I rated it 3 starts bc I got the smallest scoop of ice cream for $3.50 and the rocky road ice cream Falade’s like cheap chocolate ice cream - I could barely taste the toppings that make rocky road delicious. This is my go to crepe place but my last visit was horrible, he drop my banana on the cardboard then picked it up with all the different crums that has been sitting there all day with it to place it in my crepe, he also didnt put any brownie that was suppose to be on top either, im just super disappointed because now i have to trash my crepe that i paid $10 for.

So after having walked out of Ihop on CENTERVILLE in disappointment we headed out to this place and it was just perfect. We were greeted with such joy and serviced very well. The owner seemed very humbled and shared theyd opened 3 years ago. This means the pandemic hit him hard.Support your small businesses. Ihop let us sit there for 10 minutes without asking us for our drink order, not one.word from.the two waitresses that walked by. We were sitting across their meeting point they could have missed us.The crepes were delicious 😋

This is by far the best place in town for all your ice cream needs. I went there with my fiancé and we tried rolled ice cream, it was delicious and had perfect amount of sweetness. The staff was very helpful and very professional. The place is kept clean and the staff has good hygiene habits. Wow.....What horrible customer service.I was looking for a vegan menu at this place, mainly because I heard from another review that they had vegan crepes, ice cream, and waffles. Called just to check (because sometimes information can be misleading). Informed me that they only had vegan crepes (fruit toppings) and just the ice cream. That was fine, so I come in person to place an order on 2/8 The gentleman at the counter top told me the exact same thing I heard over the phone.However, he did it in such a nasty attitude and made it clear that he did not want to serve me, and turned his head away from me afterwards. That was straight up rude. He then informed me about Cinnaholic next door, a place Ive been to many times, but I thought Id try something different. Clearly, the manager needs to have a staff meeting about how to serve guests courteously. I wont even recommend this place to any of my friends and recommend they take their business elsewhere. There are many other places to get great desserts in Dallas without having to deal with poor service.Update:Below is a comment from the owner of the place that asked me to email him/her about the experience and how they take these complaints seriously. I have yet to hear a reply.

So luxuriously creamy! I tried the lychee matcha one topped with condensed milk and I truly enjoyed it. The only other place Ive had rolled ice cream was from a famous place in Boston and this shop is definitely up there with the flavor and quantity. The staff was polite and really nice even when I asked for more condensed milk!! Love this place, cant wait to go take our family there too. 💖

Story time! I picked up an Uber eats delivery from here and when I saw the shop I wanted try it out. When I got there I asked when they closed and was told in 20 mins. Not wanting to prevent them cleaning soon I just said thanks and I’ll come back. The employee at the front said it’s no trouble at all, the older gentleman who made the crepes said “ as long as we are here and open we will take care of any one” my experience there was one of the best customer service and AMAZING! ice creams and crepes. I spent 8 years overseas and this shop beat them all, including the French stand I used. Highly recommend. Great taste and caring service. Look forward to returning soon. Not only are the ice cream flavors and combinations delicious and unique, the crepes are rich and tasty too. Their vegan ice cream was super delicious, way above most vegan ice creams. The guys who work there are also very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job which definitely added to coming in to get ice cream.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner or manager (older Mexican guy) was VERY rude! My friend and I wanted a simple cup of ice.. and they simply lied and said they don’t have ice. Mind you. This place sells smoothies. You use ice to make smoothies... He argued with my friend and I saying we were asking for free stuff. When we simply told him we would pay it was no big deal. They gave us the ice in dirty lids they use for ice cream. When they have CUPS AVAILABLE as I stated before they sell smoothies. Make it make sense.
