Came and helped me out with my pioneer equalizer!

Don’t waste your money here . I brought my stereo for repair and they were never able to make it work. They will charge you to make a repair even it’s not the correct issue. Ended up paying more than 400.00 and they never got the stereo to work. They don’t really know what they are doing. Unprofessional

If I could I would give them 0 starts. My sister in-law took her car to get fixed about two weeks ago and yesterday she got a call saying that her car was missing and they didnt know anything about it . Well the car was found today in a dealership in plano, and no one was to talk. Horrible service

Dale and the Factory Repair Services shop was truly a blessing to me! My navigation screen was no longer responding to touch, I took my car to a Lexus dealership and was told that the whole thing would have to be replaced and would be $2500+. The guy in services referred me to Dale. The cost to change out the whole system was less than a fourth of what was quoted by the Lexus repair shop! Dale himself is wonderful and has a great personality! He makes you feel comfortable and you instantly know you are in good hands! Thanks to Factory Repair Services my worry and stress quickly turned into a smile!

Great and honest company to deal with.

Dale is awesome! He has twice fixed issues with my radio/screen for a reasonable price. Issues that the dealership had no solution for other than charge me $5,000 to replace the entire unit or trade in my car. If you are having problems with your radio/screen give Dale a call! Nice and honest!

This is an unusual review...Ive never been to this business. But I work at a car audio retailer and we dont do repairs to factory radios. Several years ago we took to sending people to Factory Repair Services as a potential solution. I have worked at locations all over DFW and have sent people to Richardson to see these folks.At every location Ive worked, someone has come back to me at my stores and said Thank you for sending me there, they were amazing.Its hard to find a consistent business to which you feel confident sending someone for solutions to their problems. In fact, in my business, I have only this one. I can find, as a non-customer, no higher compliment to give another hard working group of human beings.

Took my 1992 Camaro radio FM tuner box (CDM) module into them for a FM reception fade out problem. Back and forth for over two months. Three times they said it was fix. Would not refund, and he did not know how to fix the problem. Their idea of a FM antenna is a wire tried to the work bench lamp post...Had to get Mastercard involved to dispute and I hired another shop in Florida called Fixworks, LLC. They fixed the problem and fixed mistakes made by Dale. Never again.

Outstanding outfit. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional and fair. I took my BMW in with amp problems and they fixed it quickly and at a fraction for what the dealership said they would charge. i would highly recommend John and Dale.

I found this guy online and shipped my radio to him from Florida. A day or two later he emailed me telling me it was fixed and on its way back. Im extremely happy with the overall outcome and their quickness in service.

Best audio business anywhere

Our navigation screen on our 2008 Lexus ES was cracked. The cost of repair or replacement was outrageous!!! UNTIL we found Dale at Factory Repair Services!! They were so fast,great job and just a small fraction of the cost of anyone else. Thank you FACTORY REPAIR SERVICES!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, gave an estimate of 350-550 for repair, 350 is doable, 550 i can get a replacement. I simply asked for a phone call if it was gonna be more than 350 and he blew up and screamed at me well do you the damn thing fixed or not! Screw you!

Its the worst experience I ever have. They kept my car for a week and when I asked them if they figured out the issue on my car they always says we are busy and we are working on the cars are newly coming . Anyway the called me after a week to come and take my car because we couldnt find out the issue and we will not spend more time on your car and after I took it I found out thats they have brook down all my car control buttons, Ac radio navigation heat and when I told them to fix it they told me we dont have time for it . I dont recommend this store for any one . This sound crazy but this what happens.
