I don’t see myself going back there but who knows. My wife and I have been repeat customers but the last couple times I found that the installation techs have been sub par. I was out there in February. They installed my amp against the truck wall, but has since fell from behind my seat. It would be quicker at removing my backseat and fixing myself since I don’t live close at all. I did call and speak with the owner so he knows of the situation and offered to fix. The owner - great guy.

We took our 2003 motor home to Surround Sound to have a new radio and back-up camera installed. A.J. and his team installed a modern radio and camera system in short order. However, the initial radio had a lot of background noise when using hand-free calling. Although we told A.J. we were willing to accept the radio as it was, he asked that we leave our vehicle with them a little while longer, and they ended up providing a solution that eliminated the noise and made all the features work perfectly. We are completely happy with the work they did, and they went above and beyond the norm on customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Got a dash cam for Christmas. I wanted a professional install job so I checked a few local places and chose Surround Sound. We struck a deal over the phone and the install is perfection. These guys are honest and their work is top notch.

I dont recommend this place because they dont stand behind there work. I took my car for several things and spent thousands only to find out they burned the computer to my car. Im having to pay a shop $1250 for a new computer. I spoke to the owner and he was willing to help at first then after keeping my car for an additional month to try to find the problem i ended up having a tow truck pick it up. I told him what his tech did to my car and they denied it, the owner did not offer to pay for the computer after i told him what it cost. Bad buisness will not get u anywhere, do not go there!!!!!

I have completed five cars at Surround Sound. While I understand that for some people customer service is imperative for me the work done is all that it matters. Theyve done everything I asked for: mirror upgrade, stereo upgrade, tint, front end camera and back end camera installations properly so I cant complain. I always go back to this place.

I give it a one star due to Hugo customer service stuck. I say B.S. for auto tinting workmanship, dont know why people take Lamborghini there for auto tinting, I glad, I didnt take my exotic car there, my test experiment work, I took my old Nissan car there to have it tint all windows, the workmanship that Hugo promise was very disappointed.Once again, dont believe the 4/5 stars rating on this post, you got to experience it yourself to find out the real true about this place.

Service is very good, they treat you very good! But the work on my car was on just didnt like it when they dont clean up their wiring job and make it look clean. It might just be me I like everything to look professionally install and not messing.

The system I got was good, however the service was VERY slow. They were also suppose to install a aux cord that never came in. Checked back several times but they kept saying they forgot to order it. Finally just gave up and got one from somewhere else.

Friday, their busiest day.. Didnt know - didnt make any difference.Was referred by dealer on new full size vehicle. Wanting window tinting.I walked in, no prior call or appointment.Hugo greeted me, very nice and friendly. I Explained what I would like done and where I had been referred from.He explained about different types of tinting and and quality and installation. Showed colors and choices available and made suggestions for the vehicle I had. Very nice explanation and NO salesy or pushy stuff. Good clear and informative explanation and cost options.He said they could do it today!Would be about 1 1/2 hr. I thought I would need to bring it back. They have two work areas.Busy place, but relaxed atmosphere and nothing furious. Professional and pleasant and interesting business.I handed him the keys, looked around at all the cusom equipment and he let me watch the installation of audio and visual equipment in a Lamborghini.These guys do really special custom high end things. Didnt treat me or anyone any different regardless of spending thousands or general window tinting. Kinda fun just watching.Very impressed with Hugo and A.J. and the other guys working there. Friendly, conversant, straight talk and pricing.Great job on completion, less than the 1 1/2 hours.My full and complete five star recommendation.Absolutely pleased!

Ive taken multiple cars there over the years, nice ones and trashy ones and the service has been the same quality...i.e. I needed to tint my POS dodge truck due to some road trip action that needed to happen. They knocked it out 2hrs (including old garbage tint removal). The work is quality thanks to AJ.

After going over a speed bump too fast the sound from my radio went out. The dealership was going to charge me $600 to replace the whole stereo system since they said they dont do repairs. Went to Surround Sound and they were able to identify the problem, which was with the speakers, and fix everything for a really reasonable price! They explained all my options and cost assocaiated with them. It all took about an hour at the most.The only thing I was surprised about was they left my old broken speakers in my backseat. Not sure why, maybe some people like to have the old parts. I would not have minded if they got rid of those for me.

Went to Surround Sound based on a tip from my sales guy at Reliable Cheverlet. Was on a Sat, went in asked for tint on a new 2014 Impala, and AJ helped walk me through on the different options. Funny guy I might add. Picked out what level of tint I wanted and he said it would take about an hour. After it was done, AJ asked I not leave just yet, give him 15 minutes so he could inspect the work his guys did on the tint, thats a first, most places by that time take your money and thats it. He must have spotted something and had one of his guys do some quick work on the car. Went in, paid for the work, got lifetime warranty on the tint, again, many places dont do that, and when the car was done, AJ thanked us for coming in, tint looked great, and I was certainly a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this place, and will certainly be going back to get more stuff added to the car over time!

Installed an alarm in car a over a year ago and now I cant even lock my car with our it going off randomly.I took it in 3 times and they looked at it but the issue was still there and so the last time time I took it in they had my car the whole day I asked them either to replace it or do not waste any more of my time.then he calls me at end of day to let me know they will order a new one for it will be there monday and come back on tuesday. I call them on wednesday and they act as if they do not know what Im talking about and they said they will call me back .... no one ever called back. - Time wasted = 4 total days without a car. Problem solved = no. Will I be going back = no. Will I recommend = NO. Subpar equipment was installed in my vehicle.

First of all, the customer service is not very personable. AJ was always very cold and short when I would try to talk to him. We had my daughters new car tinted there and while there, I talked to him about a new stereo for my new Nissan Frontier (I am not a factory guy unless it is a Bose system). As it turns out, my wife purchased a top of the line Kenwood and SiriusXM connector from him for Christmas. She paid him for installation and everything and told him that I wanted subs in my truck but she was not comfortable picking those out. Of course he said that he would work a really good deal on subs and accessories if she bought this particular stereo. NOw granted, I like the stereo but when I went to talk to him about subs, he simply said, I can put this box in with these subs and a Kenwood amp. He never even told me the name of the box, showed me a pic, told me anything about the amp.....he just said $700 plus tax installed. Well obviously, without knowing more info on what he was trying to sell me, I hesitated and said let me think about it. Once I talked to a few other audio techs locally, then the wife, we decided against his deal. However, she had already taken care of the stereo so I made an appointment to get it installed with AJ. Installation seemed pretty quick as they only had the truck for four hours and I know they are busy since they do dealership business as well. However, once installed, they handed me the keys and said have a good day. They did not bother to show me anything about the stereo he recommended and sold us, and when I tried to talk to the tech pulling my truck around, he just rushed by me and went on into the building. To make matters worse, when I got in my truck, they had set the factory stereo and face plate in the backseat of my truck where the material could have been ripped by the sharp edges of metal and not even in the box or the floorboard. Then, since I know nothing about the stereo itself, I looked in the box for the owners manual to learn about the stereo and guess what......no manual. Overall, two stars may be too much for them but they did do a decent job on my daughters car tint and the install seems okay at the moment, but I did just leave there. I would not recommend them if you want customer service. As the little people who are not the dealerships, we do not seem important in their eyes.

Bringing my second ride in for a stereo upgrade and new tint. The guys are easy to work with and if you know what you want they will do whatever it takes to make it happen.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN ALL THE EMPLOYES TAKE TRASH ABOUT YOUR CAR/TRUCK IN FRONT OF YOU WHILE STANDING THERE THEY TAKE SPANISH THINKING I DONT UNDERSTAND YET DO THEY KNOW I SPEAK GOOD SPANISH.NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO GET A TINT JOB DONE IVE HEARD OF OTHER ISSUES BY OTHER PEOPLE FOR OTHER THINGS.

Awesome Job on Window Tint!

Untrustworthy labor cost. They started from $75 labor cost when I made a call. Then when I visit there its doubled up. Then finally when they started to work, they call $300! I just wasted my time.

AJ and his team are on point. They have done no less than 10 cars for me from mild to wild and always hit the mark and budget! Would not consider anyone else.
