I am new to the game of soccer. I went to Soccer City and store associate Jacob helped me get all the items I needed to get off to a good start. He was very courteous and did not push me to buy items out of my price range. I had a great experience and came in a second time today. Jacob, Alexis and JJ were all very helpful. I will go to Soccer City from now on for all my soccer needs. Whether youre a beginner like me, or a seasoned pro, I would highly recommend this store.

Great place ...went in not knowing what I was doing and left with everything I needed for my daughter. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and quick!

The owner of this store is very rude and disrespectful to customers as well as his staff! He does not accept returns for his products even if they are the wrong size and do not carry the correct size. He expects you to keep the product that doesn’t fit or will only give you store credit. When you live an hour away store credit isn’t the best option and when you see that they have outdated policies and a rude owner you definitely don’t want store credit because you will NEVER want to support this man or his business. Buyers beware and steer clear of this store!

New to coaching soccer... Was referred to Soccer City. I was very impressed from beginning to end. Every time I walked in they knew who I was, the coach of the Dragons.The service was exceptional across the board, but especially with Maria.With a small place you would expect higher prices, but no, their prices were very reasonable.

It was awesome the best actually I came from Dallas in traffic had them put numbers on my basketball jersey and they took care of it immediately the guy up front was super nice I think it was kevin but if not sorry but customer service was an 11 if it was graded out of 10.

I went to Soccer City today and I just started to playing soccer so I was very confused about what to buy and they were super patient and helped me to find the best soccer gear for me. I’m glad I went there.

We have been customers at Soccer City for many years, we love the huge Goalie Glove Selection they have and the great Customer Service that both JJ and his staff gives us! This is the only store we will shop at, have tried others but they never have what we are looking for and the inventory does not compare to Soccer City!

One of the original soccer shops around town, ive been coming here since I was a kid playing for YMCA. The people who work there is truly what makes this place special though. Wonderful staff.

My daughter was shopping for some goalie gloves about 6-months ago. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and made the best recommendations. She actually convinced me to buy the cheaper yet more sturdy brand for my 9yr old. Even went as far to recommend how to maintain and clean them.They are still holding up strong by the way. I recommend this store to everyone i know

This was my first time here and was rather impressed by just how helpful the staff was. They had several sales spread out throughout the store. Prices were competitive even with prices found over the internet

This store is very big and is full of soccer gear, literally all the way to the top of the ceiling. Their prices were good for toddler gear. They even told us about the 20% off deals that they have on the last Sunday of the month. The service was great and everyone was willing to help answer any questions that we had. Parking does seem a little limited outside since the store is located within a shopping center. I even called ahead to make sure they had the toddler size orange socks and they assured me that they did. Would definitely visit again when we need more soccer gear.

As soon as I walked in, I was looked at like I was nothing! No one ask if I needed help and when I asked for help they were so rude and I couldnt figure out the problem until they only approached and greeted the caucasian race. Im very educated and well groomed but I realized it was nothing I did it was my race! No thank you Ill continue to order online where my race isnt an issue.

A true local soccer shop, Soccer City has been my soccer retailer my whole life. Ive used this place since I started soccer as a kid. Now that Im older, I order my teams jerseys here. The jerseys come in quickly, and they number them in the store within minutes. The selections great, price is fair, location/hours are convenient, and the employees are knowledgeable. If you live in the area and love soccer, Soccer City is the place for you.

Staff are very helpful. Their inventory is huge but mostly saved me a lot money than if I was to order same items online. I purchased referee uniforms and other referee items, and I paid 2/3s of what I wouldve paid online.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. My experience started with getting help with design for my jersey and logo for our kiddos new team. I have never coached before so I did not know the process and they walked me through every step. Helping me pick out designs that would fit our team. Once ordered we had a little hiccup in miscommunication but they did everything they could to fix and diffuse my freak out. We have been going to soccer city for over 10 years between our 2 kids and will continue to go there. I wish I could remember everyones name that has helped over the last few weeks. But I know I owe Maria some coffee or cocktail and Lorenz or Lauren (sorry) was great at diffusing the situation. Another young women (I wish I could remember her name) with curly hair is great at helping with uniforms and getting everyone to laugh and the guys in the back are great with the kids, helping to make trying on cleats and picking out balls fun for the kids. If you need anything soccer, this is the place to go! Even over the holidays, Maria may not remember, but she helped me get some gifts for angels that my company had adopted for Christmas and I will never forget that. There cleat selection is top notch. They have everything from budget friendly to the hottest trends! I could go on and on. Just know, customer service wins out every time.

My son and I came for a pair of soccer shoes. The pair he wanted as $324. That was not going to happen. However I found mens Nike soccer shoes with socks everywhere was that. That is when Diego and Bryan came to our rescue. They found a clearance shoe same high price but went to their manager and gave us a killer deal. They all were so friendly and helpful. So rude! I went in to have a number put on a jersey as recommended by my sons coach. My husband even used them when he was a boy. I was met by a rude woman who said they were not doing numbers because they had teams who didnt have jerseys at all. I explained I drove 45 min to get this done and reiterated I just needed a single number on a single jersey and she dismissed me and walked away while I was still talking. She clearly didnt want my business or wanted to help. Even the young man who greeted me looked dumbfounded by what transpired. We have been in sports and never had this kind of treatment.

Today Dec. 17 I went inside the store to buy a jersey and there was a sign outside that said entire store was 30% off. When I went to pay for the Jersey the cashier said that the sale was for dec 24 thru 31. Really? Why are you putting this sign a week before a sale? By the way the cashier was a young hispanic girl. Maybe other cashiers might honor the 30% if they work on commission. Not coming to this store anymore.
