Let me start by saying that the dresses are beautiful. They range from $50-$200 from what Ive seen so far. I went to the location in Richardson several times. The first time they were closed and nobody showed up. Turns out they dont open till 1pm so the hours on their site were incorrect. Then we came a second time at 1:10pm and the store was still closed. Owners didnt show up till a bit later. Came a third time because I only had 30 min to look around the previous time due to me working second shift. Showed up at 1:15pm and doors are closed. Stayed waiting for over 15 min and nobody ever appeared, even though I made sure to ring their Ring twice. Disappointed that the place repeatedly isnt open when they say they will be open, I wont be coming back.

What else can I say but that Covered Bliss is one of the only shops you should be getting your kaftans from. Excellent quality family owned and just all around great customer service.Every item I have ever recieved from Covered Bliss has been the highest quality. I have never had to return an item nor have I ever received a damaged item. If I have questions, they are always answered in a timely manner. I refer everyone I know to this business.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I went in looking for a dress for a wedding I’m attending and a very nice lady help me find the perfect dress. They had such a variety of dreamy merchandise. I recommend this place 100% specially if you are looking for something beautiful and of great quality. 💜 I will definitely go back for more dresses. ❤️

Beautiful Abayas bought and delivered within 3 weeks from America to Malaysia (during Covid19 pandemic). Very good value and quality. Will definitely buy from here again and very good customer service by Sara 😃

They really need to work on customer service if they want to keep their customers coming back. Unlike most companies, they DO NOT give refunds, and dont answer the phone. There isnt even a voicemail indicating that youve reached a business. Read and re-read ALL the fine print before purchasing from their website. Better yet, take your money elsewhere.

I have been buying kaftan dresses from Covered Bliss for three years now. I even exchanged a dress without any problems. (I exchanged because I ordered the wrong color) I love their kaftans and they are beautifully made. When I open the package, I am always excited as they are that beautiful! One of mine is custom to my measurements. I always get plenty of compliments. Their customer service has a personal touch - and I am big on customer service as I am in the hospitality industry. The dress is beautiful .. I bought it for my wedding day . My issue is it doesn’t fit me right and I don’t think it’s a right fit for my wedding day . I was aware of the return policy beforehand, but I can’t help but be bummed that I wasted my wedding dress money on a dress I’m not going to wear on my wedding day . With COVID I’m unsure how I will make it work . Just beware of the policy, which is no returns, prior to purchase .

I rented an office inside this place. I helped the owner ship out the orders daily. While working for her, she had me shipping out used returned items as new. Just whap at any stains with alcohol swabs if stain becomes un-noticible, she resale it as new even-though item clearly has been used. I also noticed they loose a lot of beads. Be ware of the items you receive.Your response is stupid since I helped you, I didnt work for you so therefore you couldnt let me go. I rented an office from you and helped you get your orders out. You lie about everything.Check your items received carefully.

I walked in completely overwhelmed to get a kaftan for my wedding. She helped me pick a kaftan out and she was able to do some customizations to it so it will be perfect! We even picked up a beautiful abaya and another kaftan for my mother in law! I will always recommend this place to anyone needing a kaftan or wedding gown. She definitely knows what she is doing will exceed your expectations!!

So unprofessional, got the wrong color send it back never got want to replace. They never answer the phone can’t leave messages on their phone I was supposed to get the hijab for Eid never got it. The pictures they have on their items in the picture you get in the mail is completely night and day. Will be the first and last time I will shut their website. *Spend your money elsewhere people.
