I contact them because the car stereo died. They told me that it could be fixed, so I shipped it to them and next thing I knew they fixed it and shipped it back. Very courteous and professional. Thank you.

Great Service! My car CD player stopped working. I dropped off the radio. They had it fixed by the next day. Called to let me know. I paid for it over the phone. Had my radio waiting for me all I had to do was sign for it. Thanks again!

I ordered a new radio block for my daughters Honda. After installation, I thought I had a bum unit and called to figure out what to do. I got in touch with Jose who asked me to check some things which I did. Still trouble. So, I called Jose again and he graciously offered to exchange the unit for another and set it to ship as soon as possible. I eventually figured out my problem and the original unit was just fine after all. I so appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service. I am now a loyal fan and customer of Original Car Audio.

Scammers: Bought 2 Audi MMI units and both came with heavy corrosion on the outside. One had a heavy dent in the housing. It looks like theyre taken straight from an outside trash container.Both had a dead amplifier IC. Excellent codintion? Its a joke! 90 days warranty? They just told me that Im too stupid and that they sell those to China and only one of 25 is faulty, so it should be obvious that mine are in great shape.I dont know why they deleted my pictures of the great quality items they sell. So I reuploaded them ;-)
