I reserved a car at this Hertz a day early because I had an important road trip that I needed to make. Upon arriving here, I was told that no cars were available and no one present was able to give me any information regarding when a car would be available. Ive stood here wasting my time for 30 minutes or so and theres no light at the end of this tunnel.I will not be giving Hertz any of my business again.

My insurance give me rental from Hertz. So I drop my car to dealership and went to hertz @ central expressway, Richardson, Tx.to get my rental.They failed to give what my insurance authorizes. Instead they give me truck which was extremely dirty from outside. When I complain they said either take it or we can give you ride back to dealerships.Manager was not nice and not cooperative at all.On top of that when I call their 800 number they got all information and said somebody will call me back but never got any call. I Call back again next day and agent transfer my call to que again and people keep putting me in que. Next I will complaint to BBB.

Had a rental reservation online to pickup at 5 pm. Received an email confirmation saying that they close at 5. Arrived right before 5 just to find an schedule change on the glass saying that they now close at 4pm and dont open on Saturday.Nobody answers the phone either.Spent $55 on Uber and have no car to drive.This is a lack of respect and very bad customer service.0 stars!

This place was terrible, there was only one person in the office helping customers with a long line of people waiting, she seemed rude based off of her interactions with other customers. Not to mention I had made an appointment that day and still had to wait over an hour. I even overheard another customer complaining about how here car was dirty and wouldnt start. Definitely will not be back.

This place has horrible customer service and follow up procedures! I have spoken to Jeremy, Austin, Marjorie and Luis on numerous occasions and my credit still has not been issued for them overcharging me in JANUARY 2018. ITS NOW MAY 2018 and I want my money back! Number 1, I shouldnt have been charged to upsize an insurance rental when I reserved well in advance and your company overbooked and charged me more due to their negligence or inability to keep track of their inventory! Number 2, you charged me for a tank of gas in error I filled the tank up 1.25 miles away from your drop off my point and I have proof of the tank being filled and the places I traveled per Googles My timeline so again I want my money back! Number 3, I was 3 minutes away from your office and it took Marjorie an hour to pick me up so again I want my money back! Your company and service suck and thats being polite! Avoid, 100%. I have had MANY positive experiences with Hertz but after going through the Rent 2 Buy program at this location, I am DONE. We bought a car through the same program in 2010 in Dallas, and it was a flawless execution and a nice experience. This location has been the complete opposite. A combined rental office, used car lot and Hertz Rent 2 Buy should have been a big clue for me. Trying to speak with someone (other than floor personnel) is next-to-impossible. Communication lacks at this location, and the manager is just as ineffective, by either pretending to not know of my situation or his staff has been deceitful about relaying my communication. I had to run up the corporate ladder (which couldnt do much besides try to spur communication with the location...) just to get answers on basic safety concerns and a windshield leak addressed. These items should have never been issues in the first place, considering how major they are and should have been addressed as a rental vehicle. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they didnt know of the issues. However, I communicated with the staff as soon as the issues were discovered, trying to get answers for 10 days before I ran up the corporate ladder, only to be without my vehicle since Hertz Corporate asked me to take it to a dealership, where it sat for over 3 weeks while we waited to get answers (Hertz took over 2 weeks for said answer). This was my PRIMARY vehicle. No help (IE substitute rental car) was offered. When I was able to speak to the manager, 25 days later, I was essentially told by him that if I called him today with an issue, he would basically tell me to take a number and that Id need to wait for 30-60 days, because thats how far behind we are. In all, 49 days later and it appears everything has been addressed, with having to do 99% of the legwork to extract answers from Hertz (and their windshield vendor) myself. I dont know what the deal is with this location, but this experience has been a complete nightmare and I will NEVER do business with Hertz again, Rent 2 Buy or otherwise. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Avoid this place at all costs. The guy in charge here takes advantage of consumers and up charges rentals like nobodies business. I just did my first rental for the first time with these people and they ended up taking advantage of my inexperience as a consumer and mislead me to agree to charges that I did not intended on purchasing. When I asked for them to help me out and fix my billing issues, I got pretty much made fun of by the guy that was helping me out (which I believe to be the manager of the place as well). The guy refused to listen to me and now customer service is claiming they can’t help me out either. Take your business some place else, trust me.

Less than one star! Terrible service. Beware! Saying that billing insurance but put it on credit card instead. Jeramy was rude and unwilling to even listen to the problem, taking advantage of someone who has never rented a car, and I know that a person should be versed on these things but I would make sure the person understand insurance doesn’t cover this extra amounts. Just terrible customer service. I wouldn’t send anyone there. Unprofessional. They need to be taught how to properly handle all types of people renting cars .... explaining what they are paying for. Hertz needs to seriously send people in to investigate this.... most reviews are terrible. I have also told my insurance company and they will not send anyone else there. All I can say is skip this place.

Walked in looking to purchase a car. No one even said anything to us finally I ask if there is someone I can talk to about buying a car. The guy that came to talk to me acted like I was bothering him to ask. Even another customer sitting there said wow guess they dont care about sales at all. Not welcoming or helpful at all here.

Like most people I too dreaded the car buying process but it was a must I start the process. So I got up early on my off day and started searching. I had a few particular places in mind and went out but on my way I saw Hertz Car Sales. I made a mental note and kept moving. Got to the the first dealer and the finance manager was out running his errands in the car I wanted. I waited briefly, looked around then left. I called Hertz on 75, spoke to Willis and told him I was on my way. I remembered I saw the same car I wanted but a different color and headed over. My car buying experience went from a 0 to a 10 real quick. Willis was courtesy, positive, and sealed the deal! I love my new car! Hertz Car Sales Richardson comes highly recommended from me. Go ask for Willis!

I was 20 minutes late to pick up my rental and was told it had been taken away for servicing. No, they didnt have any other compact cars available, but I could have a truck or SUV. Or, I could wait for them to obtain another vehicle. No thanks! By the way, Exterprise has an office right up the street with a good selection of vehicles and staff who are alert and eager to serve. These guys acted as if they resented my interrupting their day. So sorry, fellas! It wont happen again!

I call in and tell them I returned my car at lovefield location and they didnt have access to my contract, the lady asked and what do you need from me? so I finally got her to understand I was calling for HELP and make sure they knew the car was returned, as I was giving her the rental number she said to ask me to repeat account information what did you say! with an attitude. I have experienced the worst customer service at hertz in McKinney and Richardson.

Wonderful experience. Had all of the paperwork needed and was in and out within a hour. Went through capital one for financing and got an extended warranty with the car. I do not have the best credit at all and was still able to get a great corolla. Great staff and very helpful!

Worst customer service experience with a rental company Ive had. I love using hertz, and have never had an issue in the past until this time, at this location. The people at the front need to learn what customer service is. I asked the girl if we could choose our car she laughed and said no. (I usually rent at airports, so I didnt know it was different this time). I then drove off and noticed the oil change sticker was passed due its miles and I called them just to make sure I wouldnt get stranded driving to Arizona, and the guy who answered was rude. He said How do you know when the oil change is past due, dont pay attention to that sticker Anyways rude people over all, choose a different hertz.

Couldnt be better experience....well, ....maybe if I won a contest and car was free!!But, great way to look for a 1 or 2 yr old old, very clean and quality used auto.Took my time, came back and looked at different models. One came thru which I liked. Had test drive, discussed financial matters and purchased.Very, very pleased with Chris-mgr, and all associates.These ARE NOT abused vehicles! They really are specially selected and checked, lower mileage models before offering for sale.Took car to my mechanic, he went over everything top to bottom. Front to back, checked all lights, switches, window motor and regulators. Motor and under carriage and computer.He tried? Couldnt find anything needing repairs or replacement.Gave me his recommendation!This Doubled my acceptance and decision.Really a happy camper and pleased with car. This is third day having it and am comfortable with purchase. Price was, indeed, several thousand dollars less than elsewhere for comparable auto!No pushy or fancy sales talk.Clear explanation and amazing prices with great financial options.Total recommendation!!

Made a reservation for a full size car,when arrived they said they just have SUV. They said you are more than welcome to call around. I did, but all the other 7 locations had the same problem.Under their policy in case you have a valid reservation, they have to offer you an upgrade or downgrade at the same rate.

Chris helped Me out prior to My 8 hour drive to New Orleans (mercy). The vehicle I requested was available and ready to hit the road. We had a minor issue with the reservation, and I was reimbursed $15 post trip. I will definitely return in the future.

Stay away for rentals.Even though I Reserved a car a week in advance, They made me wait 2 hours before they had one available. When they finally had one available they offered me a choice between 2 cars, but after choosing the one I wanted they said I couldnt have it and I was forced to take the other one. Extremely busy each of the 3 times I visited, it took them 15-30 min to attend to me.The employees were cordial and professional but this was not mirrored in the process of the rental and left me very dissatisfied.

Never responded to 3 separate emails with basic questions on a vehicle. Just to test they were receiving my emails or possibly lost in spam I sent a test email asking what time store opens and got an immediate response with hours listed.Ralph and Justin were who emails sent to. Poor customer service for an interested buyer. No need to respond or say give a second chance or whatever other excuse.

Fabulous employees, I would just like to add that I dont think its fair for the employee and customer when they have to go clean out your car and get it ready for you, and we wait a long time as do other customers, seems like there should be a crew that does that.

We got there and they had no compact cars. What a waste of time. Lesson learned: always call before going and make sure they will hold your vehicle for you. Having a reservation does not necessarily mean they have a vehicle for you. I called the 1-800 number and twice they hung up on me. When I asked if the other location had a compact car she had to call to confirm. CSR tried twice and was not able to get a live person to talk to. Bottom line is always call before and make sure they can guarantee a vehicle. So upset to have wasted 2 hours and have to take a shuttle home!.......one hour later everyone was calling me to help me get a car. So it all worked out and they apologized. I will give them another chance next time.

Where do I begin? I paid a week in advance to reserve a pick up at the Plano location. We arrived 10 minutes early on Saturday, April 6 for our reservation at 11:30 and the person working said they didn’t have the car available. They called the Richardson location and said we had to go there to retrieve our rental. With having plans to get on the road for our trip, this delayed our trip by an hour (due to travel and the slow customer service at Richardson). At this moment, I still don’t understand how the car wasn’t available when I prepaid a week in advance; I believe the car should have been picked up by a Plano worker and brought to us for our reservation.When we arrived at Richardson, there was only one woman working the desk. It took 30 minutes to be seen. When we were seen, I asked why we were sent here and why the vehicle wasn’t available in Plano when we prepaid a week in advance; the lady said in a rude tone “it doesn’t work like that; we accommodated you by sending you to a location that does have the vehicle”. From reading on Hertz’s page, I still don’t believe that is true and by the look on the woman’s face and her demeanor, she was not willing to explain further.Then she proceeded to ask me if I would like to buy the protection package. I told her I already prepaid on my reservation and the receipt said I would be charged $231 upon pickup of my rental. She said that she could void that and only charge me $192 for the protection package because it’s cheaper in person. As she was processing it she said “just kidding since your rental pickup was in Plano the package is more expensive there so I can’t change it”. This had me thinking, “I am picking up the rental in richardson yet I can’t be accommodated with the cheaper package?”. I didn’t say anything because she did not have great customer service qualities.Once our car was ready she said she would go get it. It took her 12 minutes to retrieve the car and when she got back, she had an infant in her hand (which she just drove the car with the baby in the front seat with her).The whole experience was not accommodating and definitely not professional. I think I would rather rent from another car rental service for more money than rent from Hertz again. I think a manager or corporate should observe the Richardson location and see that their employees are doing a below satisfactory job. Who lets their employees bring their children to work? I plan on calling corporate. I wish the woman who served me was wearing a name tag because I would like attribute this bad review to her.

Its sad that, theres no option to give negative stars. This was my worst experience renting a car. I had a reservation from a 3rd party reservation website, I had a confirmation form Hertz for 9:00 am, well when i arrived at 10:30 am which i had informed the people at hertz, my car wasnt there and I forced to make another reservation with a higher price. The staff was not kind at all, they were very rude, and were not interested in helping me with other options. Well luckily there was another Renting service across the street who were readily help.

Worst worst worst rental car experience ever. They gave me a car that had just been returned by someone. It was dirty and wasnt filled with gas. I returned it at the same level and got charge $9/gallon for it. They said it was my fault for leaving with it like that. I assumed(my bad) that it was like every other car rental company.In addition. I prepaid so everything should have been good to go. The lady messed it up and had to re-run it. I got charged twice. After I got back and both charges had cleared I called customer service to dispute it. He told me that since I took possession of the car they would not refund the EXTRA $50 because I already used it according to those terms. Im not exactly sure if they expect people to wait in the parking lot for an extra credit card charge to clear but whatever.Please save your money and DO NOT go to this place. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!

I was in market for 2 weeks, it was more than enough time to know which car with what year is gonna how much.I checked their site for car and visited them on a Saturday. It was busy day for them but David helped in his limited time span to go over car, took me took test drive ans arrange buyers order for a loan. David will tell you about the car and wont hide things if anything is wrong in car. I went ahead and got the loan approved and took the car.I found coolant cap missing after my purchase of 3 days, they even arranged it for me through pep boys. Thank you soo much for making my car buying experience simple and less worry some.

Had a rental there and was refused a car. The employees could care less and treated me like I was speaking a foreign language. I wish I could give them negative stars. They directed me to the Plano location if I wanted a car. I insisted that they call there and make sure Hertz was not going to screw me a second time. I made a bid mistake straying from Avis. I rated 5 stars before but went back to change contract to my insurance and this Lady first initial M, butted in while the gentlemen helping me was starting the process. She tried to tell him that I had to pay and insurance would reimburse me which was not what the insurance told her on our conference call the day before. I told her that and she raised her voice to me and told me i dont know. I told her to sit down and mind her own business that i would call the insurance company and let the agent i was dealing with handle it. Then she got belligerent and turned it into a race thing! Hertz gave me a partial refund. Of and the car smelled like smoke.

So far, so bad. Front desk person extremely nice but I had to wait while SHE washed the car I had reserved A week earlier. She was hot and sweaty and rushed. I even came in two days ago to look at the cars. This place is a disorganized mess. Price was good but experience not. Im here 30 minutes and no car yet.

The people were nice, the car in good working condition. However communication broke down on the payment. They posted no less than eight pending payments out of my checking account and when I went to pay the final amount they said they had already deducted it. I walked away feeling I owed nothing. Several days later they cancelled all the pending payments and took the whole amount from my checking at once, leaving me broke.

Clean office. Had a car for me when I arrived. Problems: 1) Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I called from 2:30 pm to 5 pm Friday afternoon with no answer. 2) Found dings on rental that agent wasnt planning to document. 3) Body shop had to drive me to Hertz because no one would answer the phone. 4) Had to return car when I realized the vehicle didnt have a state inspection sticker. 5) Chastised for not exchanging vehicle at a different Hertz location. (It was offered as an option but no explanation was given as to why until I was back at the original location.) Apparently, they didnt bother to tell me over the phone that they didnt have another car available for me to rent when I showed up to exchange.

I dont know why the reviews were so bad but I had a smooth experience with hertz richardson. I worked with majorie and she is very personable and nice. I was just in there yesterday after an accident. The car I have was cleaned out for me. But wasnt dirty. Full tank of gas and I has a choice of what car to choose. I will definitely go back. I was stupid for going to the place after reading the reviews. Customer service is only a set of words to them. They have bad reviews so it doesnt matter to them. The guy was playing on his phone and complaining he was going home and didnt even clean out the car good at all. Finger prints smeared all over the screen and dirty with a chipped windshield, and smells of smoke. So when I asked the girl if the car was suppose to be cleaned, she just looked at me like i was crazy, and said yeah, like what do you think. I guess when you pay the insurance they just pay it to company and never fix the cars but collect the money..isnt thay a form of insurance fraud?? Stupid car shuts off when you stop, like it saves gas, but you use the same amount to restart it. Smh. Be aware of cheating! They will give you a half tank fuel and then claimed a full tank. If you didnt take a picture while you picked up the car, they will charge you $9.99 per gal for gasline, and dony allow you to add gasline after you give the key back to them. I would give them negative star if I can do that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only went to this company because the insurance company had a contract set up with them. All I can say is that this place is a complete scam. I ended up getting a flat tire with my rental. When I called them to tell them this, they told me they couldnt help me. They didnt have any cars to switch out for me. I would be fine according to them to drive on a spare. After 3-4 attempts, I finally got them to switch out the car for me. A month later, I receive a bill of $400 for damages. $400 for fixing a flat tire!? Do not go to this place. You will regret it, especially if you run into a little road hazard thats not even your fault.

I agree worst customer service ever, I sat in there lobby for over an hour. while I watched several people walk around on their phones and talking to each other. Nothing a customer should have heard. If you are an upstanding customer expecting some kind of good service, not to feel like your in the GETTHO somewhere in south Dallas. Choose another location or another company. I will never go there again.

Had to rent car after 3-24-19 Hail Storm. There was only 1 Economy-sized vehicle left, when I requested it; but Jerry wouldnt hold the key for me until he verified my ins coverage! State Farm rep gave him WRONG coverage info, so Jerry hung up with rep to tell me & by the time it got straightened out that I was correct about my rental coverage, the last Economy car was already rented out & I got stuck with a Mid-Size I didnt want AT MORE $$$ to Hertz, added to my Hail Claim Rental!!!!! NOT HAPPY....Customer Service 101: The Customer Is ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!! (and KNOWS their own coverage they verified!) All Jerry had to do was take the Economy car key & put it in front of him....& it wouldve been a better fit car for my short five-foot frame to drive! The Kia Optima I got was WAY to high in the back (trunk) & NOT enough front windshield for me to see properly when turning, SO I HAD TO KEEP HIKING MYSELF UP IN THE DRIVERS SEAT!!! Very unsatisfactory experience!

I wish I could give no stars. This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, dilapidated, joke of a business, that I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. The cars have a good price, but ALL info I received was at best incorrect and sometimes a blatant lie. Most of the time their cars are parked so all the entrances are blocked, so you have to park next door and walk over. The inside smells of mold, is as trashed as a teenage boys room and they have Radio static playing loudly. If you NEED to deal with I Hertz, I suggest one of the other locations.

I had the WORST experience with Hertz. I will never recommend them to anyone, because they lied about availability, pricing, and had horrible customer service. I was bounced back and forth between Hertz locations and was told one thing from one location and something different from another. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after numerous troubles and inaccuracy, I will never be using Hertz again!

I am a gold member and always rent from Hertz at airports, for some reason this location is different. Cars not maintained and dirty. I rented SUV for 1 week, i had to pay for an upgrade though I booked a full size. Then the car was dirty, with dog hair, AC didnt cool properly, front tires didnt have much tread left in them and car shakes at break.

HONEST, INTEGRAL, COSTUMER ORIENTED, NO PRICE GOUGING. EVERYTHING A GREAT COMPANY IN AMERICA USED TO REPRESENT!!!.I cant rave about this location enough! From the moment my partner called for me because I was really ill that day, they offered AMAZING costumer service and the best prices in town. WE LOOKED for OVER A WEEK!!!I am guessing they have updated their inventory of cars and changed staff because Ive only been treated with utmost respect thus far and each time Ive interacted with this location there is no hassle and have yet to receive any hidden fees,Upfront with possibilities of needing the car returned for regular maintenance services.. Everything they said they would do they have and went above and beyond with their patience toward me as a costumer as I have cognitive disability sometimes and NOT 1 time have they acted rude or irritated answering the same questions multiple times until I FULLY understood the deal.THANK YOU HERTZ for giving me hope that all American companies have fallen into the games most companies in America have fallen into, lying making false deals verbally and hurting people with their greedy tactics!!!

When i went there the first time I thought the lady was just having a bad day. I went there again and the manager was rude too and I figured that is how they do business at Hertz. The best thing this place can do is to provide good customer service the intervention of their corporate office. Everyone here is rude and cant seem to answer some very basic questions about anything related to what they do. When they cant find an answer, they switch to some defensive mode and are ready to attack. Its like these people are just picked from the streets and dumped here. If you challenge them, they will outright get really rude and ask you what you want them to do which seems to be the standard line from any of the employees i dealt with. If you want to rent a car, please stay away from this particular store or the entire Hertz Organization. There are a lot of car rental companies that are willing to treat their customers right and keep them. This is not one of those places.

My experiences are fine. I had to wait one time but alittle patience will get you far. If you follow the rules within the terms you will have no problems. Like I said I havent had any problems. Everybody always wants to complain instead of owning up to their faults or giving a compliment.

I am just going to hit some key points of why I DO NOT ADVISE anyone to use this Hertz location;-Dirt and rocks in the trunk-Tupperware lid in between seat and console-Overcharged-Some kind of disconnect between billing and this location-Car smelled of stale cigarette smoke-Most employees were nice, but one in particular(whom I believe is the manager) was probably the least helpful and least polite.-The whole place comes across old, run down, and unprofessional.Now I cannot speak for other Hertz locations, but I have been to this one twice and was very unhappy with the car and service both times. I will NEVER be using this location again, and unless they make some major changes I would say stay FAR FAR away.

If youre buying a vehicle, its a great experience. The bad thing (for us) is the location doubles as a rental kiosk. Now that in particular is inconsequential, but what isnt is the fact that an EMPLOYEE of the Hertz rental kiosk is extremely combative with customers.So get this.... One building with 2 businesses. We in there to buy a new vehicle. Meanwhile there are people checking out, and turning in rental cars. No big deal.... Or it wasnt, until a customer thought that she was being overcharged. Now, normally said employee would remain calm, and politely explain the billing information in a way thats easy to understand. INSTEAD, this lady went ballistic on the customer, telling her she WAS gonna pay the fee, and there was nothing she could do about it. The conversation quickly escalates until the employee, and the customer were screaming at each other. Im not sure where they found this employee, but it was some straight up hoot-rat arguing taking place. No, you IS gonna pay it. You IS gonna pay it. Get out cho wallet, you aint got no choice!It finally escalated to a level of inappropriate, (cursing, and demanding comments) that my wife had to take my 4 year old daughter outside, (and were NOT the type of people that try to completely insulate their children from the world) in the 100 degree Texas heat. At this point, Im beyond annoyed. Im pissed. Then I hear its over a $19 charge. My pregnant wife, and 4 year old daughter are standing in a parking lot in the Texas heat, over a psychopath of an employee, and a $19 fee.At this point, I get involved. THATS what this is about?!? $19?!?!. Ill pay the fee if it means yall will shut up, start acting like adults, and my wife and daughter can come back inside!!! I say. The EMPLOYEE then looks at me and tells me you need to sit down, and mind your own business, Ill handle this..... I told her she was clearly NOT handling it, and it ABSOLUTELY IS my business when MY wife and daughter have to go stand outside in the heat because of it.At this point, my wife sees me inside standing up, involved in the argument with the Hertz employee. She comes in, and calmly de-escalates the situation in a way that only and amazing woman such as herself could.The Hertz employee needs to be immediately fired.

Here now waiting for a rental car, out of the 6 employees Ive seen none could be bothered with even a simple hello. One guy came out of the back after 15 min to finally greet me then went outside and never returned. The other employees are just looking at me waiting at the counter. The guy with a leg brace has just approached me but not for service, just to tell me to move my car to park in the used furniture store next door even though there is a sign stating benefit store parking only. There is literally not a single space available for customer parking due to their cars for sale parked in all of them, even parked in the entrance sidewalk area. One guy asked if Im renting or buying when I said rental he just walked off! Lol! I can only imagine how fun its going to be returning the car!

This place was great in the beginning until getting into the rental vehicle. Will start with me calling them and telling them the next morning that the tirein there car kept losing air. Spoke with a manger who advised that they wont repair it and that its my responsibility since I left. Im like what?!?! Ok so did that no reimbursement given. Then I go to turn the car into them and they forget to check the vehicle back in upon return again this leaves me baffled as hertz is calling me corporate is calling my family and references stating that the car needs to be returned as it had reached the end of the insurance date. I told them the car was returned days ago.i called this location who then stated oh yes we have that car back were sorry and will correct it. I thought ok all is well. Nope! Woke up this morning with a 450 dollar charge on my account. Called again as the women on the phone is studdering to find out why the charges were placed could not give a direct answer. Then says it was for gas. 450 in gas? My contract shows it had three quarters of a tank and thats what it was returned on. She then just keeps saying sir every time I try to speak talking over me and. It allowing me to speak. I then ask for a manager she laughs and says well then youre gonna be waiting a long time. Waited on hold 37 mins nobody ever came to the line and I call my bank to file a dispute. Never deal with this location!! This is why I never rent from hertz they are a complete nightmare and horrible customer service!

This place is a rip off. I had a rental for a little over a month. After I turned to vehicle in, they charge me an additional $50 for excessive cleaning fees. All the vehicle needed was to be vacuumed out and wipe down the dash. That is absolutely ridiculous to charge that much money for cleaning a car. Just an excuse to get more money out of people.
