stylist you get discounts I like that part very much

I went to ask for refund because my 25.00 dollar wig Wich was discounted for some reason Wich I soon found out was because was defective and damaged had been stretched out probably from people trying it on and the store owner refused to give me store credit or refund and threw my wig in the garbage can instead of trying to make me the customer happyIts overpriced and Awful service my experience was a nightmare.

Good selection but prices are slightly higher than a lot of other beauty supplies in Garland. Not many options in this immediate area which is why they get away with it.

Been shopping here since they were located in big lots parking lot years ago. They keep the store very clean and they have everything I need for me and my family. Dread hair care & baby natural hair care, as well as my hair care needs.

Most of the workers are rude. Asked the woman at the counter if i could use some sink water from the bathroom and explained to her that i had a 2 week old baby in the car and needed the water because my car was over heating and didnt want my car to break down and she said for employees only i damn near begged her and then decided to go next door to the dollar store where they arent stingy with their bathroom sink water. The prices are great thats why i went there for so many years. not any more be nicer to the people who shop there. Ive seen workers being rude to other shoppers too. And the water thing isnt the only time it was just the icing on the cake. i was appalled they wouldnt let me fill up a freaking water bottle with pipe water when i have a baby in the car....!!!
